योगी राज में लॉकडाउन में भी अपराध नहीं रहा लॉक

चेहरे बदल गए, सत्ता के गलियारों के मोहरे बदल
गए. करीब-करीब हर शहर, जिला और कस्बा के पुलिस अफसर बदल
दिए गए. चौकी बदली, थाने बदले, जिले बदले, अफसर बदले अफसरों के अफसर बदल गए.
बस नहीं बदली तो सिर्फ यूपी में जुर्म की तस्वीर और यूपी की तकदीर. हर दिन
बलात्कार और हत्या की घटनाएं यूपी में जंगल राज की गवाही दे रही हैं. यहां तक की
लॉकडाउन में भी अपराध लॉक नहीं रहा. योगी ने दो महीने में ही यूपी से अपराध और
अफराधियों के सफाए का दम भर रहे थे. जबकि उनके ही राज में जुर्म ने पिछले कई सालों
के रिकार्ड तोड़ दिए हैं. खुद योगी जी ने अलग-अलग मंचों से गुंडों को ललकारा था. पर
नतीजा क्या निकला? कभी मुज़फ़्फरनगर, तो कभी सहारनपुर, कभी बरेली तो कभी मथुरा, कभी लखनऊ तो कभी इलाहाबाद, कभी प्रतापगढ़ तो कभी बागपत और अब
कानपुर. आए दिन हत्या, बलात्कार और अन्य घटनाओं से समूचा
उत्तर प्रदेश दहल उठा है. अभी तक तो यूपी में केवल महिलाएं व बच्चियां ही
असुरक्षित थीं. लेकिन, अब पुसिल प्रशासन भी असुरक्षित
दिखाई देने लगा है.
यूपी में
बढ़ा जुर्म का ग्राफ
यूपी में जब से संघ समर्थित योगी की सरकार बनी है तब से
यूपी में मानों अपराध की बाढ़ आ गई है. और तो और केन्द्र से लेकर बीजेपी शासित
राज्य सरकारें ‘‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’’ का नारा देकर सत्ता
में कदम रखी थी. लेकिन, बीजेपी के सत्ता में आते ही यूपी
में हर दिन 8 बेटियों को हवस का शिकार बनाया जा
रहा है. पिछले साल का आंकड़ा कहता है कि भारत ही भारतीय महिलाओं के लिए सबसे
असुरिक्षत देश बन गया है. 2018 में जारी नेशनल क्राइम रिकार्ड
ब्यूरो की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, भारत में हर
15 मिनट में एक महिला के साथ बलात्कार
होता है, हर 22 मिनट पर एक सामूहिक बलात्कार होता है और हर 35 मिनट पर एक बच्ची को हवस का शिकार
बनाया जाता है. बलात्कार होने वाली महिलाओं में छोटी जातियां और कमजोर वर्ग की
महिलाओं की संख्या सबसे ज्यादा है.

अगर यूपी
में हत्या की बात करें तो 03 जुलाई 2020 को कानपुर में आतंकी विकास दुबे ने
पुलिस टीम पर हमला कर दिया, जिसमें 8 पुलिसकर्मी शहीद हो गए. जबकि, 3 जुलाई को ही महज एक दिन में 15 हत्याएं हुई, जिसमें कानपुर में 8, प्रयागराज में 4, हमीरपुर में 1 और गाजियाबाद में 2 हत्याएं की गई. यही नहीं ठीक इसी
तरह से महज दो दिन में यानी 13 और 14 मई के बीच बागपत में युवक की गोली
मारकर हत्या, नोएडा के एक फ्लैट में महिला शव
मिला, अमरोहा में छात्रा से रेप हुआ, बुलंदशहर में एक जगह एसएसबी जवान
और दूसरी जगह महिला की संदिग्ध मौत, आगरा में नाबालिक का रेप फिर हत्या, शाहजहांपुर में भाले से महिला की
हत्या, हरदोई में युवक की हत्या, झांसी में महिला की हत्या, बांदा में चौकीदार के बेटे की
हत्या, सुल्तानपुर में युवक की हत्या, प्रतापगढ़ में युवक की गोली मारकर
हत्या, कौशांबी में नाबालिक से दुष्कर्म, प्रयागराज में एक ही परिवार के चार
लोगों की हत्या, मिर्जापुर में महिला की हत्या, गाजीपुर में बुजुर्ग की हत्या, बलिया में युवक की चाकू से हत्या
और कुशीनगर में एक किशोरी की हत्या और जमीन के विवाद में बुजुर्ग की हत्या कर दी
गई. इस तरह से कुल मिलाकर दो दिन में 19 हत्या की घटनाओं को अंजाम दिया गया. इसके अलावा 17 से 28 मई यानी 12 दिन में अलग-अलग जगहों पर ताबड़तोड़ 7 कत्लेआम भी हो चुके हैं. यह घटनाएं
यही नहीं रूकी है, बल्कि जून में भी चरम पर रही. 1 जून से 27 जून तक यानी 27 दिन में अलग-अलग जगहों पर 39 मर्डर की घटनाएं सामने आई थी, जिसमें आगरा, मथुरा, मैनपुरी, फिरोजाबाद, अलीगढ़, एटा और कासगंज जिला शामिल है.कल 17 july 2020 तो हद ही हो गई दो महिलाओ ने

The faces of power changed, the pieces of the corridors of power changed. Police officers of almost every city, district and town were changed. Outposts changed, police stations changed, districts changed, officers changed officers officers changed. If the bus has not changed, only the picture of crime in UP and the fate of UP. Every day the incidents of rape and murder are giving testimony of Jungle Raj in UP. Even in lockdown, crime was not locked. In two months, Yogi was replenishing crime and crime from UP. Whereas under his rule, crime has broken records of the last several years. Yogi himself challenged the goons from different forums. But what was the result? Sometimes Muzaffarnagar, sometimes Saharanpur, sometimes Bareilly and sometimes Mathura, sometimes Lucknow and sometimes Allahabad, sometimes Pratapgarh and sometimes Baghpat and now Kanpur. The whole Uttar Pradesh has been shaken by the murder, rape and other incidents in the coming days. Till now only women and girls were unsafe in UP. But, now the police administration is also starting to look insecure.

Ever since the union-backed Yogi government has been formed in UP, there has been a flood of crime in UP. Moreover, the central and BJP-ruled state governments had stepped into power by giving the slogan "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao". But, as soon as the BJP comes to power, 8 daughters are being made a victim of lust every day in UP. Last year's data says that India has become the most insecure country for Indian women. According to a report by the National Crime Records Bureau released in 2018, a woman is raped every 15 minutes in India, a gang rape occurs every 22 minutes and a girl is made a victim of lust every 35 minutes . Women belonging to small castes and weaker sections have the highest number of women being raped.

If we talk about murder in UP, then on 03 July 2020, terrorist Vikas Dubey attacked a police team in Kanpur, in which 8 policemen were martyred. Whereas, on 3 July itself, 15 murders took place in just one day, in which 8 were killed in Kanpur, 4 in Prayagraj, 1 in Hamirpur and 2 in Ghaziabad. Not only this, in just two days i.e. between 13 and 14 May, a young man was shot dead in Baghpat, a female body was found in a flat in Noida, a girl was raped in Amroha, SSB jawan in Bulandshahr and another place. Suspected death of woman, rape of minor in Agra again, murder of woman with spear in Shahjahanpur, killing of young man in Hardoi, killing of woman in Jhansi, killing of son of Chowkidar in Banda, killing of young man in Sultanpur, youth in Pratapgad Shot dead, minor raping in Kaushambi, killing four people of same family in Prayagraj, killing of woman in Mirzapur, killing of elderly in Ghazipur, killing of young man with knife in Ballia and killing of a teenager in Kushinagar and land The elder was murdered in the dispute. In this way, 19 murder incidents were carried out in two days in total. Apart from this, 7 to 16 massacres have been committed at different places in May 17 to 28, that is, 12 days. This incident has not stopped, but it was also at the peak in June. From 1st June to 27th June i.e. 27 days, 39 Murder incidents were reported in different places, including Agra, Mathura, Mainpuri, Firozabad, Aligarh, Etah and Kasganj districts.It was too much yesterday( 17 july 2020 ), two women set themselves on fire for justice in front of Lok Bhavan in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Is this Mr. Yogi, a hypocritical Ram Rajya? What kind of law and order is this? Damn, damn it, on such a government which cannot protect women who are in power.@Nayak1
