बुद्धिस्ट इंटरनेशनल नेटवर्क का काली पट्टी निषेध आंदोलन
अयोध्या राम जन्म भूमि नहीं है, बौद्ध भूमि है :-
वामन मेश्राम साहब(राष्ट्रीय संयोजक - बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा)
‘‘राम जन्म भूमि का आंदोलन जो आरएसएस
के द्वारा शुरू किया गया था वह राम मंदिर बनाने के लिए नहीं शुरू किया गया था.
बल्कि एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी खासतौर पर ओबीसी को मंडल
कमीशन ना लागू हो सके, ओबीसी के
लोग मंडल कमीशन के आंदोलन में शामिल ना हो सके, ओबीसी का मंडल कमीशन का आंदोलन
कमजोर किया जा सके और ओबीसी को आरक्षण लागू ना हो सके, इस मकसद के लिए राम जन्म भूमि का
आंदोलन था.’’
अयोध्या
(साकेत) राम जन्म भूमि नहीं है, वह बौद्ध
भूमि है. वहाँ पर बौद्ध स्तूप, बौद्ध विहार
और बड़ा संघाराम था. इसे पुरातत्व विभाग के द्वारा प्रमाणित किया गया था और सिद्ध
किया गया था. मुगल काल में बुद्ध भूमि पर मस्जिद बनाने के लिए ब्राह्मणों ने
मुगलों की मदद की. जैसे मुगल आक्रमकारी और विदेशी थे, उसी तरह से ब्राह्मण भी विदेशी और
आक्रमणकारी हैं. यह बात इस घटना से सिद्ध होती है. वहाँ पर राम से संबंधित एक भी
सबूत नहीं मिला या पुरातत्व को राम मंदिर से संबंधित एक भी सबूत नहीं मिला. राम की
एक भी वस्तु नहीं मिली. इतना ही नहीं, ब्राह्मणों को बाबरी मस्जिद में राम लला की मूर्ति
रखने के लिए राम की मूर्ति गोरखपुर से लानी पड़ी और प्रशासन की मदद से उसे वहां पर
रख दिया गया. यह इस बात का सबूत है कि तथाकथित अयोध्या में राम का एक भी
पुरातत्वीय अवशेष नहीं मिला है. यह बात बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने 5 अगस्त 2020 को राम मंदिर निर्माण के विरोध में
काली पट्टी बाँधकर निषेध आंदोलन करने की घोषणा करते हुए कही.
राष्ट्रीय
संयोजक वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा कि 5 अगस्त को राम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन किया जायेगा और
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के हाथों किया जायेगा. ऐसी घोषणा राम मंदिर बनाने वाले
ट्रस्ट ने की है. हम इसके विरोध में बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा और बुद्धिस्ट इंटरनेशनल
नेटवर्क के द्वारा हाथ या सिर पर काली पट्टी बाँधकर या अपने घरों पर काला झंडा
लगाकर इसका निषेध करते हैं. उन्होंने निषेध करने के कई कारणों को जाहिर करते हुए
कहा मुगल काल में ब्राह्मणों ने मुगलों की मदद से बुद्ध भूमि पर मस्जिद बनाई गई.
इस काम में ब्राह्मणों ने मुगलों की मदद की और इसकी वजह से बौद्धों के साथ
ब्राह्मणों का शत्रुत्व बना. उन्होंने कहा, मुगल आक्रमकारी और विदेशी थे, ब्राह्मण भी विदेशी और आक्रमणकारी
थे. यह बात इस घटना से सिद्ध होती है. जबकि, वहाँ पर बौद्ध स्तूप, बौद्ध विहार और बड़ा संघाराम था. इसे पुरातत्व विभाग
के द्वारा प्रमाणित किया गया था और सिद्ध किया गया था. आज मुगल और मुसलमानों का
ब्राह्मण विरोध करने का भास निर्माण कर रहे हैं. उसका कारण है कि अनपढ़, अशिक्षित, अजागृत, एससी-एसटी, ओबीसी का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए ऐसा
कर रहे हैं और यह इस्तेमाल राजनीतिक उद्देश्य के लिए कर रहे हैं.
मेश्राम
साहब ने कहा, जब राम मंदिर बनाने के लिए ट्रस्ट
बनाने का समय आया तो उस ट्रस्ट में एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के एक भी सदस्य को नहीं लिया गया. यह इसका सबूत
है कि ब्राह्मण अपने मकसद के लिए एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी का इस्तेमाल करना चाहते थे. उन्होंने दावे के
साथ कहा कि वह भूमि राम जन्म भूमि नहीं है, वह बौद्ध भूमि है. बुद्ध का वहां पर स्तूप है, विहार है, संघा राम है ऐसा पुरातत्व विभाग ने
अपने रिपोर्ट में लिखा है. उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि वहाँ पर राम से संबंधित एक
भी सबूत नहीं मिला या पुरातत्व को राम मंदिर से संबंधित एक भी सबूत नहीं मिला और न
ही राम की एक भी वस्तु ही नहीं मिली. इतना ही नहीं, ब्राह्मणों को बाबरी मस्जिद में राम लला की मूर्ति
रखने के लिए राम की मूर्ति गोरखपुर से लानी पड़ी. यह इस बात का पुख्ता सबूत है कि
तथाकथित अयोध्या में राम का एक भी पुरातत्वीय अवशेष नहीं मिला है.
उन्होंने
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के आदेश का हवाला देते हुए कहा, बाबरी मस्जिद के नीचे पुरातत्व विभाग ने जो खुदाई की
उसमें जो पुरातत्वीय वास्तुएं मिली उसकी जो लिस्ट पुरातत्व ने दी है, इसका हमारे पास सबूत है. उससे
सिद्ध होता है कि वह वस्तुएँ पुरातत्वीय थी और बौद्धों की है. वह मौर्य काल में
बनाई गई थी, यह बात पुरातत्वीक वास्तुओं की
लिस्ट से सिद्ध किया जा सकता है. वामन मेश्रान ने यह भी कहा कि राम जन्म भूमि का
आंदोलन जो आरएसएस के द्वारा शुरू किया गया था वह राम मंदिर बनाने के लिए नहीं शुरू
किया गया था. बल्कि एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी खासतौर पर ओबीसी को मंडल

आंदोलन था. इसी आंदोलन की वजह से ब्राह्मण, ओबीसी के आरक्षण को प्रभावहीन करने के लिए क्रीमीलेयर
लगाने में कामयाब हो गये और ब्राह्मणों का ओबीसी के विरोध का षड्यंत्र सफल हुआ.
उन्होंने
कहा आज ओबीसी का आरक्षण 30 साल में केवल मात्र 5.4 प्रतिशत लागू हुआ. यह धोखाधड़ी करने
में ब्राह्मण कामयाब हो गये. उसका मुख्य कारण राम मंदिर का आंदोलन था. साथ ही
ब्राह्मण, ओबीसी को मुसलमानों के विरोध में
भड़काने में भी कामयाब हो गए. आज ओबीसी को व्यावसायिक शिक्षा जिसमें मेडिकल, इंजीनियरिंग, वकालत, व्यवस्थापन अर्थात समग्र व्यावसायिक
शिक्षा में हिस्सेदारी नहीं दी जा रही है, बल्कि इसके बदले में उनको राम मंदिर का झूनझूना थमाया
जा रहा है. यह ब्राह्मणों की बड़ी धोखेबाजी है.
वामन
मेश्राम साहब का कहना है कि जैसे मुगलों को दूसरों की भूमि पर मस्जिद बनाने का
अधिकार नहीं था, ऐसा ब्राह्मण कहते थे तो
ब्राह्मणों को भी बुद्ध भूमि पर राम मंदिर बनाने का अधिकार नहीं है, ऐसा हम मानते हैं. इस भूमि पर राम
मंदिर ना बनाकर दूसरी जगह पर राम मंदिर बनाने का ब्राह्मणों को अधिकार है, ऐसा हम मानते हैं. जब मुगल
मुसलमानों को 5 एकड़ जमीन दी जा सकती है तो राम मंदिर
को भी दी जा सकती है. उन्होनें कहा सुप्रीम कोर्ट का निर्णय किसी सबूत के आधार पर
नहीं, बल्कि आस्था के आधार पर दिया गया
निर्णय है, इसे हम नहीं मानते हैं. उन्होनें
यह भी कहा कि इस मामले में बौद्धों की सुनवाई नहीं की गई. विनित मौर्य की कोर्ट
में केस थी, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई करने का
वादा भी किया था, मगर बाद में असंवैधानिक तरीके से
उस केस को सुनवाई में नहीं रखा गया. अगर उस केस की सुनवाई की गई होती तो सारे
पुरातत्वीय सबूत होने की वजह से आस्था के आधार पर केस टिक नहीं सकता था. इसलिए केस
की सुनवाई से सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इनकार किया और संविधान का उल्लंघन किया. इस तरह से
न्याय का गला घोंटा गया.
वामन
मेश्राम साहब ने अयोध्या के इतिहास पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा सम्राट बृहद्रथ मौर्य
की हत्या करने के बाद अयोध्या साकेत में वजूद में आया. उसके पहले उसका नाम साकेत
ही था अयोध्या नहीं. रामायण में राम की राजधानी का नाम अयोध्या है और इतिहास में
पुष्यमित्र शुंग के राजधानी का नाम अयोध्या है. उन्होंने कहा, पुष्यमित्र शुंग की राजधानी का नाम
अयोध्या है, ऐसा इतिहास कहता है. इससे सिद्ध
होता है कि राम काल्पनिक व्यक्ति थे अर्थात राम का वास्तविक नाम पुष्यमित्र शुंग
है, जिसने सम्राट बृहद्रथ मौर्य की
हत्या की थी. उन्होंने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि ब्राह्मण धर्म के अनुसार, ओबीसी ही शूद्र वर्ण के लोग हैं.
शेड्यूल कास्ट के लोग अछूत लोग हैं जो वर्ण व्यवस्था के बाहर के लोग हैं. रामायण
में राम ने शूद्र शंभूक अर्थात आज के ओबीसी के पूर्वज की हत्या की है, ऐसा बताया गया है तो राम ओबीसी के
आराध्य दैवत कैसे हो सकते हैं?
अंत में
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने संघ संचालित केन्द्र की बीजेपी सरकार की नीतियों को उजागर
करते हुए कहा कि जब भारत में लॉकडाउन घोषित किया और देश के समस्त लोगों को घर से
बाहर निकलने पर पाबंदी लगाई, ऐसे गुप्त
समय में समतलीकरण का काम किया, ऐसा बौद्ध
स्तूप खत्म करने के लिए किया. मौजूदा सरकार की नीतियों पर उन्होंने कहा अपराध
हमेशा छुपकर किया जाता है. इसलिए हम उपरोक्त कारणों की वजह 29 जुलाई से 5 अगस्त को बुद्ध भूमि पर ब्राह्मणों
के द्वारा अतिक्रमण करने के लिए ब्राह्मणों का विरोध करते हैं और देश के समस्त
एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के तमाम संगठनों को इस निषेध
में शामिल होने के लिए अनुरोध करते हैं. @Nayak1

"Ram
Janmabhoomi movement which was started by RSS was not started to build Ram
temple. Rather SC, ST, OBC especially OBC could not implement Mandal
commission, OBC people could not join the Mandal Commission movement, OBC's
Mandal Commission movement could be weakened and OBC could not implement
reservation. Ram was the movement of birth land for the cause. ''
Ayodhya
(Saket) is not a birthplace of Rama, it is a Buddhist land. There were Buddhist
stupas, Buddhist viharas and Bada Sangharam. It was certified and proved by the
Department of Archeology. The Brahmins helped the Mughals to build a mosque on
Buddha land during the Mughal period. Just as the Mughals were aggressive and
foreign, in the same way Brahmins are also foreigners and invaders. This point
is proved by this incident. There was not a single evidence related to Ram or
archeology could not find any evidence related to the Ram temple. Not a single
item of Ram was found. Not only this, the Brahmins had to bring the idol of Ram
from Gorakhpur to keep the idol of Ram Lala in Babri Masjid and with the help
of the administration, it was kept there. This is proof that not a single
archaeological remains of Rama have been found in the so-called Ayodhya. This
was stated by the National Convenor of Bahujan Kranti Morcha, Vaman Meshram
Saheb, on 5 August 2020, by protesting against the construction of Ram temple,
by organizing a black band.
National
convenor Vaman Meshram Saheb said that Bhoomi Puja of Ram temple will be done
on August 5 and will be done in the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Such
a declaration has been made by the trust that built the Ram temple. In protest
against this, through the Bahujan Kranti Morcha and Buddhist International
Network, we prohibit it by tying a black band on the hand or head or putting a
black flag on our homes. He expressed several reasons for prohibition, saying
that during the Mughal period, the Brahmins built a mosque on Buddha land with
the help of the Mughals. The Brahmins helped the Mughals in this work and this
led to the enmity of the Brahmins with the Buddhists. He said, Mughals were
aggressive and foreigners, Brahmins were also foreigners and invaders. This
point is proved by this incident. Whereas, there were Buddhist stupas, Buddhist

Archeology. Today, the Brahmins are opposing Mughals and Muslims. The reason

Meshram
Saheb said that when the time came to build a trust to build Ram temple, not a
single member of SC, ST, OBC was taken in that trust. This is a proof that the
Brahmins wanted to use SC, ST, OBC for their cause. He claimed that the land is
not the birthplace of Ram, it is a Buddhist land. The archeology department has
written in its report that Buddha has stupas, viharas there, Sangha Ram. He
also claimed that no evidence related to Ram was found there or archeology
could not find any evidence related to the Ram temple nor did not find a single
item of Ram. Not only this, the Brahmins had to bring the idol of Ram from
Gorakhpur to keep the idol of Ram Lala in Babri Masjid. This is a good proof
that not a single archaeological remains of Ram have been found in the
so-called Ayodhya.
Citing the
order of Allahabad High Court, he said, We have evidence of the list of
archaeological foundations found by the Archaeological Department under the
Babri Masjid. It proves that those things were archaeological and belong to
Buddhists. It was created in the Mauryan period, this can be proved from the
list of archaeological objects. Vaman Meshran also said that the Ram
Janmabhoomi movement which was started by the RSS was not started to build a
Ram temple. Rather SC, ST, OBC especially OBC could not implement Mandal
commission, OBC people could not join the Mandal Commission movement, OBC's
Mandal Commission movement could be weakened and OBC could not implement
reservation. Ram was the movement of birth land for the cause. Due to this
movement, the Brahmins managed to install creamy layer to effect the OBC reservation
and the conspiracy of the Brahmins to oppose the OBC was successful.
He said that
today only 5.4 percent of OBC reservation was implemented in 30 years. Brahmins
succeeded in committing this fraud. The main reason for this was the movement
of Ram temple. At the same time, the Brahmins also succeeded in provoking the
OBCs against the Muslims. Today, OBCs are not being given a share in vocational
education, which includes medical, engineering, advocacy, administration, that
is, overall vocational education, but instead they are being forced to swing
the Ram temple. This is a big deception of the Brahmins.
Waman
Meshram Saheb says that as the Mughals did not have the right to build mosques
on the land of others, Brahmins used to say that the Brahmins also do not have
the right to build a Ram temple on Buddha land, we believe that. Brahmins have
the right to not build a Ram temple on this land and to build a Ram temple
elsewhere. When 5 acres of land can be given to Mughal Muslims, then it can
also be given to Ram temple. He said that the decision of the Supreme Court is
not based on any evidence, but on the basis of faith, we do not accept it. He
also said that Buddhists were not heard in this case. There was a case in the
court of Vinit Maurya, the Supreme Court had also promised to hear, but later
that case was not put in the hearing in an unconstitutional manner. Had that
case been tried, the case could not have survived on the basis of faith due to
all the archaeological evidence. Therefore, the Supreme Court refused to hear
the case and violated the Constitution. In this way, justice was strangled.
Wamana
Meshram Sahab threw light on the history of Ayodhya and said that Ayodhya came
into existence in Saket after killing the emperor Brihadratha Maurya. Before
that his name was Saket and not Ayodhya. In the Ramayana, the name of the
capital of Rama is Ayodhya and the name of the capital of Pushyamitra Sunga is
Ayodhya in history. He said, the name of the capital of Pushyamitra Sunga is
Ayodhya, such history says. This proves that Rama was a fictitious person, that
is, Rama's real name is Pushyamitra Sung, who murdered Emperor Brihadratha
Maurya. He raised the question that according to Brahmin religion, OBCs are the
people of Shudra varna. Schedule cast people are untouchable people who are
outside the varna system. In the Ramayana, Rama has killed the ancestor of the
Shudra Shambhuk i.e. today's OBC, so how can Ram be an obedient god of OBC?
Finally, Waman Meshram Sahab, while highlighting the policies of the BJP government of
the Union-run Center, said that when the lockdown was declared in India and
banned all the people of the country from moving out of the house, in such a

policies of the current government, he said that crime is always done in
secret. Therefore, we oppose the Brahmins for encroaching by the Brahmins on
