क्या सच में ईवीएम की तरह चुनाव आयोग हैक हो गया है?

भारत देश कोरोना जैसी घातक महामारी से जूझ रहा है, लोग बे मौत मर रहे हैं. अचानक लॉकडाउन के चलते करोड़ों लोग बेघर, बेरोजगार हो रहे हैं, करोड़ों लोग गरीबी की खाई में जा रहे हैं और तो और करोड़ों लोगों के सामने भुखमरी का संकट खड़ा हो गया है. लॉकडाउन के दौरान भुखमरी, आत्महत्या, पुलिस की पिटाई, रोड और ट्रेन हादसों में हजारों लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है.बिहार के लोग कोरोना की मार तो सह रहे है साथ में मौसम की आपदा में विजली गिरने से होती मौते और नदी में आते जल सहेलाब - ये वो आंकड़े हैं जो दर्ज हैं, बाकी हजारों मौतें ऐसी हैं जो आंकड़ों से गायब है. लेकिन, सरकार को इसकी तनिक भी चिंता नहीं है. संकट के समय भी सरकार को केवल बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव दिखाई दे रहा है. ऐसा भी नहीं है कि यह पहली बार हो रहा है, बल्कि इसके पहले भी कोरोना काल के दौरान मध्य प्रदेश में देखने को मिल चुका है. उस समय भी जहां करोड़ों लोग भुखमरी से जूझ रहे थे तो बीजेपी मध्य प्रदेश में सरकार बनाने में व्यस्त थी. वह संकट अभी भी नहीं टला है, इसके बाद भी सरकार और चुनाव आयोग बिहार में विधानसभा चुनाव कराने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं.
संकट के बीच
बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर एक खबर आई है, जिसमें बताया गया है कि चुनाव आयोग विधानसभा चुनाव की
तारीख तय करने के लिए राजनीतिक पार्टियों से सुझाव मांगा है. यह कितनी हैरान कर
देने वाली बात है कि चुनाव आयोग राजनीतिक पार्टियों से चुनाव की तारीख तय करने के
लिए राय मांग रहा है. अगर आयोग की नजरों में चुनाव करवाना राजनीतिक पार्टियों का
काम है तो फिर चुनाव आयोग का क्या काम है? क्या चुनाव आयोग का काम केवल ईवीएम की वकालत करना है? क्या चुनाव आयोग राजनीतिक
पार्टियों के आधार पर ही चुनाव की तारीख तय करते आ रहा है या अभी तक राजनीतिक
पार्टियाँ ही चुनाव की तारीख़े तय करते आ रही हैं? चुनाव आयोग के बयान से तो यही लग रहा है कि चुनाव की
तारीख चुनाव आयोग नहीं, बल्कि राजनीतिक पार्टियाँ तय करते
रही हैं. इसका मतलब हुआ कि राजनीतिक पार्टियाँ ही अपने-अपने हिसाब से चुनाव की
तारीखें तय करती रही हैं और चुनाव आयोग राजनीतिक पार्टियों का साथ दे रहा है. अगर
चुनाव की तारीखें राजनीति पार्टियाँ तय करते आ रहीं हैं तो क्या निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी एवं स्वतंत्र रूप से
चुनाव संभव है? बता दूं कि अब तक ईवीएम से होने
वाला एक भी चुनाव ईमानदारी से नहीं हुआ है. सन 2004 से भारत भर में ईवीएम से चुनाव हो रहा है तब से
ईवीएम में घोटाला हो रहा है. यह घोटाला करने का काम कोई और नहीं, बल्कि चुनाव आयोग जिन राजनीतिक
पार्टियों से सुझाव मांग रहा है यही राजनीतिक पार्टियाँ चुनाव आयोग की मिली भगत से
ईवीएम में घोटाला कर रही हैं.
बीते कई
सालों के आंदोलन पर गौर करें तो पता चलता है कि बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष एवं
बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक वामन मेश्राम साहब बार-बार सरकार
और चुनाव आयोग पर ईवीएम में घोटाला करने का आरोप लगाते आ रहे हैं. यही नहीं ईवीएम
के खिलाफ वे पिछले कई सालों से आंदोलन भी कर रहे हैं. ईवीएम के खिलाफ धरना
प्रदर्शन, रैली के अलावा भारत भी बंद कर चुके
हैं. 
यही नहीं वामन मेश्राम साहब वर्ष 2018 और 2019 में ईवीएम के खिलाफ देशभर में ‘‘ईवीएम भंडाफोड़ परिवर्तन यात्रा’’ निकाली. 26 जून 2019 से 6 महीने के लिए परिवर्तन यात्रा कश्मीर से शुरू हुआ जो कन्या कुमारी में समापन होने वाला था. लेकिन, 6 महीना पूरा होने से पहले ही कोरोना के कारण लॉकडाउन घोषित हो गया. इस लॉकडाउन की वजह से दो राज्य केरल और तमिलनाडु में परिवर्तन यात्रा रूक गइ .अभी हाल में मेश्राम साहब ने एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान कहा है कि जैसे ही कोरोना वायरस का मामला खत्म होगा वैसे ही अधूरी ईवीएम भंडाफोड़ परिवर्तन यात्रा आंदोलन फिर से शुरू करेंगे. इसके अलावा एक और बड़ा आंदोलन शुरू करने का प्लान बना रहे हैं.
यहां तक की बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब सरकार और ईवीएम के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस दायर कर चुके हैं, जिसमें से कुछ केस उनके पक्ष में भी आ चुके हैं. अगर वर्तमान समय में लॉकडाउन नहीं होता तो बाकी केस भी फाइनल हो गये होते. यह बात पूरे दावे के साथ कहा जा सकता है कि वर्तमान में ईवीएम मशीन में जो वीवीपीएटी लगा है यह केवल वामन मेश्राम की देन है. वामन मेश्राम साहब ने तो चुनाव आयोग को यहां तक कह दिया है कि "चुनाव आयोग चोर नहीं, चोरों का सरदार है." इसके साथ यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि ईवीएम की तरह चुनाव आयोग भी हैक हो चुका है. वामन मेश्राम साहब द्वारा चुनाव आयोग पर लगाए गये हर आरोप आज सच साबित हो रहे हैं. बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीख तय करने के लिए राजनीतिक पार्टियों से सुझाव मांगना इस बात का सबूत है.
अब सवाल है
कि इसके पीछे कारण क्या है? सबसे बड़ा कारण यह है कि ईवीएम में
घोटाला करके देश की सत्ता पर अनियंत्रित कब्ज़ा करना. बगैर ईवीएम में घोटाला किए
सत्ता पर अनियंत्रित कब्जा करना संभव नहीं है. इसलिए चुनाव आयोग, कांग्रेस और बीजेपी सरकार आपसी
मिली भगत करके न केवल चुनाव की तारीखें तय कर रही हैं, बल्कि आपसी समझौते से बारी-बारी
सत्ता पर कब्जा कर रहे हैं. इस बात का अंदाजा इससे भी लगाया जा सकता है कि बिहार
में चुनाव को लेकर आरजेडी समेत कई प्रमुख राजनीतिक पार्टियाँ कोरोना महामारी को
देखते हुए चुनाव टालने के पक्ष में है. लेकिन, जेडीयू और बीजेपी की चुनावी तैयारी जारी है. जेडीयू
का वर्चुअल कैम्पेन भी जारी है. जेडीयू ने एक बार फिर साफ किया है कि वो बिहार में
चुनाव कराये जाने के पक्ष में है. यानी बीजेपी और उसकी सहयोगी पार्टी को बिहार में
न तो कोरोना महामारी से जूझ रही जनता की चिंता और न ही कोरोना के प्रकोप को रोकने
की चिंता है. अगर बीजेपी व सहयोगी पार्टी को चिंता है तो केवल बिहार चुनाव कराने

Is the Election Commission Really Hacked like EVMs?

India is facing a deadly epidemic like Corona, people are dying without death. Due to the sudden lockdown, crores of people are becoming homeless, unemployed, crores of people are going into the abyss of poverty, and crores of people have faced a hunger crisis. Thousands of people have died during the lockdown in starvation, suicide, police beatings, road and train accidents. People in Bihar are suffering from Corona, along with deaths due to falling in the weather disaster and water coming into the river. Sahelab - These are the figures which are recorded, thousands of deaths are like that which is missing from the figures. But the government is not worried about it at all. Even in times of crisis, the government is seeing only Bihar assembly elections. It is also not that this is happening for the first time, but even before that it has been seen in Madhya Pradesh during the Corona period. Even at that time, where crores of people were struggling with starvation, BJP was busy forming government in Madhya Pradesh. That crisis is still not averted, even after this, the government and the Election Commission are preparing to conductassembly elections in Bihar.
Amidst the crisis, a news has come about the Bihar assembly elections, in which it has been told that the Election Commission has sought suggestions from political parties for fixing the date for the assembly elections. It is so surprising that Election Commission is seeking opinion from political parties to fix the date of election. If it is the job of political parties to conduct elections in the eyes of the Commission, then what is the work of the Election Commission? Is the Election Commission's job only to advocate EVMs? Has the Election Commission been deciding the date of election on the basis of political parties or till now political parties have been fixing the dates of elections? It seems from the statement of the Election Commission that political parties have been deciding the date of the election, not the Election Commission. This means that the political parties are fixing the dates of the elections according to their own and the Election Commission is supporting the political parties. If the political parties have been fixing the dates of elections, is it possible to conduct a fair, transparent and free election? Let me tell you that not a single election to be held from EVM has been done honestly. EVM elections are being held across India since 2004, since then EVMs are being scammed. No one else is doing this scam, but the political parties from whom the Election Commission is seeking suggestions, the same political parties are scamming the EVMs with the help of the Election Commission.
If we look at the movement of the past many years, it is known that Bamcef's national president and Bahujan Kranti Morcha national convenor Waman Meshram Saheb has been repeatedly accusing the government and the Election Commission of scam in EVMs. Not only this, they have also been agitating against EVMs for the last several years. In addition to the protest demonstration, rally against EVMs, India has also stopped.
Not only this, Waman Meshram Saheb took out "EVM Bhandafod Parivartan Yatra" against EVMs in the year 2018 and 2019. From 26 June 2019, the Parivartan Yatra started for 6 months from Kashmir which was to end at Kanya Kumari. But, before the completion of 6 months, the lockdown was declared due to corona. Due to this lockdown, Parivartan Yatra was stopped in two states Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Recently, Meshram Saheb has said during a program that as soon as the case of corona virus is over, incomplete EVMs will resume the busted Parivartan Yatra movement. Apart from this, we are planning to start another big movement.
Even Bamcef national president Waman Meshram Saheb has filed a case in the Supreme Court against the government and EVMs, some of which have also come in his favor. If the lockdown did not happen at the present time, the rest of the cases would also have been finalized. It can be said with complete assertion that the VVPAT currently installed in EVM machine is only the product of Wamana Meshram Sahab.
Waman Meshram Sahab has even told the Election Commission that "Election Commission is not a thief, but a chieftain of thieves." Along with this, it is also alleged that like the EVM, the Election Commission has also been hacked. Every charge made by Vaman Meshram Saheb on the Election Commission is proving true today. Seeking suggestions from political parties for fixing the date of Bihar assembly election is proof of this

Now the question is what is the reason behind this? The biggest reason is that by scamming EVMs, unchecked the power of the country. It is not possible to uncheck power without EVM scam. Therefore, the Election Commission, Congress and the BJP government are not only deciding the dates of elections by mutual meeting, but are also seizing power in turn by mutual agreement. It can be gauged from this that many major political parties, including the RJD, are in favor of postponing elections in view of the Corona epidemic in Bihar. But, JDU and BJP's election preparations are going on. JDU's virtual campaign is also going on. The JDU has once again made it clear that it is in favor of conducting elections in Bihar. That is, the BJP and its allies are neither worried about the people suffering from the corona epidemic in Bihar nor to stop the outbreak of corona. If BJP and allies are worried then only Bihar elections are concerned. @ Nayak1
