ने फर्जीवाड़ा करने वाली कंपनी को दिया काम
जब से देश
में ईवीएम से चुनाव शुरू हुता तब से ईवीएम के माध्यम से घोटाला हो रहा है वे
घोटाले अभी तक बदस्तूर जारी हैं. इसका सबूत 2004-2009 से लेकर 2014 और 2019 में देखने को मिल चुका है. अब वही
घोटाला 2020 में होने वाले बिहार चुनाव में भी
देखेने को मिलने वाला है. यह बात चुनाव आयोग अच्छी तरह से जानता है, लेकिन चुनाव आयोग एक समय कांग्रेस के लिए काम किया और
अब बीजेपी के लिए काम कर रहा है.
क्विंट ने इस बात का खुलासा किया है कि चुनाव आयोग ने एक सोशल मीडिया मैनेजमेंट कंपनी को 2019 के आम चुनाव में काम दिया था, जिसने बीजेपी के मंत्रियों, यहां तक कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय को अपने क्लाइंट के रूप में शामिल किया था. 1 अगस्त 2020 को इस कंपनी की वेबसाइट टीएसडी कॉरपोरेशन के पास बीजेपी के मंत्रियों की तस्वीरें थीं, जिसमें साफ तौर पर उन्हें क्लाइंट बताया गया था. यहां तक कि पूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी और नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता कैलाश सत्यार्थी को अपना क्लाइंट और एक दूसरे पेज पर अपनी खासियत ‘पीएमओ के साथ काम करना’ बताया गया था. लेकिन 8 अगस्त को टीएसडी
कॉरपोरेशन की वेबसाइट से गायब हो गए! यह तब हुआ जब क्विंट ने इस संबंध में एक आर्टिकल पब्लिश किया था.

आर्टिकल पब्लिश करने से पहले क्विंट ने टीएसडी कॉरपोरेशन से ये सवाल पूछा था कि
क्या आप पीपएमओ के साथ काम करते हैं और अन्य बीजेपी नेता आपके क्लाइंट हैं, जैसा आपकी वेबसाइट पर बताया गया है? दूसरा यह कि क्या आपने बीजेपी के अलावा किसी अन्य
राजनीतिक पार्टी के साथ काम किया है? क्या आपने चुनाव आयोग को बताया किया कि आप बीजेपीप नेताओं के साथ काम करते
हैं? लेकिन इसका कोई जवाब नहीं मिला.
इसक बाद चुनाव आयोग को भी लिखा गया, लेकिन पूरे एक हफ्ते तक इंतजार करने के बाद भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला.
यही नहीं
चुनाव आयोग से ये भी पूछा कि 2019 लोकसभा
चुनावों के लिए चुनाव आयोग के
सोशल मीडिया
के मैनेजमेंट की संवेदनशील जिम्मेदारी टीएसडी कॉरपोरेशन को देने से पहले कुछ
छानबीन की गई थी? क्या बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं के
नाम का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए चुनाव आयोग ने टीएसडी कॉरपोरेशन के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का
आपराधिक मामला दर्ज किया है?
जवाब में
चुनाव आयोग ने नेशनल फिल्म डेवेलपमेंट कॉरपोरेशन या एनफडीसी पर ये कहते हुए मामला
डाल दिया कि एनएफडीसी ने टीएसडी कॉरपोरेशन से पेशेवर रूप से अनुभवी धिकारियों को
उपलब्ध कराया था. लेकिन अगर चुनाव आयोग स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव के लिए जवाबदेह
है तो निश्चित रूप से चुनाव आयोग को सीधे ये तय करना होगा कि कोई भी कंपनी या
व्यक्ति जो चुनाव प्रक्रिया में शामिल हो, अपना काम निष्पक्षता से करे.
क्या चुनाव
आयोग इस तरह के रवैये से कॉन्स्टीट्यूशन मैंडेट के लिए बिना किसी उचित गाइडलाइन और
फिल्टर के सरकारी विभागों को ऐसे काम देकर स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव कर सकता है? क्या चुनाव आयोग के पास पर्याप्त जानकारी नहीं है कि
टीएसडी कॉरपोरेशन ने अपनी गतिविधियों के बारे में गलत जानकारी शेयर की है? अगर हां, तो चुनाव आयोग टीएसडी कॉरपोरेशन के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं कर
रहा है? चुनाव आयोग ने दावा किया है कि
कंपनियों को ब्लैक लिस्ट करने के लिए इनबिल्ट प्रक्रियाएं हैं तो फिर इन
प्रक्रियाओं को क्यों नहीं अपनाया गया? इससे यही साबित होता है कि चुनाव आयोग ही निष्पक्ष नहीं है. अगर चुनाव आयोग
ही निष्पक्ष नही है तो निष्पक्षता से चुनाव कैसे हो सकता है.
बता दें कि
इवीएम के खिलाफ देश में जबरदस्त आंदोलन चल रहा है. बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा ईवीएम के
विरोध में कई धरना-प्रदर्शन और भारत बंद भी कर चुका है. यही नहीं बहुजन क्रांति
मोचा के माध्यम से ईवीएम के खिलाफ 6 महीने तक पूरे देश में परिवर्तन यात्रा भी निकाली जा चुकी है. इसके बाद भी
चुनाव आयोग ईवीएम से ही चुनाव कराने पर अड़ा हुआ है. जब हर चुनाव में धाखाधड़ी हो
सकती है तो फिर बिहार चुनाव में धोखाखड़ी क्यों नहीं हो सकती है? कुल मिलाकर बिहार चुनाव में ईवीएम के माध्यम से
धोखाधड़ी का 100 प्रतिशत गारंटी है. @Nayak1

revealed that the Election Commission hired a social media management company
in the 2019 general election that included BJP ministers, even the Prime
Minister's Office, as its client. On 1 August 2020, the company's website TSD
Corporation had pictures of BJP ministers, in which they were clearly described
as clients. Even former President Pranab Mukherjee and Nobel laureate Kailash
Satyarthi were described as their clients and their specialty 'working with the
PMO' on another page. But TSD on 8 August

from Corporation website! This happened when Quint published an article in this
regard.
Before
publishing the article on August 8, Quint asked TSD Corporation the question
whether you work with Peepmo and other BJP leaders are your clients, as
mentioned on your website? Secondly, have you worked with any political party
other than BJP? Have you told the Election Commission that you work with BJP
leaders? But no response was received. After this, the Election Commission was
also written, but after waiting for a whole week, no response was received.
Not only
this, he also asked the Election Commission that for the 2019 Lok Sabha

investigation done before handing over the sensitive responsibility of managing
social media to TSD Corporation? Has the Election Commission filed a criminal
case of fraud against TSD Corporation for using the names of senior BJP

experienced pros from TSD Corporation. But if the Election Commission is
accountable for free and fair elections, then surely the Election Commission
will have to directly decide that any company or person who is involved in the
election process should do their work impartially.
Can the Election Commission with such attitude make free and
fair elections for the Constitution Mandate by giving such tasks to government
departments without any proper guidelines and filters? Does the Election
Commission not have enough information that TSD Corporation has shared
incorrect information about its activities? If yes, why is the Election
Commission not taking legal action against TSD Corporation? The Election
Commission has claimed that there are inbuilt procedures to blacklist
companies, so why were these procedures not adopted? This proves that the
Election Commission itself is not fair. If the Election Commission itself is
not impartial, then how can elections be conducted impartially.
Let us know that there is a tremendous movement against EVMs
in the country. Bahujan Kranti Morcha has also staged several sit-ins and
protests against EVMs and shut down India. Not only this, through the Bahujan
Kranti Mocha, the Parivartan Yatra has also been taken out for 6 months against
EVMs. Even after this, the Election Commission is adamant on conducting
elections from EVMs. When there can be fraud in every election, then why can't
there be fraud in Bihar elections? Overall, 100% fraud is guaranteed through
