 भाजपा के लिए प्रचार करती प्रिंट मीडिया और गोदी मीडिया

‘‘संदिग्ध यूट्यूब चैनलों और वेबसाइटों की सामग्री का विश्लेषण करने से पता चला कि अधिकांश भाजपा/आरएसएस के लिए सामग्री प्रसारित करते हैं. इंडिया राग, श्री बांग्ला, बंगोदेश, भारत न्यूज, रूपम टीवी और द बंगाल आउल भाजपा के लिए सामग्री प्रसारित करते हैं और मनगढ़ंत खबरें चलाते हैं.’’

बीजेपी सरकार पूरे देश में किस तरह से फेक चैनलों एवं वेबाइटों के माध्यम से फर्जी खबरें और अपना प्रचार करवा रही है. इसका एक बार फिर से खुलासा हुआ है. पश्चिम बंगाल में 2021 के विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए सभी राजनीतिक दलों ने कमर कस ली है और इसके साथ ही वहां ऐसे 30 से अधिक प्रोपेगेंडा फैलाने वाली वेबसाइट और वीडियो चैनल सक्रिय हो गए हैं जो समाचार साइटों और चैनलों के रूप में है. ये वेबसाइटें और चैनल असत्यापित और पक्षपाती सामग्री के साथ फेक न्यूज चलाते हैं. इन चैनलों और समाचार साइटों की जांच में द वायर ने पाया कि ये वेबसाइट और वीडियो चैनल 2018 से 2020 के बीच बनाए गए और अधिकतर भाजपा के लिए प्रचार करते हैं. दो को छोड़कर ये सभी बंगाली में सामग्री प्रसारित करते हैं.

इन चैनलों एंव वेबसाइटों में इंडिया राग, बारता टुडे, कैंपेन कॉलिंग मीडिया, भारत न्यूज, बंगोदेश, कोलकाता प्राइम टाइम, टाइम्स बंगाल, बंगाल न्यूज 24, एसओएम एक्स्ट्रा, बंगाल टाइम्स, जीएस मीडिया और 4यू बांग्ला जैसे नाम के 80 फीसदी से अधिक वेबसाइट और चैनल  शामिल हैं. ये वे चैनल एंव वेबसाइट्स हैं जो अपने स्वामित्व को लेकर कोई जानकारी नहीं उपलब्ध कराते हैं. वहीं, बाकी के 20 फीसदी केवल ‘हम मीडिया और समाचार पोर्टल हैं’ और ‘यह चैनल पश्चिम बंगाल पर रोजाना समाचार अपडेट उपलब्ध कराता है-जैसे अस्पष्ट जानकारियां उपलब्ध कराते हैं.

द वायर द्वारा जिन 26 यूट्यूब चैनलों के बारे में पता लगाया गया है, उनमें से छह 2020 में अस्तित्व में आए और उनमें से एक तो बीते 22 अगस्त को शुरू किया गया है. वहीं, 11 ने साल 2019, चार ने 2018 और छह ने 2017 में काम शुरू किया. ये जानकारियां विभिन्न चैनलों द्वारा उनके पेजों पर उपलब्ध कराई गई हैं. वहीं, समाचार वेबसाइटों ने अपने बारे में कोई जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं कराई है. किसी ने भी अपने स्थापित किए जाने की तारीख नहीं बताई है. यही नहीं इन वेबसाइटों पर प्रकाशित लेखों में किसी लेखक का नाम नहीं है. कुछ वेबसाइटों ने वास्तविक लगने के लिए लेखक का नाम तो दिया है लेकिन उनके साथ कोई उपनाम नहीं जुड़ा है.

भाजपा आईटी सेल के वरिष्ठ सदस्य के रूप में काम करने वाले एक व्यक्ति ने अपना नाम न छापने की शर्त पर द वायर को बताया कि वहां पर एक कंटेंट तैयार करने वाला विभाग है, जिसकी जिम्मेदारी रोजाना समाचार के रूप में प्रोपेगेंडा तैयार करना है. उन्होंने आगे कहा, चूंकि दर्शकों तक अच्छी खासी पहुंच यूट्यूब चैनलों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण मानक है, इसलिए भाजपा कभी-कभी अपने खुद के लाभ के लिए बड़े सब्सक्राइबर्स वाले चैनल खरीद लेती है. जब द वायर ने संदिग्ध यूट्यूब चैनलों और वेबसाइटों की सामग्री का विश्लेषण किया तो पाया कि अधिकांश भाजपा/आरएसएस के लिए सामग्री प्रसारित करते हैं. इंडिया राग, श्री बांग्ला, बंगोदेश, भारत न्यूज, रूपम टीवी और द बंगाल आउल भाजपा के लिए सामग्री प्रसारित करते हैं और मनगढ़ंत खबरें चलाते हैं.@Nayak1

How the BJP government is making fake news and publicity through fake channels and websites across the country. It has been revealed once again. In West Bengal, all political parties have geared up for the 2021 assembly elections and with this, more than 30 such propaganda websites and video channels have been activated in the form of news sites and channels. These websites and channels run fake news with unverified and biased content. Investigating these channels and news sites, The Wire found that these websites and video channels were created between 2018 and 2020 and mostly campaign for the BJP. Except two, they all broadcast content in Bengali.

 These channels and websites include more than 80 per cent of websites with names like India Raag, Barata Today, Campaign Calling Media, Bharat News, Bangladesh, Kolkata Prime Time, Times Bengal, Bengal News 24, SOM Extra, Bengal Times, GS Media and 4U Bangla And channels. These are the channels and websites that do not provide any information about their ownership. At the same time, only 20 per cent of the remaining 'we are media and news portals' and' this channel provides daily news updates on West Bengal-like providing vague information.

 Of the 26 YouTube channels that have been detected by The Wire, six came into existence in 2020 and one of them has been launched on August 22. At the same time, 11 started work in the year 2019, four in 2018 and six in 2017. These information have been provided by various channels on their pages. At the same time, news websites have not provided any information about themselves. No one has given the date of its establishment. Not only this, there is no author name in the articles published on these websites. Some websites have given the author's name to look genuine but no surname is associated with them.

A person working as a senior member of the BJP IT cell told The Wire on condition of anonymity that there is a content preparation department, whose responsibility is to make propaganda in the form of daily news. He further said, since good reach to viewers is an important standard for YouTube channels, the BJP sometimes buys channels with large subscribers for its own benefit. When The Wire analyzed the contents of suspected YouTube channels and websites, it was found that most broadcast content for BJP / RSS.
