ईवीएम मशीन को भारत में क्यों लाया
गया ?
जब अस्सी के दशक में सारे यूरोप में
ईवीएम मशीन पर प्रतिबंध लगाया, अमेरिका और जापान ने भी ईवीएम मशीन पर प्रतिबंध लगाया, तब इंदिरा गांधी ने 1982 में इस प्रतिबंध लगाई हुई
मशीन को भारत में लाने का निर्णय किया।
इंदिरा गांधी ने 1982 में ईवीएम मशीन को भारत में
लाने का निर्णय क्यों किया? 1982 में कांशीराम जी का प्रार्दुभाव हो गया था और "वोट
हमारा राज तुम्हारा नहीं चलेगा" ऐसे नारे सारे देश भर में लग रहे थे। उस समय1982 में इंदिरा गांधी ने ईवीएम मशीन लाने का निर्णय
यह सोचकर किया कि हम ब्राह्मण लोग 3.5 प्रतिशत हैं इमानदारी से हम ब्राह्मण लोग कभी चुनाव जीतते
नहीं हैं भविष्य में तो यह खतरा और पैदा होगा। इसलिए अगर भविष्य में चुनाव जीतना
है तो जिस मशीन पर यूरोप में पाबंदी लगाई है वह मशीन हम ब्राह्मणों के लिए सबसे
ज्यादा उपयोगी है। यह ईवीएम मशीन जो बदमाश मशीन है यह ईवीएम मशीन हम ब्राह्मणों
के लिए सबसे ज्यादा उपयोगी मशीन है।
*यह सोचकर इंदिरा गांधी ने 1982 में ईवीएम मशीन को भारत में लाने का फैसला किया* इसलिए
ईवीएम मशीन के बारे में इंदिरा गांधी को सारी टेक्निकल जानकारी थी।
ईवीएम मुद्दे पर कांग्रेस और RSS का आपसी समझौता
सन 2004 सन 2009 में कांग्रेस ने सारे देश भर में लोकसभा चुनाव में ईवीएम
मशीन का उपयोग किया
और कांग्रेस ने ईवीएम मशीन के
माध्यम से घोटाला
किया।
यह घोटाला कैसे करना है यह केवल
कांग्रेस को ही मालूम था* सन 2003 में अटल बिहारी वाजपेई प्रधानमंत्री थे मगर अटल बिहारी
वाजपेई को ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाले के बारे में मालूम नहीं था ।ईवीएम मशीन को भारत
में लाने का काम इंदिरा गांधी ने किया था ।इसलिए ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाले के बारे
में इंदिरा गांधी को मालूम था। 2004 में कांग्रेस ने ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाला करके चुनाव जीता 2009 में भी कांग्रेस ने ईवीएम
मशीन में घोटाला करके चुनाव जीता । 2004 और 2009 में कांग्रेस द्वारा ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाला करके लोकसभा
चुनाव जीतने के बाद डॉक्टर सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने इसके दस्तावेजी सबूत इकट्ठा किए।
डॉक्टर सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने इसके दस्तावेजी सबूत इकट्ठा करके इसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट
में लेकर गया । ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाला कैसे करना है कांग्रेस को सब मालूम है। वैसे
BJP को ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाले
के बारे में मालूम नहीं था मगर 2004 और 2009 में कांग्रेस के द्वारा ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाला करके लोकसभा
चुनाव जीतने का सबूत डॉक्टर सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने RSS को दे दिया,जिसके कारण RSS और BJP को भी मालूम हो गया कि ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाला करके चुनाव
जीता गया है। इसके बाद कांग्रेस ने RSS के साथ संपर्क किया और RSS के साथ गुप्त समझौता किया।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कांग्रेस को नोटिस
जारी किया तो कांग्रेस में हड़कंप मच गया कांग्रेस को लगा कि अब कैसे बचा जाए ? इसीलिए कांग्रेस ने सबसे
पहले सोचा कि सबसे पहले तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज को मैनेज करना होगा क्योंकि
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अगर फैसला सुना दिया तो खतरा बहुत बढ़ जाएगा और इस कारण 2004 और 2009 का लोकसभा चुनाव असंवैधानिक
घोषित हो जाएगा। अगर 2004 और 2009 का लोकसभा चुनाव असंवैधानिक घोषित हो गया तो 2004 वह 2009 में जितने भी निर्णय लिए गए
हैं वह सारे के सारे निर्णय भी असंवैधानिक घोषित हो जाएंगे* इसलिए कांग्रेस ने
सोचा कि सबसे पहले क्या करना होगा ? कांग्रेस ने फौरी तौर पर सबसे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजों को मैनेज
करने का गुप्त प्लान बनाया मैं आपको बहुत गंभीर बात बता रहा हूं ।मेरे पास सबूत
हैं कि उन्होंने कौन-कौन से जजों को मैनेज किया ।मुझे जजों के नाम के साथ मालूम है
और मेरे पास इसके सबूत भी हैं
इसके बाद कांग्रेस ने सोचा कि केवल
जजों को मैनेज करने से काम नहीं चलेगा क्योंकि 2004 में कांग्रेस ने अटल बिहारी वाजपेई को हराया था और 2009 में लालकृष्ण आडवाणी को
हराया था अटल बिहारी वाजपेई तो रिटायर हो गया है मगर लालकृष्ण आडवाणी रिटायर होने
का नाम नहीं ले रहा है अगर आडवाणी को यह ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाले के बारे में मालूम
हो गया तो वह सारे देश में इसके खिलाफ रथ यात्रा करने निकल पड़ेगा। अगर आडवाणी ने
सारे देश में रथ यात्रा निकाली तो सारे देश में इतना हंगामा होगा कि जिला लेवल पर
कांग्रेस कमेटियों के जो दफ्तर हैं उसमें आग लगने की संभावना है इससे भयंकर मामला
खड़ा हो जाएगा। इसलिए सोनिया गांधी और कांग्रेस ने
निर्णय किया कि इस से भयंकर मामला
होने वाला है,
इसलिए इसे रोकना होगा।
सोनिया गांधी और कांग्रेस ने सोचा
कि लालकृष्ण आडवाणी को कौन रोक सकता है? क्या सुषमा स्वराज रोक सकती हैं? बिल्कुल नहीं ।क्यों?
क्योंकि सुषमा स्वराज और अरुण जेटली
तो आडवाणी के चेले हैं इसलिए चेले नेता को कैसे रोकेंगे इसलिए कांग्रेस को लगा कि
यह आडवाणी को नहीं रोक सकते हैं मगर आडवाणी को किसी भी हालत में रोकना होगा इसलिए
कांग्रेस ने RSS से संपर्क किया कांग्रेस ने
सोचा कि एक ही शक्ति आडवाणी को रोक सकती है और दूसरी कोई भी शक्ति आडवाणी को भारत
में नहीं रोक सकती और इस शक्ति का नाम है आरएसएस
इसलिए कांग्रेस ने RSS से संपर्क किया और RSS को कहा कि आपके पास डॉक्टर
सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने सारे दस्तावेजी सबूत दिए हैं कि हमने कैसे 2004 और 2009 में ईवीएम मशीन में घोटाला
करके लोकसभा
चुनाव जीता और आप लोगों ने वह सारे
दस्तावेज देख लिए हैं इसलिए अब आपसे क्या छुपाना है अब तो
आपको सब कुछ मालूम ही हो गया है
जब तक हम सोच रहे थे कि छुपा है तो
छुपा है ठीक है
मगर जब आपको सब मालूम हो ही गया है
तो और बंद मुट्ठी खुल गई है इसलिए अब आपको हम बताते हैं
कि हमने 2004 और 2009 में लोकसभा चुनाव में ईवीएम
में मशीन में घोटाला किया था और चुनाव जीता था।
मगर राष्ट्रहित में यह है कि आडवाणी
को रोका जाए क्योंकि जो ब्राह्मण हित में होता है उसे वह राष्ट्रहित में बताते हैं
।जो ब्राह्मणों के हित में होता है वे कहते हैं कि नहीं नहीं यह देशहित और
राष्ट्रहित में है।
यह इसलिए राष्ट्रहित में है क्योंकि
आडवाणी को रोका जाए नहीं तो देश खतरे में पड़ जाएगा RSS ने कांग्रेस से पूछा कि देश
कैसे खतरे में पड़ेगा?
कांग्रेस ने कहा कि 2004 से 2014 तक हमारी सरकार ने जो भी
फैसले राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लिए हैं वह सारे के सारे रद्द हो जाएंगे
और भारत की सारी दुनिया में बदनामी हो जाएगी। देश में विद्रोह खड़ा हो जाएगा। पहले
से ही SC ST OBC और माइनॉरिटी में असंतोष
फैला हुआ है और वामन मेश्राम पहले से ही नजर गड़ाए बैठा है इसलिए खतरा ज्यादा है।
केवल आडवाणी का ही खतरा नहीं है बल्कि एक और खतरा वामन मेश्राम का भी है इसलिए
कांग्रेस ने RSS को कहा कि आडवाणी को रोकना
होगा तब RSS ने कांग्रेस से कहा कि हां
हम अब आडवाणी को रोकते हैं ठीक है आपकी बात मान लेते हैं RSS ने कांग्रेस को कहा कि आडवाणी
को रोकने से हमें क्या फायदा होगा ?
कांग्रेस ने RSS को कहा कि इससे राष्ट्रहित
को फायदा होगा ।RSS ने कांग्रेस से कहा कि अरे यह तो लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाने के
लिए राष्ट्रहित का स्लोगन है जैसे कांग्रेस और गांधी जी ने लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाने
के
लिए राष्ट्रहित का नारा लगाया था हम
RSS के लोग भी
लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाने के लिए
राष्ट्रहित की बात करते रहते हैं।
मगर हम दोनों धोखेबाज लोग इकट्ठा
बैठे हैं तो हम दोनों को राष्ट्रहित का अर्थ मालूम है इसलिए तुम हमको राष्ट्रहित
कि बात मत करो।
क्योंकि हमको मालूम है कि हम कोई
राष्ट्रहित का काम करने वाले लोग नहीं हैं क्या ब्राह्मण कभी कोई राष्ट्रहित में
काम करता है ?* कांग्रेस ने कहा कि चलो ठीक
है तो अब क्या किया जाए RSS में बड़े घाघ नेता लोग हैं। उसनें कांग्रेस को कहा कि
आप ने घोटाला किया है तो यह आपको बताना है। कांग्रेस ने कहा कि ठीक है हम ही बताते
हैं कांग्रेस ने RSS को कहा कि 2014 के चुनाव में आप घोटाला कर लेना केंद्र में हमारी सरकार
हैं चीफ इलेक्शन कमिशन हमने बनाया है उसने पिछले बार इस षड्यंत्र में हिस्सा लिया
था और जब पिछली षड्यंत्र में हिस्सा लिया था तो अब भी षड्यंत्र में हिस्सा लेगा और
दूसरी बात यह है कि जो भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा है इसमें उसमें 80% ब्राह्मण और तत्सम ऊंची
जातियों जाति के लोग हैं। केन्द्र में हमारी सरकार है इसलिए प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों से हम यह काम
करवाएंगे जुडिशरी को हमने बोल दिया है मीडिया वालों को भी बोल दिया है कि इसकी कोई
खबर नहीं छापी जाए इसलिए हम आपको सारे देश भर में मदद करने के लिए तैयार हैं
इसीलिए 2014 का चुनाव आप घोटाला करके
जीतो।* 
*RSS ने कांग्रेस को कहा कि आप ने ऐसा कहा कि 2004 और 2009 का लोकसभा चुनाव में घोटाला
करके दो बार चुनाव जीता और आप हमें एक ही बार घोटाला करने के लिए बोल रहे हैं*

नहीं है। कांग्रेस ने RSS से पूछा कि आपका क्या कहना
है? RSS के लोग बहुत घाघ हैं
उन्होंने कांग्रेस को कहा आप भली-भांति जानते हो कि हम क्या कहना चाहते हैं ?कांग्रेस ने कहा कि अच्छा
आपका यह कहना है कि हमने दो बार घोटाला किया है तो आपको भी दो बार घोटाला करने का
अवसर दिया जाए। RSS ने कहा कि हम तो पहले ही कह रहे हैं कि आप समझदार लोग हैं
आप हमसे सीनियर लोग हैं 1885 में कांग्रेस बनी और 1925 में RSS बनी तो आप तो हमसे सीनियर हैं आप ज्यादा होशियार लोग हैं
अगर आपने दो बार
घोटाला किया है तो हमें भी दो बार
घोटाला करने दिया
जाए। इस बात पर कांग्रेस और RSS के साथ सौदेबाजी हुई और
सौदेबाजी होने के बाद यह निर्णय हुआ।
