कांग्रेस और बीजेपी किस तरह से शिक्षा का सत्यानाश कर रही हैं, इसका और सबूत नई शिक्षा नीति के नाम पर देखने को मिला है. कुल मिलाकर शिक्षा का सत्यानाश में करनें में कांग्रेस और बीजेपी ने कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी है. जब-जब कांग्रेस को मौका मिला तब-तब कांग्रेस ने शिक्षा का सत्यानाश किया और अब बीजेपी को मौका मिला है इसलिए बीजेपी शिक्षा का सत्यानाश बड़े पैमाने पर कर रही है. मालूम हो कि 2009 में कांग्रेस सरकार अपने कार्यकाल में आखिरी बार बोर्ड की परीक्षा करवाई थी. उसके बाद साल 2010 में कक्षा पांचवीं और आठवीं की बोर्ड परीक्षा समाप्त कर दी थी. इन कक्षाओं में फेल होने वाले बच्चों को औसत अंक देकर पास कर दिया जाता था. अब उसी रास्ते में बीजेपी सरकार चल रही है. अब 2020 में केन्द्र की संघ संचालित मोदी सरकार बोर्ड की परीक्षाओं को खत्म करने की पूरी तैयारी कर चुकी है. आने वाले समय में नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत बोर्ड की परीक्षाओं को खत्म कर दिया जायेगा. यह बात कोई और नहीं, बल्कि देश विनाशक प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने नई शिक्षा नीति और उसके प्रभाव पर आयोजित सम्मेलन में कही है.

नरेंद्र मोदी ने नई शिक्षा नीति और उसके प्रभाव पर आयोजित सम्मेलन में कहा कि
राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति सिर्फ पढ़ाई के तौर तरीकों में बदलाव के लिए ही नहीं है, ये 21वीं सदी के
भारत के सामाजिक और आर्थिक पक्ष को नई दिशा देने वाली है. ये आत्मनिर्भर भारत के
संकल्प और सामर्थ्य को आकार देने वाली है. नयी शिक्षा नीति देश के युवाओं को
भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं के मुताबिक शिक्षा और स्किल्स दोनों मोर्चों पर तैयार करेगी.
पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि नई शिक्षा नीति का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को सशक्त करना है.
साथ ही उन्हें बोर्ड एग्जाम और बैग के बोझ से मुक्त किया जायेगा. ऐसा करने के लिए
सरकार ने शिक्षा नीति में मजबूती से काम किया है. असल में नई शिक्षा नीति के नाम
पर देश की जनता को गुमराह करने के लिए उक्त बातें कही जा रही है.
मजेदार बात
देखिए कि पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि यह शिक्षा नीति, सरकार की शिक्षा नीति नहीं है, ये देश की शिक्षा नीति है. अगर इस बात का पूर्ण रूप से विश्लेषण करें तो
पता चलेगा कि देश के भविष्य कहे जाने वाले बच्चे और युवाओं के भविष्य को चौपट
बनाने के लिए खुद मोदी सरकार अपने आपको जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहरा रही है, बल्कि मोदी सरकार द्वारा किए बर्बादी का ठिकरा देश
यानी देश की जनता के सिर पर फोड़ रही है. इस सम्मेलन में सभी राज्यों के शिक्षा
मंत्री, राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपति
और अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी शामिल थे. आत्मनिर्भर भारत बनाने की दिशा में सक्षम एवं
सुदृढ़ शैक्षिक पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र का निर्माण करेगा.
बता दें कि
नई शिक्षा नीति के नाम पर पहले ही सरकार कक्षा 5वीं तक अंग्रेजी पढ़ाने पर रोक लगा चुकी है और अब बोर्ड की परीक्षा खत्म कर
उनके मेरिट को ही खत्म कर रही है. सरकार के इस फैसले का मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज के
बच्चों की गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा पर इतना बुरा असर होगा जिसकी कल्पना भी नहीं की जा
सकती है. क्योंकि, सरकारी स्कूलों में सबसे ज्यादा
एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी एवं मायनॉरिटी के बच्चे पढ़ते हैं. इसलिए सरकार
इन स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले बहुजन समाज के बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा से वंचित
कर रही है. जबकि, कक्षा 5वीं तक शिक्षा को शिक्षा का नींव माना जाता है. इसका
मतलब है कि मोदी सरकार कक्षा 5वीं तक
अंग्रेजी शिक्षा पर रोक लगाकर उनकी गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा की नींव को ही कमजोर बना
रही है. वहीं शासक जातियों के बच्चे अंग्रेजी मीडियम स्कूलों में पढ़ते हैं जहां
एलकेजी से ही अंग्रेजी पढ़ाई जाती है.
इसके अलावा
इस नई शिक्षा नीति के सबसे ज्यादा निजी स्कूल और कॉलेजों को महत्व दिया जायेगा. इन
स्कूल-कॉलेजों में 100 प्रतिशत पाठ्यक्रम पढ़ाया जायेगा और
इसकी फीस भी महंगी कर दी जायेगी जिससे मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज के बच्चे उच्च शिक्षा
से दूर हो जायेंगे. इसका मतलब साफ है कि मोदी सरकार मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज के
बच्चों को प्रारंभिक और उच्च शिक्षा यानी दोनों तरफ से दूर करने की खतरनाक साजिश

from this, importance of private schools and colleges will be given to this new
education policy. 100 per cent syllabus will be taught in these schools and
colleges and its fees will also be made expensive so that children of
indigenous Bahujan Samaj will get away from higher education. This means that
the Modi government is making a dangerous conspiracy to remove the children of
