हाथरस का मामला केवल मनीषा के परिवार का ही मामला
नहीं रह गया है, बल्कि यह समाज का मामला हो गया है. भाजपा सरकार ने परिवार पर दबाव डालकर
उनकी आवाज को दबाने कि कोशिश की है. लेकिन वे हमारी आवाज को नहीं दबा सकते हैं.
न्याय के लिए हमारा आंदोलन जारी रहेगा. हाथरस के मामले को अपने हाथों में लेते हुए
यह बात बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कही है.
गौरतलब है कि हाथरस मामले को वामन मेश्राम साहब के
हाथों में लेते ही मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज में एक उम्मीद जाग गई है. लोगों में
विश्वास होने लगा है कि यह मामला वामन मेश्राम के हाथों में जाते ही अब पीड़ित
परिवार को न्याय मिल जायेगा. हाथरस मामले को अपने हाथों में लेते ही बलरामपुर, बुलंदशहऱ, आजमगढ़ और भदोही सहित
अन्य मामलों को लेकर बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक वामन मेश्राम ने
उत्तर प्रदेश सहित देशभर में आंदोलन की घोषणा कर दी है.
घोषणा करते हुए वामन मेश्राम साहब ने
कहा कि हाथरस के मुद्दे पर मैंने जो कहा था वह बात सच साबित हो गई है कि प्रशासन
ने पीड़ित परिवार पर दबाव डालकर जबरदस्ती से लेटर लिखवाया था. उन्होंने कहा
बलात्कारी लड़की के पिता को उत्तर प्रदेश प्रशासन पर विश्वास नहीं है, ऐसा वीडियो भी वायरल
किया. इस पर जिलाधिकारी नाराज हो गए और पीड़ित परिवार को धमकाने लगे. यही नहीं
पीड़ित परिवार के लोगों को घर में बंद करके आर्टिकल 19 का फ्रीडम ऑफ स्पीच एंड फ्रीडम ऑफ एक्सप्रेशन का गला
दबा दिया गया, संविधान का गला दबा दिया गया. फंडामेंटल राइट का वायलेशन किया गया.
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने प्रशासन पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा
अपराधियों को जेल में डालने के बजाए अपराधियों के सबूत मिटाने का काम कर रहे हैं.
इतनी जघन्य अपराध होने के बाद भी एडीजी का बयान है कि लड़की का बलात्कार नहीं हुआ
है, जीभी
नहीं काटी गई है. जबकि बलात्कारी महिला का टाइम डिक्लेरेशन उपलब्ध है. यह देशभर
में मीडिया के सामने आया हुआ है. मेडिकल रिपोर्ट से भी ज्यादा टाइम डिक्लेरेशन का
बहुत महत्व होता है. मगर मेडिकल रिपोर्ट में जो बातें लिखी हुई है पुलिस वाले उसको
नहीं बता रहे हैं. जांच में शुक्राणु नहीं मिले, केवल इतना बता रहे हैं. जब 8 दिन के बाद सैंपल किए
जाएंगे तो शुक्राणु कहा से मिलेंगे?
ये इस बात को सिद्ध करता है कि योगी का जो शासन है
वह प्रशासन सबूतों को नष्ट करने का काम कर रहा है. अपराधियों को बचाने का काम कर
रहा है.
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश का मुख्यमंत्री
ठाकुर है और बलात्कारी भी ठाकुर हैं. इसलिए वे अपनी जाति के लोगों को बचाने के काम
में लगा हुआ है. संविधान की शपथ लेकर भी संविधान का उल्लंघन कर रहा है. ये सारी
बातें बहुत ज्यादा गंभीर है. इसके साथ ही उत्तर प्रदेश में कई जगहों पर
बलात्कार की घटना हुई हैं. लड़की की लाश को परिवार को दिए बगैर जला देना यह मौलिक
अधिकार का उल्लंघन है. पुलिस प्रशासन ने खुद एट्रोसिटी करने का काम किया है. इसलिए
हमारी मांग है कि जिन पुलिस वालों ने परिवार को लाश दिए बगैर जलाने का काम किया उन
लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया और बर्खाश्त किया जाए. इसके अलावा उनके ऊपर एट्रोसिटी का
केस चलाया जाए.
आगे कहा कि एडीजी को बर्खास्त किया जाए और उनके ऊपर
सबूतों को नष्ट करने के आरोप में केस चलाया जाए. इतना ही नहीं, डीएम ने परिवार को मदद
करने के बजाय धमकी देने का काम किया,
यह संविधान का उल्लंघन है. इसलिए हम इसके विरोध में 3 अक्टूबर को उत्तर
प्रदेश के 75 जिलों में धरना प्रदर्शन का कार्यक्रम होगा. यह हम पहले ही घोषित कर चुके
हैं. इसके अलावा 8 अक्टूबर को देशभर में धरना प्रदर्शन होगा होगा और 15 अक्टूबर
को देशभर में विशाल प्रदर्शन रैली का आयोजन किया जायेगा. इसके साथ ही 22 अक्टूबर
को उत्तर प्रदेश बंद का ऐलान किया जाता है. उसके बाद 30 अक्टूबर
को जेल भरो आंदोलन किया जाएगा.
बताते चलें कि हाथरस मामले में जहां एक ओर पीड़ित
परिवार न्याय के लिए आस लगाए बैठा है तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ विपक्ष का दिखावा करने
वाली कांग्रेस और उसके नेता सहित अन्य लोग पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय दिलाने के बजाए, राजनीति रोटियाँ सेंकने
के लिए हाथरस जा रहे हैं. सवाल है क्या केवल हाथरस जाने से पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय
मिलेगा? कुछ नेता हाथरस जाकर लौट आएं हैं तो क्या पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय मिल गया? असल मामला पीड़ित परिवार
को न्याय दिलाने का नहीं है,
बल्कि राजनीति करने का है. क्योंकि, राजनीति करने वाले ये
नेता वहां जाकर यह संदेश देना चाहते हैं कि पीड़ित परिवार के प्रति उनकी संवेदना
है. जबकि, हकीकत में राजनीति करना ही है.
अगर देखा जाए तो इस देश में वामन मेश्राम साहब के
नेतृत्व में बामसेफ, भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा, बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा एवं उसके सभी ऑफसूट संगठन ही एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी एवं मायनॉरिटी को
न्याय दिलाने के लिए, उनकी वास्तविक लड़ाई लड़ रहा है. इन संगठनों के अलावा कोई दूसरा संगठन आज की
तारीख में नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है. लॉकडाउन के दौरान भी देखने को मिल चुका है कि
जहां सरकार से लेकर राजनीतिक पार्टियाँ और बहुजन हितैषी संगठन होने का दावा करने
वाले नेता घरो में थे, उस वक्त आपदा में बामसेफ एवं ऑफसूट संगठन लोगों की मदद कर रहे थे.
इसका दूसरा सबूत अभी हाल ही में गुजरात में उस वक्त
देखने को मिला जब ब्राह्मणों ने बामसेफ के वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ता एड.देवजीभाई महेश्वरी
की हत्या कर दी. इसके विरोध में बामसेफ ने 24
घंटे के अंदर पूरे गुजरात को बंद कर दिया. इस तीव्र
आंदोलन से सरकार दबाव में आई और तत्काल कार्यवाही करते हुए 9 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार
कर लिया गया. यह बामसफ के आंदोलन का असर था. अब देश के 85 प्रतिशत
मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज के लोगों भी यकीन और विश्वास हो गया है कि बामसेफ एवं उसके
सभी ऑफसूट संगठन ही मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज को न्याय दिला सकता है.@Nayak1

The case of
Hathras is not just a matter of Manisha's family, but it has become a matter of
society. The BJP government has tried to suppress his voice by putting pressure
on the family. But they cannot suppress our voice. Our movement for justice
will continue. Taking the matter of Hathras into his own hands, Waman Meshram
Saheb, the national convener of Bahujan Kranti Morcha, has said this.
Significantly,
after taking the Hathras case into the hands of Waman Meshram Sahab, a hope has
arisen in the Moolnivasi Bahujan society. People have started believing that as
soon as this matter goes into the hands of Waman Meshram, now the victim's
family will get justice. As soon as the Hathras case is taken into its own
hands, Bahmanjan Kranti Morcha national convenor Vaman Meshram has announced a
movement across the country, including Uttar Pradesh, including Balrampur,
Bulandshah, Azamgarh and Bhadohi.
Making the
announcement, Waman Meshram Saheb said that what I had said on the issue of
Hathras proved to be true that the administration had forced the victim's
family to write a letter forcefully. He said that the father of the rapist girl
does not believe in Uttar Pradesh administration, such a video was also made
viral. The District Magistrate became angry and threatened the victim's family.
Not only this, the freedom of speech and freedom of expression of Article 19
was strangled by the people of the victim's family at home, the Constitution
was strangled. The fundamental right was violated.
Accusing the
administration, Waman Meshram Saheb said that instead of putting criminals in
jail, they are working to erase the evidence of criminals. Even after such a
heinous crime, the ADG's statement that the girl has not been raped, has not
been cut. While time declaration of rapist woman is available. This has come
before the media across the country. Time declaration has more importance than
a medical report. But what is written in the medical report, the police are not
telling him. Sperm were not found in the investigation, only they are telling.
When sampled after 8 days, where will the sperm meet? This proves that the

He also said
that the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh is Thakur and the rapist is also
Thakur. Therefore, he is engaged in the work of saving the people of his caste.
Even taking an oath of the constitution is violating the constitution. All
these things are very serious. Along with this, there have been incidents of
rape in many places in Uttar Pradesh. Burning the girl's body without giving it
to the family is a violation of fundamental rights. The police administration
itself has done the work of atrocity. That is why we demand that those
policemen who did the work of burning the family without giving them the corpse
should be arrested and dismissed. Apart from this, a case of atrocity should be
run against them.
He further said
that the ADG should be dismissed and a case should be run against him for
destroying the evidence. Not only this, the DM acted to threaten the family
rather than help, it is a violation of the constitution. Therefore, we will
have a protest demonstration program in 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh on
October 3 against this. We have already declared this. Apart from this, there
will be a sit-in demonstration across the country on October 8 and a huge
demonstration rally will be organized on October 15 across the country. With
this, Uttar Pradesh bandh is announced on 22 October. After this, Jail Bharo
movement will be organized on 30 October.
Let us tell you
that in the Hathras case, on one hand, while the victim's family is waiting for
justice, on the other hand, including the Congress and its leaders pretending
to be the opposition, other people are going to Hathras to bribe politics,
instead of bringing justice to the victim's family. Huh. The question is, will
only the victim's family get justice? If some leaders return to Hathras, does
the victim's family get justice? The real matter is not to bring justice to the
victim's family, but to do politics. Because, these political leaders want to
go there and give this message that they have condolences to the victim's
family. Whereas in reality, politics has to be done.
If seen, in
this country, BAMCEF, Bharat Mukti Morcha, Bahujan Kranti Morcha and all its
offshoot organizations, under the leadership of Vaman Meshram Saheb, are
fighting their real battle to provide justice to SC, ST, OBC and minorities.
Apart from these organizations, no other organization is visible to date. It
has also been seen during the lockdown that while the government, from
political parties and leaders claiming to be a Bahujan-friendly organization
were in the house, at that time BAMCEF and offshoot organizations were helping
people.
The second
evidence of this was recently seen in Gujarat when the Brahmins killed senior
BAMCEF activist Ed.Devjibhai Maheshwari. In protest, BAMCEF closed the entire
Gujarat state within 24 hours. The government came under pressure due to this
intense movement and taking immediate action, nine accused were arrested. This
was the effect of Bamsaf's movement. Now 85 percent of indigenous Bahujan Samaj
people of the country have also believed and believed that only BAMCEF and all
its offshoot organization can provide justice to indigenous Bahujan Samaj. @
