हाथरस, बलरामपुर, बुलंदशहऱ और भदोही सहित अन्य मामलों को
लेकर बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक वामन मेश्रान साहब ने 3 अक्टूबर 2020 को यूपी सहित देशभर में चरणबद्ध आंदोलन
की जोरदार शुरूआत की थी. जहां उत्तर प्रदेश के 75 जिलों में एक साथ धरना प्रदर्शन किया
गया. वहीं अब 8 अक्टूबर
को देश के सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर विशाल धरना प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा. यह आंदोलन यही
नहीं रूकने वाला है, बल्कि 15 अक्टूबर को सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर
रैली प्रदर्शन होने वाला है. यही नहीं 22 अक्टूबर को पूरा उत्तर प्रदेश बंद किया
जायेगा तो वहीं 30 अक्टूबर
को देशव्यापी जेलभरो आंदोलन की भी घोषणा की गई है.
गौरतलब है
कि योगी सरकार में लगातार हो रहे बलात्कार और हत्या से पूरा देश दहल चुका है.
एनसीआरबी की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, हर दिन 15 महिलाओं और 6 बच्चियों को हवस का शिकार बनाया जा रहा
है. इसके साथ ही रिपोर्ट में यह भी दावा किया गया है कि हर दिन हर दिन दो अपहरण के
केस दर्ज हो रहे हैं. इसके बाद भी सरकार और प्रशासन दरिंदों को फांसी की सजा देने
के बजाए बचाने का काम कर रही है. इसके खिलाफ बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा देशभर में
आंदोलन करने के लिए मजबूर हो गया है. संगठन की ओर कई मांग रखे गए हैं. यह भी कहा
गया है कि अगर सरकार उनकी मांगों को स्वीकार नहीं करती है तो सरकार को इसका
खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ेगा.
बताते
चलें कि 14 सितम्बर, 2020 को हाथरस की निर्भया के साथ चार दबंग
ठाकुरों ने गैंगरेप और उसके बाद जीभ काट दी और रीढ़ की हड्डी भी तोड़ दी थी, यही नहीं दरिंदों ने गर्दन भी मरोड़ दी
थी. जिससे मनीषा की मौत हो गई. इसी तरह से 29 सितम्बर 2020 को उ. प्रदेश के ही बलरामपुर में
अनुसूचित जाति की बेटी को अगवाकर गैंगरेप किया और इसके भी दोनों पैर तोड़ और रीढ़ की
हड्डी तोड़ दी, जिससे
अस्पताल ले जाते समय मौत हो गई. इसी तरह से 22 अप्रैल 2020 को बाँदा जिले में अनुसूचित जाति की
लड़की को सुबह 4 बजे
अपराधी शिवनरेश पुत्र देवीदयाल (ठाकुर) ने अगवा किया और एक कमरे में बंदकर अपने दो
साथियों के साथ विगत तीन महीने से गैंगरेप करते रहे. जब इसकी सूचना पुलिस प्रशासन
को दी गई तो पुलिस प्रशासन अपराधियों के साथ समझौता करने के लिए दबाव बनाने लगे.
इस तरह के
मामले यही नहीं रूके हैं, बल्कि 30 सितंबर को
आजमगढ़ में 8 वर्षीय
बच्ची के साथ 20 वर्षीय
युवक द्वारा रेप और बुलंदशहर में 14 वर्षीय बच्ची के साथ रेप, अलीगढ़ में 3 साल की मासूम के साथ रेप, राजस्थान के सीकर में, बारा, जयपुर, अजमेर में नाबालिग बच्चियों के साथ रेप, मध्य प्रदेश के खरंगौन में एक नाबालिग
बच्ची से 3 लोगों
द्वारा गैंगरेप किया गया. इसके साथ ही भदोही में मासूम बच्ची के साथ रेप कर चेहरा
कुचलकर हत्या कर दी. जबकि, बिहार के दरभंगा में ज्योति पासवान की रेपकर हत्या कर दी गई. इसी तरहसे गया
के मोहनपुर में नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ 6 लोगों द्वारा गैंगरेप किया गया. लेकिन
प्रशासन समझौता कराने के लिए प्रयासरत है. इसमें तीन लोगों की गिरफ्तारियां हुई है
लेकिन तीन अपराधी अभी भी आजाद घूम रहे हैं. इसके अलावा यूपी के आजमगढ़ में बासगांव
के प्रधान सत्यदेव जयते के हत्यारोपी सूर्यांश दूबे खुलेआम घूम रहा है.
ठीक इसी
तरह से बिहार में 4 अक्टूबर
को अनुसूचित जाति के नेता शक्ति मलिक की हत्या कर दी गई. जबकि बीते 14 सितंबर को केन्द्र सरकार के किसान
विरोधी तीन अध्यादेश के खिलाफ राष्ट्रीय किसान मोर्चा के माध्यम से देशव्यापी
आंदोलन किया गया था. इस आंदोलन में यूपी के संतकबीरनगर, बाराबंकी, प्रतापगढ़, इटावा सहित कुछ और जिलों में किसानों
के ऊपर फर्जी मुकदमें दर्ज किए गए हैं. भारत सरकार और राज्य सरकारों द्वारा
बिजली विभाग, रेलवे, बीएसएनएल सहित अन्य संस्थाओं को
निजीकरण करने से मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज के आरक्षण को खत्म करने का षड्यंत्र चल रहा
है.
उपरोक्त
सभी घटनाओं का बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा घोर निंदा करता है और उपरोक्त सभी बलात्कार की
अमानवीय, घृणित
कार्य करने वाले दबंग, गुंडे, बदमाश
किस्म के अपराधियों, दरिंदों
पर त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए उनको फांसी की सजा दी जाए और पीड़ित परिवार को
सुरक्षा मुहैया कराई जाए. इसके साथ ही 1 करोड़ रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता के साथ हर
पीड़ित परिवार को सरकारी नौकरी दी जाए. इसके लिए बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा देशव्यापी
आंदोलन कर रहा है. सरकार जब तक हमारी मांगों को स्वीकार नहीं करती है तब यह आंदोलन

On 3 October 2020, the national convenor of Bahujan Kranti Morcha, Waman
Meshran Saheb, had vigorously launched a phased agitation across the country,
including UP, on issues including Hathras, Balrampur, Bulandshah and Bhadohi.
Where simultaneous picketing was held in 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. At the
same time, on October 8, a huge picket will be performed at all the district
headquarters of the country. This movement is not going to stop, but a rally
demonstration is going to be held on October 15 at all district headquarters.
Not only this, Uttar Pradesh will be closed on 22 October, while on 30 October,
the nationwide jailbreak movement has also been announced.
Significantly, the whole country has been shaken by the continuous rape
and murder in the Yogi government. According to the NCRB report, every day 15
women and 6 girls are being made victims of lust. Along with this, it has also
been claimed in the report that two kidnapping cases are being filed every day.
Even after this, the government and administration are working to save the poor
instead of hanging them. Bahujan Kranti Morcha has been forced to agitate
against this. Many demands have been made towards the organization. It has also
been said that if the government does not accept their demands, then the
government will have to bear the brunt of this.
Let us tell you that on September 14, 2020, four domineering Thakurs
with Hathras's Nirbhaya had gangraped and then cut the tongue and broke the
spinal cord, not only that the pagans also twisted the neck. Due to which
Manisha died. Similarly, on 29 September 2020, in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur,
the daughter of a Scheduled Caste was abducted and gangraped and also broke
both her legs and her spine, which led to her death on the way to the hospital.
Similarly, on April 22, 2020, the Scheduled Caste girl in Banda district was
abducted by the criminal Shivnaresh son Devidayal (Thakur) at 4 in the morning
and kept in a room and gang-raped with her two colleagues for the last three
months. When this information was given to the police administration, the
police administration started pressuring them to compromise with the criminals.
Such cases have not stopped, but the rape of a 20-year-old boy with an
8-year-old girl in Azamgarh on September 30 and a rape with a 14-year-old girl
in Bulandshahar, rape with a 3-year-old innocent in Aligarh, in Sikar,
Rajasthan, Rape with minor girls in Bara, Jaipur, Ajmer, gang rape by 3 people
from a minor girl in Khargaun, Madhya Pradesh. At the same time, in Bhadohi, an
innocent child was raped and murdered by crushing his face. Whereas, Jyoti
Paswan was raped and murdered in Darbhanga, Bihar. Similarly, in Mohanpur,
Gaya, a minor girl was gangraped by 6 people. But the administration is trying
to get an agreement. Three people have been arrested in this, but three
criminals are still roaming free. Apart from this, Suryansh Dubey, the murderer
of Satyadev Jayate, the head of Basgaon in Azamgarh, UP, is roaming freely.
Similarly, on 4 October in Bihar, the Scheduled Caste leader Shakti
Malik was killed. Whereas on 14 September, a nationwide movement was organized
against the three anti-farmer ordinance of the Central Government through the
Rashtriya Kisan Morcha. In this movement, fake cases have been filed against
farmers in some more districts including Santakbirnagar, Barabanki, Pratapgarh,
Etawah in UP. A conspiracy is going on to end the reservation of the indigenous
Bahujan Samaj by privatizing the power department, railways, BSNL and other
institutions by the Government of India and the state governments.
The Bahujan Kranti Morcha strongly condemns all the above incidents and
by taking swift action on the inhumane, hateful acts of inhumane, hateful acts
of rape, criminals, gangsters, they should be hanged and provide security to
the victim's family. Go Along with this, every victim family should be given a
government job with financial assistance of Rs 1 crore. For this, Bahujan
