प्रदेश सहित देशभर में महिलाओं के साथ हा रहे बलात्कार और हत्या के साथ-साथ एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी तथा मायनॉरिटी के ऊपर लगातार हो
रहे अन्याय व अत्याचार के विरोध में बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा का आंदोलन और तेज होता
जा रहा है. बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक वामन मेश्राम ने बहुत पहले
ही चरणबद्ध आंदोलन की घोषणा करते समय ही चेतावनी दी थी कि अगर सरकार हमारी बातों
को नहीं मानी तो देश में बहुत बड़ा आंदोलन खड़ा करेंगे. इसी आंदोलन का एक रूप जेल
भरो अांदोलन है जो देशभर में भारी सफलता के साथ संपन्न हुआ.
सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के चरणबद्ध आंदोलन
के तहत 30 अक्टूबर 2020 को चौथे चरण में देश के 31 राज्य, 550 जिलों में एक साथ जेल भरो आंदोलन हुआ.
इस जेल भरो आंदोलन में लगभग हर जिलों के थानों में हजारों-हजारों की संख्या में
लोगों ने गिरफ्तारी दी और जिलाधिकारी के माध्यम से महामहिम राष्ट्रपति को ज्ञापन
भी दिया. इस आंदोलन में भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा, राष्ट्रीय पिछ़ड़ा वर्ग मोर्चा, भारतीय विद्यार्थी, युवा, बेरोजगार मोर्चा, राष्ट्रीय मुस्लिम मोर्चा, राष्ट्रीय मूलनिवासी महिला संघ, राष्ट्रीय अतिपिछड़ी अनुसूचित जाति
जागृति मोर्चा और बहुजन मुक्ति पार्टी सहित हजारों की संख्या में संगठन और समर्थक
बढ़-चढ़कर शामिल हुए.
बता दें कि उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस, आजमगढ़, भदोही, बलरामपुर, शाहजहांपुर सहित अन्य जिलों की घटनाओं
में लिप्त अपराधियों को फांसी देने के बजाए यूपी की योगी सरकार उन दरिंदों को
बचाने का काम कर रही जो जघन्य घटनाओं को अंजाम दिया है. दरिंदों को बचाने के पीछे
का असली मकसद खुलकर सामने आ गया है कि योगी दरिंदों को क्यो बचा रहे हैं. क्योंकि
दरिंदे योगी आदित्यनाथ की जाति के हैं. ऐसा केवल यूपी में ही नहीं हो रहा है, बल्कि देशभर की सरकारें यही रवैया अपना
रही हैं.
बता दें कि दोषियों को फांसी की मांग
को लेकर देश के 31 राज्यों
के 550 जिलों में
एक साथ धरना प्रदर्शन के साथ ही विशाल रैली निकाली गई थी. इस आंदोलन में लाखों लोग
सड़कों पर उतर गए थे. इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को देख राज्य सरकारों के होश उड़ गए
थे. वहीं जेल भरो आंदोलन के तहत थानों में हजारों लोगों द्वारा दी जा रही
गिरफ्तारियों को देख पुलिस प्रशासन के भी होश उड़ गए हैं. यह भी बता दें कि इस जेल
भरो आंदोलन में एक साथ कई मुद्दों को शामिल गया है.

मुद्दे
♦ देश भर
में बलात्कार, हत्या व
अन्य घटनाओं के विरोध में.
♦ भारत
सरकार एंव राज्य सरकारों द्वारा रेलवे, बीएसएनएल, इंडियन एयरलाइन्स आदि कई संस्थाओं का
निजीकरण कर कंपनियों को औने-पौने दामों में बेचने के विरोध में.
♦ किसानों
के विरोध में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लाये गए किसान विरोधी तीन कानून द्वारा किसानों
की जमीन को हड़पने का विरोध
♦ चुनाव
आयोग द्वारा ईवीएम के षड़यंत्र को जनता पर थोपने के विरोध में.
♦ ओबीसी के
क्रीमीलेयर को हटाने तथा उनको संख्या के अनुपात में समस्त संस्थाओ में
प्रतिनिधित्व देने और उनकी जाति आधारित जनगणना कराने के समर्थन में.
♦ आदिवासियों
कों पांचवी तथा छठीं अनुसूची के तहत अधिकार बहाल करने के समथर्न में.
♦ अल्पसंख्यक
विरोधी सरकारी नीतियों के विरोध में.
♦ अपर निजी
सचिव अमर सिंह पटेल को तत्काल बहाल किया जाए.
♦ स्पेशल
सिक्योरिटी फोर्स के गठन पर रोक लगाई जाए.
♦ 14 सितम्बर
के आन्दोलन के दौरान किसानों पर लगाये गए फर्जी मुकदमे वापस लिए जाएं.
♦ गैरबराबरी
की जातिगत सामाजिक व्यवस्था को समाप्त कर देश में समता, स्वतंत्रता, न्याय और बंधुत्व स्थापित करने के लिए
उपरोक्त मांगो को लेकर भरो आंदोलन किया गया.

The movement of Bahujan Kranti Morcha
is intensifying in protest against the ongoing injustice and atrocities on SC,
ST, OBC and minorities along with rape and murder of women across the country
including Uttar Pradesh. Bahujan Kranti Morcha national convenor Vaman Meshram
had warned long ago while announcing the phased movement that if the government
does not listen to our words, then he will create a big movement in the
country. One form of this movement is the Jail Bharo Andolan, which was
completed with great success across the country.
According to information received
from sources, under the phased agitation of Bahujan Kranti Morcha, Jail Bharo
movement took place in 31 states, 550 districts simultaneously in the fourth
phase on 30 October 2020. In this Jail Bharo movement, thousands of people
arrested in the police stations of almost every district and also submitted a
memorandum to the President through the District Magistrate. In this movement,
thousands of organizations and supporters, including Bharat Mukti Morcha,
National Backward Class Front, Bharatiya Vidyarthi, Youth, Unemployed Front,
National Muslim Front, Rashtriya Moolnivasi Mahila Sangh, National Extremely
Backward Scheduled Caste Jagriti Morcha and Bahujan Mukti Party, grew in
number. joined in.
Explain that instead of hanging the
criminals involved in the incidents of Hathras, Azamgarh, Bhadohi, Balrampur,
Shahjahanpur and other districts of Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi government of UP is
working to save those poor people who have committed heinous incidents. The
real motive behind saving the poor has come to the fore as to why the yogis are
saving the poor. Because poor Yogi belongs to Adityanath's caste. This is not
only happening in UP, but governments across the country are adopting this
attitude.
Let me tell you that a huge rally was
taken out in 550 districts of 31 states of the country with simultaneous dharna
demonstration to demand the execution of the culprits. Millions of people took
to the streets in this movement. Seeing such a large number of people, the
state governments were blown away. At the same time, under the Jail Bharo
movement, the police administration has also become aware of the arrests being
given by thousands of people in the police stations. Please also tell that many

Major issues
♦ In protest against rape, murder and
other incidents across the country.
♦ Government of India and State
Governments against the privatization of many organizations like Railways,
BSNL, Indian Airlines etc. and selling them to companies at throwaway prices.
♦ Opposition of farmers against land
grab by three anti-farmer laws brought by the central government
♦ In protest against the Election
Commission imposing EVM conspiracy on the public.
♦ In support of removing OBC creamy
layer and giving them representation in all the institutions in proportion to
the number and conducting their caste based census.
♦ In support of restoring the rights
of tribals under the Fifth and Sixth Schedule.
♦ Opposition to anti-minority
government policies.
♦ Additional Private Secretary Amar
Singh Patel should be reinstated immediately.
♦ The formation of Special Security
Force should be banned.
♦ The fake cases against the farmers
during the September 14 movement should be withdrawn.
♦ Bharo movement was carried out with
the above demands to establish equality, freedom, justice and fraternity in the
country by eliminating the caste social system of non-equity.
