आपदा को अवसर में बदलकर मोदी सरकार बहुजन विरोधी काम कर रही है :वामन मेश्राम  साहब

"मोदी सरकार ने एक तरफ लॉकडाउन में देश की जनता को कहा कि तुम घरों में रहो और दूसरी तरफ ब्राह्मणों को कहा तुम समतलीकरण का काम करो."

बामसेफ एवं राष्ट्रीय मूलनिवासी संघ 21वाँ संयुक्त राज्य अधिवेशन 23 अगस्त 2020 को सम्पन्न हुआ. इस राज्य अधिवेशन का उद्घाटन हजरत मौ. वली रहमानी ने किया. 

वहीं रामअवतार राम, डॉ. पीएनपी पाल, एड. अलका वर्मा, डॉ. सुल्तान अहमद और सिराजुद्दीन अंसारी ने वक्ताओं के रूप में अपनी बातें रखी. इस राज्य अधिवेशन की अध्यक्षता करते हुए बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा शायद किसी को जानकारी नहीं होगी कि आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत ने सोशल मीडिया में पोस्ट लिखा था कि लॉकडाउन को अवसर में बदलने का समय है. इसका मतलब है भागवत ने मोदी सरकार को इशारों में बताया कि इसको अवसर मानकर इसका उपयोग करो. इसलिए इसको अवसर मानकर मोदी सरकार ने मूलनिवासी बहुजनों के विरोध में कई बड़े काम किए. पहला तो यह कि मोदी सरकार ने प्रवासी मजदूरों को उनके हाल पर छोड़ दिया. इसी तरह से मोदी ने उद्योगपतियों को कहा कि इस संकट की घड़ी में मजदूरों की सैलरी मत काटना, मगर ऐसा कोई कानूनी प्रावधान नहीं किया. इसलिए उद्योगपतियों ने भी सरकार की तरह मजदूरों को उनके रहमों करम पर छोड़ दिया. मजदूरों ने सोचा कि यहां शहरों में भूखे भरने के बजाए अपने गांव वापस जाना चाहिए. ऐसी परिस्थिति में रेल बंद थी. इसलिए प्रवासी मजदूर हजारों किलोमीटर पैदल चलने के लिए मजबूर हुए, जिससे उनके पैरों में छाले पड़ गए. जबकि उनके साथ छोटे-छोटे बच्चे और गर्भवर्ती महिलाएं भी थीं. इतनी बड़ी भयंकर स्थिति आजाद भारत के इतिहास में कभी नहीं देखने को मिली और दुनिया के इतिहास भी ऐसा हुआ होगा कोई उदाहरण दिखाई नहीं दिया.

                                                                                             

वामन मेश्राम साहब ने आगे कहा ऐसी परिस्थिति में न्यायपालिका के द्वारा संज्ञान में लिया जाना चाहिए था, मगर भारत सरकार के वकील तुषार मेहता ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को एफीडेविट दिया कि कोई मजदूर सड़कों पर नहीं चल रहा है. जबकि टीवी पर देखने से पता चलता था सारे देश भर में करोड़ों लोग सड़कों पर चल रहे थे. इसके बाद भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भारत सरकार के वकील का हलफनामा स्वीकार किया. 69 दिन के बाद बहुत बड़ा हंगामा खड़ा हुआ और बहुत बड़े पैमाने पर लोग जब अपने गांव पहुंच चुके थे. उसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुओ मोटो नोटिस लिया. उसके बाद भी 1 महीने का समय उनको जवाब देने के लिए कहा था ताकि किसी प्रकार की कार्रवाई करने का आदेश लेट से लिया जा सके और सरकार को कुछ जिम्मेदारी ना लेना पड़े. इस तरह का रवैया शासन संस्थाओं या न्यायपालिका के द्वारा लिया गया और इस तरह से आपदा के संकट काल में लॉकडाउन का उपयोग किया गया. इतना ही नहीं, सरकारी कंपनियों को प्राइवेटाइज करने और ओने-पौने दामों में उद्योगपतियों को बेचने का बहुत बड़ा षड्यंत्रकारी काम लॉकडाउन के दौरान नरेंद्र मोदी के द्वारा किया गया. इसके साथ ही रिजर्व बैंक ने बैंकों के शेयरों को केवल 51 प्रतिशत तक रखने और बाकी शेयरों को बेचने का कार्यक्रम चलाने के लिए भारत सरकार को सलाह दिया. यह अवसर का फायदा लेकर किया जा रहा है. 

राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा, भारत में लेबर लॉ के अनुसार एक लेबर को 8 घंटे काम करवाया जा सकता है. लेकिन, लॉकडाउन का फायदा लेकर भारत सरकार ने 12 घंटे तक काम करने का समय बढ़ा दिया. इसमें एक और बहुत बड़ा मामला लॉकडाउन के दौरान किया गया जो बहुत हैरान करने वाली है. 24 मार्च को लॉकडाउन घोषित हुआ और इसी दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश में राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट बनाया गया जिसमें सारे के सारे ब्राह्मण हैं. इन लोगों ने वहां पर समतलीकरण करने के नाम पर साकेत में जो बुद्ध भूमि है उसमें बुद्ध और मौर्य कालीन मिले अवशेषों को जेसीबी चलाकर नष्ट करने का कार्य आरंभ किया. जबकि, भारत सरकार ने देश भर के लोगों को लॉकडाउन घरों में रहने के लिए कहा. मगर राम मंदिर बनाने वाला जो ट्रस्ट है उस ट्रस्ट को समतलीकरण करने का कार्य करने के लिए आदेश दिया ताकि गुप्त रूप से यह काम किया जा सके और पुरातात्विक अवशेषों को नष्ट किया जा सके. इससे साबित होता है कि लॉकडाउन में उन्होंने बुद्ध अवशेषों को नष्ट करने का काम षड्यंत्रपूर्वक किया.

वामन मेश्राम  साहब ने कहा कि महापंडित राहुल सांकृत्यायन ने कहा कि अयोध्या, अयोध्या नहीं है यह साकेत है. पुष्यमित्र शुंग ने अपनी राजधानी का नाम अयोध्या क्यों रखा? क्योंकि साकेत युद्ध किए बगैर बसाई हुई राजधानी है. अयोध्या शब्द का संधि विग्रह करने से यही अर्थ निकलता है. एक और खास बात है कि अयोध्या में राम का कोई पुरातत्विक सबूत नहीं है, कोई समाधि उपलब्ध नहीं है. अगर राम राजा रहा होता तो उसकी कोई करंसी रही होती. तमाम राजाओं की करेंसी मिलती है मगर आज तक राम की कोई करंसी उपलब्ध नहीं है. इतना ही नहीं अयोध्या में जो नदी बहती है उसको सरयू बताया गया है. जबकि उस नदी का नाम घाघरा है. उन्होंने दावे के साथ कहा कि जब मैंने यह बात दिसंबर में हमारे राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन में कहीं तो आरएसएस के लोगों ने सुना होगा. आरएसएस के लोगों को लगा होगा कि इससे तो हमारा रामायण झूठा साबित हो जाएगा. इसलिए आरएसएस ने योगी आदित्यनाथ पर दबाव डाला और दबाव डालकर नदी का नाम बदलकर सरयू रखने का मंत्रिमंडल में प्रस्ताव पारित किया. नाम बदलने का अधिकार राज्य सरकार के पास नहीं है वह केंद्र सरकार के पास है, इसलिए उन्होंने दिल्ली भेजा. जो मंत्रिमंडल में प्रस्ताव पास किया यह प्रस्ताव इस बात को सिद्ध करता है कि वामन मेश्राम जो कह रहे हैं वह बात सही साबित हो जायेगी. इसका सबूत भी मुझे मिल गया है कि तुमने प्रस्ताव पास कर यह साबित कर दिया कि ये नदी सरयू नहीं घाघरा है. 

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि अयोध्या आने के पहले घाघरा है और अयोध्या के बाद भी घाघरा है. अब आगे गंगा या किसी बड़ी नदी में मिलती है तो वहां भी घाघरा ही है. केवल अयोध्या के पास उसका नाम बदल दिया जाए तो इससे क्या होगा? जो देश की जनता घाघरा नदी के किनारे रहती है क्या हर आदमी पर बंधन डालोगे कि किसको सरयू कहो? उन लोगों ने तो हजारों सालों से घाघरा देखा है सुना है. दूसरी एक और बात है कि अयोध्या के 25 50 किलोमीटर के अंदर एक सरयू नदी है. सोशल मीडिया पर एक ब्राह्मणों ने मुझे लिखकर भेजा कि सरयू नदी के किनारे पुष्यमित्र शुंग को सामने रखकर अग्नि शर्मा नाम के ब्राह्मण ने रामायण लिखी. इसका मतलब है कि उस समय रामायण लिखी गई होगी, इसकी शुरुआत की गई होगी. 

 उन्होंने कहा, रामायण लिखने के लिए जो पाली साहित्य में दशरथ जातक है, दशरथ जातक में दशरथ का पुत्र राम को बताया गया है. जबकि, दशरथ जातक में जो राम है वह बोधिसत्व राम है. जब ब्राह्मणों ने प्रति क्रांति करने के बाद रामायण लिखने के लिए इतिहास लिया तो उन्होंने दशरथ जातक कथा से स्टोरी का आधार चुराया. रामायण की जो मूल स्टोरी है वह चोरी की हुई स्टोरी है. चोरी करके ब्राह्मणों ने रामायण लिखा हुआ है. अपराध शास्त्र कहता है कि अपराध हमेशा छुपकर किया जाता है. जो समतलीकरण करने का कार्य किया गया वह गुप्त समय के अंदर किया गया. इसलिए वह अपराधिक कार्य करने के लिए लॉकडाउन का इस्तेमाल किया गया.

वामन मेश्राम  साहब ने आगे कहा, न्यायपालिका के द्वारा तमाम ओबीसी के लोगों के मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन हो रहा है. उनके विरोध में लॉकडाउन के दौरान फैसले दिए जा रहे हैं. एनपीआर और एनआरसी के बारे में प्रचार किया गया कि यह मुसलमानों के विरोध में हैं. मगर जिन 19 लाख 44 हजार लोगों को विदेशी घोषित किया और डिटेंशन कैंप में रखा इस 19 लाख में 14.5 एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के लोग हैं. जिनको ब्राह्मण लोग आरएसएस के लोग विश्व हिंदू परिषद के लोग कहते हैं कि यह मुस्लिम विरोधी है, यह बिल्कुल गलत है यह मुस्लिम विरोधी नहीं है. मुसलमानों से दो-तीन गुना ज्यादा एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के लोगों को डिटेंशन कैंप में रखा गया है. पहला डिटेंशन कैंप 2006 में जब कांग्रेस की सरकार थी तब उन्होंने शुरू किया और अब बीजेपी वाले कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने कहा, जब ब्राह्मणों को ऐसा लगता है कि मुसलमानों के विरोध में एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी का इस्तेमाल करना है तब उन्हें हिंदू कहते हैं. मगर जब अधिकार देने का मामला आता है, आरक्षण देने का मामला आता है तब उनको हिंदू दिखाई नहीं देते हैं, बल्कि उनको एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी दिखाई देते हैं. उसके आधार पर उनके साथ गैर बराबरी का भेदभाव का व्यवहार करते हैं, यह दिखाई दे रहा है.@Nayak1

Modi government is doing anti-Bahujan work by turning disaster into opportunity: Waman Meshram Saheb

Presiding over this state session, Bamsef national president Waman Meshram Saheb said that perhaps no one would know that RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat wrote a post in social media that it is time to turn the lockdown into an opportunity. This means Bhagwat told the Modi government in gestures that take this opportunity as an opportunity. Therefore, considering this as an opportunity, the Modi government did many big things against the indigenous Bahujans. The first is that the Modi government left the migrant laborers on their condition. In the same way, Modi told the industrialists that in the hour of this crisis, do not cut the salary of the workers, but did not make any such legal provision. Therefore, the industrialists also left the laborers at their mercy like the government. The workers thought that instead of starving the cities here, they should go back to their villages. The rail was closed in such a situation. Therefore, migrant laborers were forced to walk for thousands of kilometers, causing blisters on their feet. While he was accompanied by small children and pregnant women. Such a terrible situation was never seen in the history of independent India and no such example could be seen in the history of the world.

                     

                                             

 Waman Meshram Sahab further said that in such a situation the judiciary should have taken cognizance, but the Government of India lawyer Tushar Mehta gave an affidavit to the Supreme Court that no laborer is walking on the streets. While watching on TV, it was known that crores of people were walking on the streets all over the country. Even after this, the Supreme Court accepted the affidavit of the lawyer of the Government of India. After 69 days a huge uproar arose and when people reached their village on a very large scale. After that the Supreme Court took suo moto notice. Even after that, 1 month was asked to answer them so that the order to take any action can be taken late and the government does not have to take some responsibility. Such an attitude was taken by the governing institutions or judiciary and thus the lockdown was used in the crisis period of disaster. Not only this, a huge conspiratorial work of privatizing government companies and selling industrialists for one-and-a-half prices was done by Narendra Modi during the lockdown. Along with this, the Reserve Bank advised the Government of India to keep a program of keeping only 51 percent of the shares of banks and to sell the remaining shares. This is being done by taking advantage of the opportunity.

 National President Waman Meshram Saheb said, according to the labor law in India, a labor can be made to work for 8 hours. But, taking advantage of the lockdown, the Indian government increased the working time to 12 hours. In this, another big case was done during lockdown which is very surprising. The lockdown was declared on 24 March and during this time the Ram Mandir Trust was formed in Uttar Pradesh, in which all the Brahmins are there. These people started the work of destroying the remains of Buddha and Maurya found in the Buddha land in Saket in the name of leveling there. Whereas, the Government of India asked people across the country to stay in lockdown houses. But the trust that built the Ram temple ordered the trust to do the work of leveling it so that this work can be done in secret and the archaeological remains can be destroyed. This proves that in the lockdown, they conspired to destroy the Buddha's relics.

 Waman Meshram Saheb said that Mahapandit Rahul Sankrityayan said that Ayodhya is not Ayodhya, it is Saket. Why did Pushyamitra Sung name his capital Ayodhya? Because Saket is a settled capital without war. The meaning of the term Ayodhya is derived from Devi Sandhi. Another special thing is that there is no archaeological evidence of Ram in Ayodhya, no tomb is available. Had Ram been king, he would have been a currency. All kings get their currency, but till date no currency of Ram is available. Not only this, the river which flows in Ayodhya has been described as Saryu. While the name of that river is Ghaghra. He said with the claim that when I said this somewhere in our national session in December, people of RSS must have heard. RSS people must have thought that this would prove our Ramayana false. Therefore, the RSS pressurized Yogi Adityanath and, after putting pressure, passed a resolution in the cabinet to change the name of the river to Saryu. The state government does not have the right to change the name, it is with the central government, so they sent it to Delhi. The proposal that was passed in the cabinet proves that what Waman Meshram is saying will prove to be correct. I have also found proof that you passed the proposal and proved that this river is not a river.

 He also said that before coming to Ayodhya it is Ghaghra and after Ayodhya it is Ghaghra. Now if you meet Ganga or any big river, then there is a Ghaghra. What will happen if only Ayodhya has its name changed? The people of the country who live on the banks of the Ghaghra river, will you put a bond on every person to whom to call Saryu? They have seen the Ghaghra for thousands of years. Another thing is that there is a Saryu river within 25, 50 kilometers of Ayodhya. On social media, one of the Brahmins wrote to me that Agni Sharma wrote a Ramayana by putting Pushyamitra Sung on the bank of river Saryu. This means that the Ramayana must have been written at that time, it must have been initiated.

 He said, to write Ramayana which is Dasharatha Jataka in Pali literature, Rama, son of Dasaratha has been told in Dasharatha Jataka. Whereas, the Rama in the Dasharatha Jataka is the Bodhisattva Rama. When the Brahmins took history to write the Ramayana after making a revolution, they stole the basis of the story from the Dasharatha Jataka story. The original story of Ramayana is a stolen story. By stealing, the Brahmins have written the Ramayana. Criminology says that crime is always done in secret. The leveling work done was done within secret time. So he used lockdown to do criminal work.

 Waman Meshram Saheb further said, the fundamental rights of all OBC people are being violated by the judiciary. In opposition to them, decisions are being given during the lockdown. NPR and NRC were propagated that it is against Muslims. But of the 19 lakh 44 thousand people who were declared foreigners and kept in detention camps, there are 14.5 SC, ST and OBC people in this 19 lakh. The Brahmins, people of RSS who are members of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, say that it is anti-Muslim, it is absolutely wrong, it is not anti-Muslim. Two to three times more SC, ST and OBC people have been placed in detention camps than Muslims. He started the first detention camp in 2006 when the Congress was in government and now the BJP is doing it. He said, when Brahmins feel that SC, ST, OBC have to be used against Muslims, then they are called Hindus. But when the matter of giving rights comes, the matter of giving reservation comes to them, then they do not see Hindus, but they see SC, ST, OBC. On the basis of this, they treat him with equal discrimination, it is visible. @ Nayak1
