देश की
करोड़ों गरीब महिलाएं आज भी अपने-अपने घरों में चूल्हा फूंक रही है, जबकि उज्जवला योजना चलाकर सरकार
वाहवाही लूट चुकी है. जब संकट काल में सरकार जनता की मदद नहीं कर पा रही है तो
सामान्य काल में सरकार जनता की मदद क्या खाक करेगी. आज तक मोदी सरकार की एक भी योजनाएं
सफल नहीं हुई है. जबकि, मोदी
सरकार ने गरीबों के नाम पर योजनाओं की भरमार लगा दी है. लेकिन सभी सरकारी योजनाएं
फेल हो चुकी हैं. इन में से एक भी योजनाओं का किसी को लाभ नहीं मिला है. संकेट के
इस दौर में भी 76 लाख
लाभार्थी महिलाओंं को उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत नहीं मिली मुफ्त सिलेंडर की रकम. यह
आंकड़ा इस बात की गवाही दे रहा है कि मोदी सरकार की सारी योजनाएं जुमला साबित हुई
हैं.
लॉकडाउन
के चलते पैदा हुए आर्थिक संकट से गरीब तबके के लोगों को उबारने के मकसद से केंद्र
सरकार ने मार्च के आखिरी सप्ताह में ही 1.7 लाख करोड़ रुपये के पैकेज का ऐलान किया
था. इसके तहत ही उज्ज्वला स्कीम की लाभार्थी महिलाओं को अप्रैल से जून महीने तक
मुफ्त सिलेंडर दिए जाने का भी ऐलान किया गया था. इस स्कीम के तहत करीब 7.5 करोड़ महिलाओं के खाते में 9,670 करोड़ रुपये की रकम ट्रांसफर की गई है, लेकिन 76.47 लाख महिलाओं के खाते में कोई रकम
ट्रांसफर नहीं हो पाई. 26 मार्च को
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण की ओर से पीएम गरीब कल्याण योजना का ऐलान किया गया
था. इसके तहत ही इस उज्ज्वला स्कीम की लाभार्थी महिलाओं के खाते में तीन महीने तक
सिलेंडर की रकम ट्रांसफऱ करने का फैसला लिया गया था. लेकिन, इस स्कीम की 76.47 लाख महिला लाभार्थियों के खाते में कोई
रकम ट्रांसफर नहीं हो सकी है. इनमें से 31 लाख महिलाओं को खाते में समस्या होने
के चलते सरकारी मदद नहीं मिल सकी है.
इकनॉमिक
टाइम्स की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना की 31 लाख लाभार्थी महिलाओं के खाते में
इसलिए रकम ट्रांसफर नहीं हो सकी क्योंकि अकाउंट आधार से लिंक नहीं थे या फिर
केवाईसी अपडेट न होने के चलते खाता बंद या फिर निष्क्रिय हो गया था.ऑयल मार्केटिंग
कंपनियों की ओर से दी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक, 72.96 लाख (अप्रैल से जून) लाभार्थियों के
खाते में हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम की ओर से भेजी गई रकम वापस लौट आई है. इसके अलावा
इंडियन ऑयल की ओर से की गई 2,58,746 ट्रांजेक्शंस (1 अप्रैल से
29 जुलाई) असफल रही हैं, जबकि भारत पेट्रोलियम की 92,331 ट्रांजेक्शंस (1 अप्रैल से 8 अगस्त) असफल रही हैं.
बता दें
कि केंद्र सरकार की ओर से उज्ज्वला स्कीम के तहत मुफ्त सिलेंडर दिए जाने की अवधि
को तीन और महीने के लिए बढ़ाते हुए सितंबर तक कर दिया गया है. इससे पहले अप्रैल से
जून तक के लिए इस स्कीम के तहत महिला लाभार्थियों को मुफ्त सिलेंडर देने का ऐलान
किया गया था. इस स्कीम को विस्तार देने का ऐलान करते हुए केंद्रीय सूचना एवं
प्रसारण मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने कहा था, उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत गैस सिलेंडर
लेने वाली 7.4 करोड़
महिलाओं को तीन सिलेंडर और मुफ्त देने का फैसला लिया गया है. ऐसा जरूरी नहीं है कि
हर महीने एक सिलेंडर की जरूरत सभी को पड़े. ऐसे में हर महीने एक सिलेंडर के हिसाब
से अब सितंबर के अंत तक मुफ्त तीन सिलेंडडर की सुविधा बढ़ा दी गई है.@Nayak1

The central government
had announced a package of Rs 1.7 lakh crore in the last week of March, with a
view to rescue the poor people from the economic crisis created due to the
lockdown. Under this, it was also announced to give free cylinders to the
beneficiary women of Ujjwala scheme from April to June. Under this scheme an
amount of Rs 9,670 crore has been transferred to the account of about 7.5 crore
women, but no amount could be transferred to the account of 76.47 lakh women.
On March 26, PM Garib Kalyan Yojana was announced by Finance Minister Nirmala
Sitharaman. Under this, it was decided to transfer the amount of cylinder for
three months to the account of the beneficiary women of this Ujjwala scheme.
However, no amount has been transferred to the account of 76.47 lakh women
beneficiaries of this scheme. Out of these, 31 lakh women could not get
government help due to problem in the account.
According to Economic
Times report, 31 lakh beneficiary women of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana could
not get the money transferred because the account was not linked to Aadhaar or
the account was closed or deactivated due to non-update of KYC. Oil Marketing
According to information given by the companies, the amount sent by Hindustan
Petroleum to the account of 72.96 lakh (April to June) beneficiaries has
returned. Apart from this, 2,58,746 transactions made by Indian Oil (April 1 to
July 29) have failed, while Bharat Petroleum's 92,331 transactions (April 1 to
August 8) have failed.
Let us know that the
period of free cylinders given by the central government under the Ujjwala
scheme has been extended till September for three more months. Earlier, from
April to June, it was announced to give free cylinders to women beneficiaries
under this scheme. While announcing the expansion of this scheme, Union
Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar had said, under the
Ujjwala scheme, it has been decided to give three cylinders and free of cost to
7.4 crore women who take gas cylinders. It is not necessary that everyone needs
a cylinder every month. In such a situation, according to one cylinder every
month, now the facility of free three cylinders has been increased by the end
