की परिस्थिति में भी हम अपना काम रोकना नहीं चाहते हैं. हम हर हालत, हर स्थिति, हर परिस्थिति में अपने आंदोलन को
लगातार जारी रखना चाहते हैं. इसलिए इस आंदोलन को इस विपरीत परिस्थिति में भी
डिजिटल टेक्नोलॉजी का सहारा लेकर वर्चुअल गुजरात राज्य का 34वां अधिवेशन कर रहे हैं. यह बात बामसेफ
के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम ने 8 अगस्त 2020 को गुजरात के 34वें राज्य अधिवेशन के प्रथम सत्र को
संबोधित करते हुए कही. इस वर्चुअल राज्य अधिवेशन के का उद्घाटन डॉ.नवघण ओड़ेदरा
(प्रिंसिपल एसएम जाडेजा, आर्ट्स
एंड कामर्स कॉलेज कुतियाणा, पोरबंदर)
ने किया. डॉ.प्रफुल्ल वसावा (राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, आदिवासी टाइगर सेना), इजी. के एल पासी, रमण भाई परमार (बामसेफ जिला अध्यक्ष, अहमदाबाद) और अरूण जोगदिया (भारतीय
युवा मोर्चा, राष्ट्रीय
संयोजक) ने भी संबोधित किया. 
उन्होंने कहा एक और बात समझना बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी है. कहा कि जो एमपी चुनकर जाते हैं जो मंत्री होते हैं वह बोलते क्यों नहीं? इसलिए नहीं बोलते क्योंकि 24 सितंबर 1932 को गांधी के द्वारा पूना पैक्ट केवल शेड्यूल कास्ट पर जबरदस्ती से लागू था. मगर जब संविधान में पांचवी और छठी अनुसूची आदिवासियों के लिए लागू की गई तो नेहरू ने और ब्राह्मणों ने सोचा की पांचवी और छठी अनुसूची के अनुसार आदिवासी के इलाके में स्वायत्त शासन लागू होगा और आदिवासी अपने स्वायत्त शासन के अधीन उस इलाके का राजा हो जाएंगे. ऐसी परिस्थिति में आदिवासियों को आजादी मिल जायेगी. जमीन के नीचे जो धन संपदा है उस धन संपदा के आदिवासी मालिक हो जाएंगे. तो योजना बनाकर पांचवी, छठी अनुसूची को प्रभाव शून्य करने के लिए आदिवासियों के एमएलए और एमपी और मंत्री चुनकर जाने के लिए उन्होंने जॉइन टू इलेक्ट्रेड जो पूना पैक्ट में शेड्यूल कास्ट के लिए लागू किया गया था वही ज्वाइन इलोक्ट्रेट आदिवासियों को भी लागू कर दिया. उन्होंने हैरानी जताते हुए कहा आदिवासियों ने जॉइंट इलोक्ट्रेट की मांग नहीं की मगर कांग्रेस के लोगों ने आदिवासियों के ऊपर जॉइंट इलोक्ट्रेट लागू कर दिया. कांग्रेस के द्वारा आदिवासियों के ऊपर थोपा गया और थोपने की वजह से यह परिणाम हुआ कि आदिवासियों से जो एमपी और मंत्री जुनकर जा रहे हैं विरोध नहीं कर पा रहे हैं.
आर्थिक मंदी
और मजदूरों की भूखमरी के मूल कारणों पर अपनी बात रखते हुए बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय
अध्यक्ष ने कहा 24 मार्च को
भारत में सबसे पहले लॉकडाउन घोषित किया, लॉकडाउन घोषित करने के पीछे क्या मकसद
था? भारत
सरकार में अभी तक नहीं बताया. मैं आप लोगों को बताना चाहता हूं कि जब कोरोना वायरस
भारत में आया और भारत में पहला मरीज जनवरी 2020 में मिला. इसके बाद भी भारत सरकार
जागृत नहीं हुई, बल्कि देश
का प्रधानमंत्री डोनॉल्ड ट्रंप का स्वागत करने के लिए लाखों लोगों का कार्यक्रम
अहमदाबाद में आयोजित किया. जबकि जनवरी में ही इसे रोकने के लिए तैयारी की जा सकती
थी. लॉकडाउन 24 मार्च को
क्यों घोषित किया गया? यह जानना
बहुत जरूरी है.
उन्होंने
कहा भारत में कानून बनाकर प्राइवेटाइजेशन लागू कर दिया गया. यह प्राइवेटाइजेशन
सारे देश भर में हेल्थ केयर एरिया में भी लागू कर दिया गया. हेल्थकेयर कार्यक्रम के
लिए बजट देने का कार्यक्रम बंद कर दिया गया. इससे देशभर में हेल्थ केयर का जो
नेटवर्क था बर्बाद हो गया. हेल्थ केयर का जो ढांचा था वह पूरी तरह से बर्बाद कर
दिया गया. ऐसी परिस्थिति में महामारी भारत में आई, सरकार सोचा महामारी की कोई दवा तो है
नहीं. महामारी से लोग बहुत बड़े पैमाने पर लाखों करोड़ों की संख्या में मर जाएंगे और
सारी जिम्मेदारी भारत सरकार के ऊपर आएगी तो आनन-फानन में नरेंद्र मोदी ने 24 मार्च को लॉकडाउन घोषित कर दिया.
क्योंकि बचाने के लिए हेल्थ केयर का कोई ढांचा नहीं है. लोगों को अगर बचाना है तो
बचाने के लिए हेल्थ केयर का ढांचा होना चाहिए, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर होना चाहिए. इसलिए
लॉकडाउन घोषित कर दिया कि सारे लोग अपने घर में रहे और जो सारा चैनल है वह नरेंद्र
मोदी का समर्थन करने लगा. लॉकडाउन लगाने की वजह से मीडिया ने नरेंद्र मोदी को
दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा नेता घोषित कर दिया.
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा संकट निर्माण करने में कांग्रेस पहले नंबर पर दूसरे नंबर पर बीजेपी जिम्मेदार है. लॉकडाउन में फैक्ट्रियां बंद कर दी, प्रोडक्शन बंद कर दिया और प्रोडक्शन बंद करने की वजह से अर्थव्यवस्था पूरी तरह से चौपट हो गई. दूसरी बात निजीकरण की वजह से भारत में कोरोना का टेस्ट करने वाली एक भी किट नहीं थी. दूसरी तरफ मीडिया के द्वारा कोरोना का भय पैदा कर दिया गया भय पैदा करने की वजह से उन मजदूरों का पलायन अपने घरों की तरफ जाना शुरू हो गया. उन्होंने सोचा फैक्ट्रियों में काम नहीं है, कंपनी मालिक मजदूरों को सैलरी देने के लिए तैयार नहीं है. उन्होंने सोचा जब सैलरी नहीं है तो अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण कैसे करें. यहां ऐसे मरने के बजाय अपने घर में मरे. जब वे अपने घर की तरफ पलायन करने लगे तो सरकार ने ट्रेनें बंद कर दी, सरकारी बसें बंद कर दिया, प्राइवेट बसें बंद कर दिया. सरकार ने हर प्रकार के साधन बंद कर दिए. परिणामतः मजदूरों के पास अपने गांव के तरफ जाने का कोई साधन नहीं था तो मजदूरों को कई-कई हजार किलोमीटर पैदल चलना पड़ा.
इतना
भयंकर पलायन भारत के इतिहास में संभवत दुनिया के इतिहास में नहीं हुआ था. क्योंकि
अमेरिका और यूरोप के लोगों ने लॉकडाउन घोषित नहीं किया. उन्होंने अपनी
अर्थव्यवस्था को पूरी तरह से बंद करने का काम नहीं किया. इस तरह से यह षड्यंत्र हम
लोगों को समझना बहुत जरूरी है. निजीकरण से हेल्थ केयर का प्राइवेटाइजेशन करने की
वजह से पूरा हेल्थ केयर का ढांचा बर्बाद कर दिया. इस वजह से लॉकडाउन घोषित किया.
लॉक डाउन से अर्थव्यवस्था चौपट हो गई, अर्थव्यवस्था चौपट होने से उद्योग चौपट
हो गए और मजदूरों को रोजगार मिलना बंद हो गया. लगभग साढे 45 करोड़ लोगों का रोजगार केवल लॉकडाउन के
समय बर्बाद हो गया. उनके सामने एक और भयंकर और बड़ी समस्या खड़ा कर दी गई कि उनको
भुखमरी के कगार पर पहुंचा दिया गया और संगठित मजदूर थे उन लोगों को रोजगार बंद
करने की वजह से भी भुखमरी का संकट उनके सामने खड़ा हो गया. इस तरह से अर्थव्यवस्था
पूरी तरह से चौपट हो गई.
अंत में
वानम मेश्राम साहब ने कहा कि इसी दौरान लेवर लॉ को भी खत्म करने का अभियान चलाया
गया, उस
कानूनों को खत्म करने का भी षड्यंत्र किया गया. आरएसएस मोहन के भागवत ने कहा कि
लॉकडाउन एक अवसर है. हाँ लॉकडाउन उनके लिए एक अवसर है वह अवसर मजदूरों के अधिकारों
को खत्म करने का अवसर है, लॉकडाउन
मजदूरों को सड़कों पर मारने का अवसर है, लॉकडाउन में सारे लोगों को सारे काम
बंद करने के लिए रोका गया, मगर राम
मंदिर बनाने के लिए अवसर है. राम मंदिर जिस जमीन पर बनाया जा रहा है वह बुद्ध भूमि
है, राम जन्म
भूमि नहीं है. उनके लिए भी अवसर है और जो वहां बुद्ध स्तूप है उसको जेसीबी चलाकर
खत्म करने के लिए अवसर है. यह सारा का सारा करने के लिए अवसर है.@Nayak1

National President Waman Meshram Saheb said, it is said that the country got independence on 15 August 1947. When the British left in the so-called independence, they left Jawaharlal Nehru as Prime Minister. Just as the British were foreigners, according to DNA, Brahmins are also foreigners. That is, foreign Brahmins became the rulers of the country. The Brahmins captured the country and after occupying it planned to strengthen this occupation so that the Brahmins could win the election in every election. Worked in this way by planning. No corruption has happened anywhere in the world and it does not happen as much as corruption has happened in India's elections.Further said, 26 January 1950 the Constitution came into force and elections were held in 1952 in independent India. In the election, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru gave 3.5 percent of the ticket to Brahmins and won 59 percent of the Brahmins. And 22.5 percent of the SC, ST people who came from the joint electorate had no choice but to support them. Because those who were brought by giving tickets did not have the right to decide. said, 15 years ago, the area where the tribals used to reside, the wealth of
11000 lakh crores is under the ground. A report was prepared by satellite, the

many thousand lakh crores would have cost him today. In that area, the Congress
implemented the program of development and in the area where water, forest,
land was occupied by tribals, these people displaced the tribals by creating a
dam. Because this could not happen without displacing the tribals, the tribals
in independent India started opposing it, then the Congress governments
declared the tribals as Naxalites and started a campaign to kill them.
He said it is very
important to understand one more thing. Said that those who go by electing MPs
who are ministers do not speak? Not to speak because on 24 September 1932, the
Poona Pact by Gandhi was forcefully applied to the schedule cast. But when the
Fifth and Sixth Schedule in the Constitution was implemented for the tribals,
Nehru and the Brahmins thought that according to the Fifth and Sixth Schedule,
autonomous rule would be implemented in the tribal areas and the tribals would
become the kings of that area under their autonomous rule. In such a situation,
tribals will get freedom. Adivasi owners of that wealth will be the property
which is under the land. So to make the plan, the MLA and MP and minister of
the tribals to reduce the impact of the Fifth, Sixth Schedule, they also joined
the Join Electorate, which was applied for the schedule cast in the Poona Pact.
He expressed surprise that the tribals did not demand a joint electorate, but
the Congress people imposed a joint electorate on the tribals. Due to the
