अयोध्या में राम की मूर्ति लगाने के नाम पर सैकड़ों ओबीसी
परिवार की जमीन हड़पने की कोशिश

उन सैकड़ों ओबीसी परिवार की है जिनकी जमीन अयोध्या के बरहटा गांव में राम की मूर्ति लगाने
के नाम हड़पी जा रही है. जबकि, आस-पास कई मंदिर और साधुओं के नाम पर सैकड़ों एकड़ जमीनें
खाली पड़ी हैं. इसके बाद भी गरीबों की जमीनें जबरन छीनी जा रही है. इसके लिए सरकार गरीब
परिवार को जमीन छोड़कर जाने के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दी है.
मालूम हो कि आज 5 अगस्त को अयोध्या (साकेत) में राम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन होना है.इसको लेकर
अयोध्या के ही बरहटा गांव में राम की 251 मीटर की मूर्ति बननी है.इसके लिए सरकार ने 86 एकड़
जमीन अधिग्रहण का नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है. लेकिन उस गांव के लोग राम की मूर्ति के लिए
जमीन नहीं देना चाहते हैं. सूत्रों ने बताया कि बरहटा गांव 500 सालों से आबाद है. गांव में करीब
350 परिवार के 1500 लोग रहते हैं. हालांकि, सरकारी नोटिफिकेशन में उनके मकान, पेड़ और खेतों
का जिक्र नहीं है.
स्थानीय निवासी अनारा ने बताया कि राजा की गुलामी किए थे, तब से यहां हैं, न बंदोबस्त हुआ न
कुछ. बाद में नगर निगम घोषित करके हमारी जमीन लेना चाहते हैं. हम सब अपना घर जमीन,
सरकार को नहीं देंगे. इसके लिए हम जान दे देंगे लेकिन न तो जमीन देंगे और न ही अयोध्या छोड़
कर जाएंगे. वहीं स्थानीय निवासी मुकेश यादव का भी कहना है कि हम लोग जाएंगे कहां? मूर्ति
लगानी है तो कई साधु-संतों की अयोध्या में सैकड़ों एकड़ जमीन खाली पड़ी है, वहां पर लगा लें. वहां
क्या दिक्कत है? बताया जा रहा है कि अंग्रेजों ने अयोध्या के राजा को 1857 के जंग में इस जमीन को दिया था. लेकिन धीरे-धीरे तमाम जगहों से किसान यहां आकर बसते गए. यहां की अधिकतर आबादी पिछड़े वर्ग की है.
कुछ ग्रामीणों ने अपने कागजात बनवा लिए हैं लेकिन अधिकांश किसानों के पास जमीनों के कागज नहीं हैं. नोटिफिकेशन जारी होने के बाद गांव वाले हाईकोर्ट गए, जिसके बाद हाईकोर्ट ने बंदोबस्ती
के आदेश दिए हैं. लेकिन, वो भी नहीं हुआ. यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि 259 भूखंडों में से 174
महर्षि रामायण विद्यापीठ ट्रस्ट के नाम पर दर्ज है. इसलिए अगर सरकार मुआवजा भी देती है तो
अधिकांश ग्रामीणों को इसका फायदा नहीं मिलने वाली है. बल्कि, जो भू माफिया थे उन्होंने उस
जमीन को अपने नाम करा लिया था, जो महर्षि व्यास के ट्रस्टों से संबंधित है. वो काबिज तो नहीं हो
पाए उस जमीन पर.. लेकिन अभिलेखों में उसे दर्ज करा लिया. जबकि, सरकार की वजह से किसानों
का इन जमीनों पर बंदोबस्त नहीं हो पाया.
नोटिफिकेशन के बाद सरकार जब इसे लेगी तो सरकार का पैसा इन गरीबों को न मिलकर ट्रस्ट को मिलेगा. इस तरह से गरीब परिवार न तो इधर के रहेंगे और न ही उधर के रहेंगे. इसी में सैकड़ों परिवार का जीवन बर्बाद हो जायेगा. इस मामले में अयोध्या के मेयर से बात करने की कोशिश की गई तो उनका जवाब था कि पुनर्वास होगा, लेकिन अभी इसकी ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं है. बहुत सारे लोगों के पास कागजात नहीं होंगे. उन लोगों के आवास की व्यवस्था की जाएगी या देखा जाएगा. बाद
में बताया जाएगा. अभी हम 5 तारीख की तैयारी में व्यस्त हैं.
सूत्रों ने बताया कि 1984 में यहां पर जमीनों की बंदोबस्ती शुरू किया गया, लेकिन कुछ वजहों से उसे
रोक दिया गया. प्रशासन ने अब इस गांव को नगर निगम में शामिल कर लिया है. इससे जिन गांव
वालों को मुआवजा मिलना होगा, वो भी आधा ही मिलेगा.लोगों की मांग है कि हम सब का घर नहीं
उजड़ना चाहिए, सरकार चाहे तो खाली जमीन में मूर्ति बैठा ले. अगर रामलला विराजमान के आधार
पर वो जमीन रामलला को मिल सकती है तो कौन से नियम के आधार पर 500 साल से आबाद
जिंदा मुर्तियों को उनका मुआवजा, उनका हक, रोजी रोटी खत्म किया जा रहा है? इससे साबित होता है
कि सरकार सैकड़ों गरीब परिवारों को जिंदा मारना चाहती है.@Nayak1

belongs to the trusts of Maharishi Vyas. He could not get possession of that
land .. but recorded it in the records. However, due to the government, the
farmers could not settle on these lands.
After the notification, when
the government takes it, the trust will not get the money of these poor people.
In this way, poor families will neither live here nor live there. In this, the
lives of hundreds of families will be ruined. In this case, an attempt was made
to talk to the Mayor of Ayodhya, his answer was that there will be
rehabilitation, but there is not much information about it yet. Not many people
