बर्बादी की कगार पर खड़ा देश

बीजेपी की सरकार ने अपने कार्यकाल के तकरीबन छह सालों में देश को बर्बाद करने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी है. उसका नतीजा सामने दिखाई देने लगा है कि देश की जीडीपी दर लगातार नीचे की ओर लुढ़कती जा रही है. इस बात का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि रेटिंग एजेंसी फिच, मूडिज, संयुक्त राष्ट्र और आरबीआई के बाद अब एशियाई विकास बैंक ने भी भारत की जीडीपी में 9 पर्सेंट भी गिरावट की आशंका जताई है. भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था में मौजूदा वित्त वर्ष में 9 पर्सेंट की गिरावट देखने को मिलेगी. एशियन डिवेलपमेंट बैंक ने यह आशंका जताई है कि देश में अचानक लाकडाउन के चलते आर्थिक स्थितियां बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हुई हैं और इसका असर ग्राहकों के सेंटिमेंट पर पड़ा है. मांग में कमी आई है और इसके चलते अर्थव्यवस्था में गिरावट का माहौल बना हुआ है. हालांकि बैंक ने अगले वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 में देश की आर्थिक ग्रोथ के 8 पर्सेंट रहने की उम्मीद जताई है. वहीं जानकारों का कहना है कि मौजूदा वित्त वर्ष में कमजोर मांग का आधार होने के चलते अगले फाइनेंशियल ईयर में तेजी का माहौल रहेगा.
एशियन डिवेलपमेंट आउटलुक में बैंक ने कहा है कि अगले वित्त वर्ष में कारोबारी गतिविधियों में तेजी आएगी और इससे आर्थिक ग्रोथ में इजाफा होगा. बैंक के चीफ इकॉनमिस्ट यासुयुकी सवादा ने कहा, भारत ने कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण की रोकथाम के लिए कड़ा लॉकडाउन लगाया था और इसका असर अर्थव्यवस्था पर बेहद विपरीत रहा है. जीडीपी में गिरावट की एशियन डिवेलपमेंट की आशंका कई अन्य रेटिंग एजेंसियों के अनुमान के करीब ही है, जिन्होंने देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में गिरावट की भविष्यवाणी की है.
इससे पहले सोमवार को रेटिंग एजेंसी स्टैंडर्ड ऐंड पुअर ग्लोबल रेटिंग्स ने भी मौजूदा फाइनेंशल ईयर में जीडीपी में 9 पर्सेंट की गिरावट की आशंका जताई थी. इससे पहले एजेंसी ने 5 पर्सेंट गिरावट की ही बात कही थी, लेकिन अब इसे बढ़ा दिया है. जबकि, रेटिंग एजेंसी फिच, मूडिज भी जीडीपी में भारी गिरावट की बात कह चुके हैं. यही नहीं अभी हाल ही में संयुक्त राष्ट ने भी भारती की जीडीपी में भारी गिरवाट की आशंका जताई थी. साथ ही आरबीआई भी जीडीपी में गिरावट की बात स्वीकार की थी.
बता दें कि इस वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में जीडीपी में 23.9 पर्सेंट की गिरावट आई है. इन आंकड़ों के जारी होने के बाद से ही तमाम एजेंसियों ने भी गिरावट के अपने अनुमान को बढ़ा दिया है. दरअसल कोरोना काल में देश में निजी निवेश में बड़ी गिरावट देखने को मिली है. इसके अलावा मांग में भी कमी आई है. ऐसे में इन महत्वपूर्ण संकेतकों में गिरावट का सीधा असर जीडीपी के लुढ़कने के तौर पर दिखा है. @Nayak1

 In the Asian Development Outlook, the bank has said that business activities will accelerate in the next financial year and this will increase economic growth. The bank's chief economist Yasuyuki Sawada said, India had imposed a tight lockdown to prevent the infection of corona virus and its impact has been very adverse on the economy. Asian development is expected to fall in GDP, close to the estimates of several other rating agencies which have predicted a decline in the country's economy.

Earlier on Monday, rating agency Standard & Poor Global Ratings also predicted a 9% fall in GDP in the current financial year. Earlier, the agency had talked about declining 5%, but now it has been increased. Whereas, rating agency Fitch, Moody's have also said about a huge decline in GDP. Not only this, recently the United Nations had also predicted a huge fall in Bharti's GDP. Also, the RBI had also accepted the decline in GDP.

 Let us know that in the first quarter of this financial year, GDP has declined by 23.9%. Since the release of these figures, all agencies have also increased their estimates of decline. Actually, there has been a big decline in private investment in the country during the Corona period. Apart from this, there has also been a decrease in demand.
