निष्पक्षता से काम करने के लिए फ्रीडम ऑफ स्पीच एंड फ्रीडम ऑप एक्सप्रेशन राईट एक्ट बनाना होगा
अगर मीडिया को निष्पक्ष चलाना है तो
फ्रीडम ऑफ स्पीच एंड फ्रीडम ऑप एक्सप्रेशन राईट एक्ट बनाना होगा. जब तक यह कानून
नहीं बनेगा तक मीडिया निष्पक्ष काम नहीं कर सकती है.

धंधा नहीं, लोकतंत्र
का पीलर है
डॉ.बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर कहते हैं कि
‘‘भारत में पत्रकारिता एक धंधा बन गया है, जिससे देशहित का बलिदान दिया जा रहा
है’’ आज भी वही चल रहा है. जबकि, मीडिया
लोकतंत्र के तीन पीलर में चौथा मजबूत पीलर है.
♦ हम 15 अगस्त को नहीं, आर्टिकल 19 लागू होने के बाद आजाद हुए
15 अगस्त 1947 को जो आजादी मिली वह तथाकथित आजादी थी.
हम वास्तविक रूप से जब 26 जनवरी 1950 को संविधान लागू हुआ और संविधान के
आर्टिकल 19 में हमें
बोलने अधिकार दिया उस दिन हम आजाद हुए. क्योंकि, ब्राह्मणों ने हमें बोलने तक के लिए भी
पाबंदी लगाई हुई थी.
लोकतांत्रिक देश में जो काम जज को करना
चाहिए वह काम आज के समय में ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया कर रही है. जैसे कोर्ट में ट्रायल
होता है. एक वकील सरकार की तरफ से होता है और दूसरा वकील आरोपी के तरफ से होता है.
दोनों के बीच बहस चलती है इस बहस के आधार पर जज फैसला देता है. लेकिन वर्तमान समय
में मीडिया ट्रायल चल रहा है. इसमें मीडिया के इस ट्रायल में मीडिया अकेले है, बहस करने के लिए दूसरा विपक्ष में कोई
नहीं है. इसलिए ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया किसी भी निर्दोष मुसलमान को आतंकवादी घोषित कर
देती है और यही उसका फैसला होता है. जैसे ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया ने तबलीकी जमात पर
देश में कोरोना फैलाने का झूठा आरोप लगाया. जबकि, बाद में कोर्ट ने निर्दोष करार दे
दिया. मैं उसी समय कहा था कि यह ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया द्वारा मुसलमानों को बदनाम
करने की साजिश है. आज देश में 50 लाख से ज्यादा कोरोना से संक्रमित हैं, अब कौन इसका जिम्मेदार है? अब जब इन मामलों में सरकार को कोई
बहाना नहीं मिला तो कहा गया, एक्ट ऑफ
गॉड यानी दैविक घटना है. यही नहीं नरेन्द्र मोदी ने लॉकडाउन को ही दवा मान लिया.
क्योंकि, दवा तो
उपलब्ध थी नहीं, इसलिए
मोदी ने लॉकडाउन को ही दवा मान लिया. क्या कोरोना, लॉकडाउन से ठीक रहा है? यह बात बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने 17 सितंबर 2020 को बामसेफ भवन पूना में दैनिक
मूलनिवासी नायक (मराठी के 12वें और
हिन्दी के 10वें)
स्थापना दिवस पर वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कही.
बता दें कि 17 सितंबर 2020 को ई वी पेरियार रामासामी नायकर का 141वां, अनागरिक धम्मपाल का 156वां और प्रबोधनकार केवश सीताराम ठाकरे
का 135वां जन्म
जयंती था. इसके साथ ही डॉ.बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर के पुत्र यशवंतराव अम्बेडकर
(भैयासाहेब) का 43वां
स्मृति दिन था. इस कार्यक्रम की प्रस्तावना दैनिक मूलनिवासी नायक के सहायक संपादक
राजकुमार ने रखा, वहीं
वक्ता के रूप में भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव प्रो. विलास खरात और
सोशल मीडिया के सह.राष्ट्रीय प्रभारी संकेत कांबले ने अपनी बात रखी. इसके साथ ही
दैनिक मूलनिवासी नायक के कार्यकारी संपादक पदमाकर पाटिल धन्यवाद ज्ञापन दिया और
संचालन स्वप्नील नारांजे (सोशल मीडिया) ने किया. इस पूरे कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता, बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन
मेश्राम साहब ने की.
अध्यक्षता करते हुए वामन मेश्राम साहब
ने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा, मीडिया
चलाने का उदे्श्य क्या होना चाहिए? गुलामों को जागृत करना ही मीडिया का
उदे्श्य होना चाहिए. उन्होंने डॉ.बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर के बयान पर प्रकाश डालते हुए
कहा कि बाबासाहब ने कहा था कि ‘‘गुलामों को गुलामी का एहसास करा दो, वो गुलामी की जंजीर खुद तोड़ देगा’’
गुलामों को जब तक गुलामी का एहसास नहीं होगा तब तक वे गुलामी से बाहर निकलने के
लिए तैयार नहीं होंगे. इसलिए मीडिया, के माध्यम से गुलामों को उनकी गुलामी
को एहसास कराया जा सकता है. मीडिया एक हथियार है.
उन्होंने आगे कहा, आंदोलन का संदेश लोगों तक पहुंचाने के
लिए मीडिया का उपयोग किया जा रहा है. उदाहरण देते हुए उन्होंने कहा, जंगल में मोर नाचा किसने देखा? किसी ने नहीं देखा इसका मतलब यह है कि
मोर नाचा ही नहीं. बात को समझाने के लिए उन्होंने दूसरा उदाहारण देते हुए कहा
बामसेफ का आंदोलन देश के 31 राज्य, 550 जिलों, 5500 तहसील एवं 1.5 लाख गांवों में पहुंच गया है. लेकिन, ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया दिखा नहीं रही है, इसलिए लोगों को पता नहीं चल रहा है.
जबकि, आंदोलन चल
रहा है, मगर लोगों
को पता नहीं है. क्योंकि, ब्राह्मण्वादी
मीडिया के माध्यम से यह संदेश नहीं दिया जा रहा है. जनता को मीडिया द्वारा आंदोलन
का संदेश देना, आंदोलन के
चलने का सबूत है, तभी माना
जायेगा.
आगे वामन मेश्राम साहब ने
कहा, मीडिया
में एक और खास बात होती है जज एवं सेल्फ करने का. यानी इसके माध्यम से आंदोलन का
फैलाव दिखाना. जैसे हमने ट्विटर पर ‘ब्लैक डे’ का ट्रेड चलाया. लेकिन ब्राह्मणों
ने हमारी ताकत को जज किया और ट्विटर को बंद कर दिया. इसी तरह से मीडिया में इमेज
विल्डिंग-इमेज डिस्ट्रॉय होता है. गांधी जी महात्मा नहीं थे, उनको यह पदवी 1914 में पारीख नाम के एक ब्राह्मण ने किसी
बच्चे के नामकरण में दी. जबकि जोतिराव फुले को कार्यक्रम के दौरान महात्मा की पदवी
दी गई. इस तरह से वास्तविक महात्मा जोतिराव फुले हैं.
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा कि
ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया में झूठी खबरें भी चलाई जाती हैं. जैसे इंडिया टुडे में चोपड़ा
नाम के ब्राह्मण संपादक ने बामसेफ को सेमी नक्सलाइट कहा था. जब हमने इस पर एक्शन
लिया तो उसे इंडिया टुडे से बाहर निकाल दिया गया. यानी जो खबर छापते हैं वहीं
लोगों को पता चलता है. इमेज विल्डिंग में यह भी तय होता कि किस खबर को छापना है, किस खबर को नहीं छापना है. आगे कहा
उन्होंने कहा कि बाबासाहब ने संविधान में सेक्यूलिरिजम शब्द नहीं डाला था, बाद में इमरजेंसी के बाद इंदिरा गांधी
ने सेक्यूलिरिजम शब्द डाला. तो क्या इसके पहले संविधान सेक्यूलिरिजम नहीं था? था. क्योंकि, बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर ने, जन्म, वर्ण, वंश, लिंग, धर्म के आधार पर भेदभाव नहीं किया
जायेगा. यह बात संविधान के मौलिक अधिकार में डाला है. जैसे प्रोपेगंडा फैलाया कि
धारा 370 खत्म कर
दिया तो क्या कश्मीर भारत में नहीं है? जब धारा 370 खत्म नहीं था तो क्या कश्मीर भारत में
नहीं था? था. इस
तरह से आज ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया में प्रोपेगंडा फैलाया जा रहा है. अंत में वामन
मेश्राम ने कहा, लोकतंत्र
में गोली से नहीं, बोली से
राज स्थापित किया जा सकता है. हम लोग सोशल मीडिया पर ज्यादा जोर दे रहे हैं आप लोग
इसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा आगे बढ़ाने का काम करेंगे.@Nayak1

♦ The media must enact the Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression Right Act in order to function impartially
If the media is to be conducted impartially, the Freedom of Speech and
Freedom of Expression Right Act has to be enacted. Until this law is enacted,
the media cannot function impartially.
♦ Newspaper is not a business, it is a pillar of democracy
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar says that "Journalism has become a
profession in India, sacrificing the national interest". The same is going
on today. Whereas, media is the fourth strong pillar in the three pillars of
democracy.
♦ We were freed after the introduction of article 19, not on August 15
The freedom gained on 15 August 1947 was the so-called independence. We
actually became independent when the Constitution came into force on 26 January
1950 and gave us the right to speak in Article 19 of the Constitution. Because,
the Brahmins were banned even for speaking to us.
The work that the judge should do in a democratic country is doing the
Brahminical media in today's time. Like a trial in court. One lawyer is from
the government and the other lawyer is from the accused. The debate goes on
between the two, based on this debate, the judge gives the verdict. But in the
present time media trial is going on. In this trial of the media, the media is
alone, there is no other opposition to debate. Therefore, the Brahminical media
declares any innocent Muslim a terrorist and this is his decision. For example,
the Brahminical media falsely accused the Tablikite group of spreading corona
in the country. Whereas, later the court declared acquittal. I said at the same
time that this is a conspiracy by the Brahminical media to discredit Muslims.
Today more than 50 lakhs in the country are infected with corona, now who is
responsible for it? Now when the government could not find any excuse in these
cases, it was said, Act of God is a divine event. Not only this, Narendra Modi
accepted lockdown as medicine. Because the medicine was not available, Modi
accepted the lockdown as medicine. Has Corona recovered from the lockdown? This
was stated by Bamsef national president Waman Meshram Sahab while addressing
the virtual program on the foundation day of Dainik Moolnivasi Nayak (12th in
Marathi and 10th in Hindi) on 17 September 2020 in Bamsef Bhawan Poona.
Explain that on 17 September 2020, EV Periyar was the 141st birth
anniversary of Ramasamy Naikar, 156th of Anagarik Dhammapala and 135th birth
anniversary of Prabodhankar Ke Sitaram Thackeray. With this, it was the 43rd
commemoration day of Yashwantrao Ambedkar (Bhaiyasaheb), son of Dr. Babasaheb
Ambedkar. The program was proposed by Rajkumar, assistant editor of Dainik
Moolnivasi Nayak, while Prof. Bharatiya Mukti Morcha national general secretary
Prof. Vilas Kharat and social media co-national in charge Sanket Kamble spoke.
Along with this, Padmakar Patil, executive editor of Dainik Moolnivasi Nayak,
gave a vote of thanks and was conducted by Swapnil Naranje (social media). This
entire program was presided over by Bamsef national president Waman Meshram
Sahab.
While presiding, Vaman Meshram Sahab raised the question and said, what
should be the purpose of running the media? The purpose of the media should be
to awaken the slaves. He highlighted Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's statement that
Babasaheb had said that "make the slaves realize slavery, they will break
the chains of slavery themselves". Will not be ready to exit. Therefore, through
the media, slaves can be made aware of their slavery. Media is a weapon.
He further said, media is being used to convey the message of the
movement to the people. Giving examples, he said, who saw the peacock dance in
the forest? No one has seen that this means that the peacock does not dance. To
explain this, he gave another example, saying that Bamsef's movement has
reached 31 states, 550 districts, 5500 tehsils and 1.5 lakh villages. But, the
Brahminical media is not showing, so people are not aware. While the movement
is going on, people do not know. Because, this message is not being given
through Brahminical media. The message of the movement by the media to the
public is evidence of the movement, only then it will be considered.
Waman Meshram Saheb further said, another special thing happens in the
media to judge and self. That is to show the spread of movement through it.
Like we ran the trade of 'Black Day' on Twitter. But the Brahmins judged our
strength and shut down Twitter. In the same way there is image wielding-image
destroy in the media. Gandhiji was not a Mahatma, he was given this title in
1914 by a Brahmin named Parikh in naming a child. While Jotirao Phule was given
the title of Mahatma during the program. In this way the real Mahatma Jotirao
Phule.
Waman Meshram Saheb said that false news is also run in
Brahminical media. For example, in India Today, a Brahmin editor named Chopra
called Bamsef a semi-Naxalite. When we took action on it, it was kicked out of
India Today. That is, people get to know the news that is published there. It
is also decided in image wielding which news to print, which news should not be
published. He further said that Babasaheb had not inserted the word secularism
in the constitution, later after Emergency Indira Gandhi inserted the word
secularism. So was not the Constitution secularism before it? Was Because,
Babasaheb Ambedkar, will not be discriminated on the basis of birth, varna,
lineage, sex, religion. This thing has been put in the fundamental right of the
constitution. As propaganda spread that Article 370 is abolished, is Kashmir
not in India? Was Kashmir not in India when Article 370 was not over? Was In
this way propaganda is being spread in the brahmanical media today. In the end,
Waman Meshram Sahab said, in a democracy, the rule can be established not by a
shot, but by a bid. We are putting more emphasis on social media, you people
