एक्सप्रेस और जनसत्ता को चौराहों पर जलाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं. यही नहीं इन
दोनों अखबारों के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस भी दायर करने वाले हैं.
क्यांकि ये ब्राह्मण-बनिया प्रचार माध्यम हमारे खिलाफ समाज में घृणा अभियान चला
रहा है. यह बात बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब ने नेशनल दस्तक के एक इंटरव्यू
में कही.

मेश्राम साहबने दावे के साथ कहा कि ‘‘ब्राह्मणवाद एक विचारधारा है. हमें
संविधान के आर्टिकल 19 के तहत
विरोध करने का मौलिक अधिकार है. अगर हम ऐसा कह रहे हैं कि 3.5 प्रतिशत ब्राह्मणों का विधायिका, कार्यपालिका, न्याय और मीडिया पर कब्जा है. यही नहीं हम यह भी कह रहे हैं कि ब्राह्मणों ने राष्ट्रीय लेवल की
पांच-पांच पार्टियां बनाई तो मैं
गलत कहां से कह रहा हूं. क्या यह गलत है? ये तो 100 प्रतिशत सच्चाई है. सच्चाई कहना गलत
नहीं है और न ही घृणा अभियान चलाना है. विरोध करने का अधिकार भारतीय संविधान ने ही
दिया है और उसी के तहत हम इस विचारधारा का विरोध कर रहे हैं.’’ विरोध करने का अधिकार भारतीय संविधान

मेश्राम साहब ने कहा कि उन्होंने अपनी खबर में बामसेफ और इंडियन लीगल प्रोफेशनल
असोसिएशन इन दो संगठनों का नाम लिया है, इसलिए ऐसा नहीं कहा जा सकता कि उन्हें
इस बात की जानकारी नहीं है कि दूसरी तरफ की जानकारी कहां से और कैसे लेनी है.
इसलिए हमारा ये मानना है कि द इंडियन एक्सप्रेस और जनसत्ता ने जानबूझकर लोगों को
गलत जानकारी देने का काम किया है और देवजीभाई की हत्या का समर्थन किया है. हम
इंडियन एक्सप्रेस और जनसत्ता के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाईकोर्ट में केस दायर
करेंगे और देशभर में इंडियन एक्सप्रेस और जनसत्ता को चौराहों पर जलाने के लिए

The Indian
Express and Jansatta are preparing to be burnt at the intersections. Not only
this, cases against these two newspapers are also going to be filed in the High
Court and the Supreme Court. However, this Brahman-Baniya propaganda medium
is running a hate campaign against us in society. Bamcef national president Waman
Meshram Sahab said this in an interview of National Dastak.

interview, Waman Meshram Saheb said that on 25 September 2020 at 6 pm, senior
BAMCEF activists adv. Devjibhai Maheshwari was killed by Brahmins. On 27
September 2020, The Indian Express and Jansatta ed. The news of Devjibhai
Maheshwari's main accused of murder was published, but by printing false news,
Devjibhai supported the murder. In the title of the news, it was written that
'murder of Dalit lawyer due to posting of anti-Brahmin Facebook' and inside the
news has written that behind this murder is' anti-Brahmin Facebook post.
Whereas, according to the FIR registered, there is a case of land case behind the
murder.

Meshram Sahab said how is this news wrong? It is important to understand this.
He said that his mentality behind writing 'murder of Dalit lawyer' in such a
way is that no people belonging to other castes other than caste people should
come to the field for their justice. The second thing is that by writing an
'anti-Brahmin post' they want to justify the murder that the lawyer wrote
against the Brahmin, so the Brahmin killed the lawyer.

Meshram Saheb said that at the end of the news, Devjibhai's last Facebook post
mentioned that there is a video of one of my speeches, in which I am saying
that people of SC, ST, OBC are not Hindus and I challenged this to Brahmins

said that the people of The Indian Express and Jansatta have written this news
based on the information given by the police. But, did they verify this? Did

Association two organizations in his news, so it cannot be said that he does

false information to the people and supported the murder of Devjibhai. We will
file a case against the Indian Express and Jansatta in the Supreme Court and
the High Court and will agitate to burn the Indian Express and Jansatta at
