दिया. हालांकि, देवीजीभाई
की पत्नी हजारों कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ 25 सितंबर की रात से ही कच्छ जिले के रापर
पुलिस स्टेशन पर धरने पर बैठी हैं. मीनाक्षी बेन यह बात बार-बार कह रही हैं जब
हमें न्याय नहीं मिलेगा, जब तक 9 आरोपी गिरफ्तार नहीं होंगे तब हम यह
नहीं जाउंगी. लेकिन, सुबह होते
ही यह आंदोलन पूरे गुजरात में फैल गया और उग्र होते जा रहा है. संभावानाएं बतायी
जा रही है कि अगर मीनाक्षी बेन को इंसाफ नहीं मिला तो यह आंदोलन और उग्र हो
जायेगा.
स्थानीय सूत्रों के अनुसार, कच्छ के 10 तहसीलों पर जबरदस्त आंदोलन देखने को
मिला. जिले के अबडासार (अडासा-नलिया), अंजार, भचाऊ, भुज, गांधीधाम, लखपत, मांडवी, मुद्रा, नखत्राणा और रापर तहसील पर सुबह 10 बजे से प्रदर्शन शुरू हो गया. हर सड़कों
पर हजारों लोग निकल पड़े. सरकार मुर्दाबाद, पुलिस प्रशासन मुर्दाबाद जैसे नारों से
कच्छ जिला गूंज उठा. इसके अलावा बड़ोदरा, राजकोट के गांधीनगर सहित गुजरात के
अन्य जिलों में कार्यकर्ताओं ने संविधान के दायरे में रहकर प्रदर्शन किया और
आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने की मांग की. प्रदर्शनकारियों ने कहा कि पुलिस का कहन है
कि 9 आरोपियों
में 6 आरोपियों
को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. लेकिन पुलिस अभी तक आरोपियों को उजागर नहीं की है.
इससे अंदेशा होता है कि मामले को शांत करने के लिए पुलिस झूठ बोल रही है. अगर, पुलिस ने 6 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है तो
जाहिर क्यों नहीं कर रही है? अगर पुलिस
की माने तो 6 आरोपी
गिरफ्तार हैं लेकिन जो मुख्य तीन आरोपी हैं जिसमें ब्राह्मण शामिल हैं वो क्यों
गिरफ्तर से दूर है? इससे यह
लगता है कि पुलिस झूठ बोल रही है.
बता दें कि शुक्रवार को बामसेफ के
वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ता और इंडियन लीगल प्रोफेशनल एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश प्रभारी एड.
देवजीभाई महेश्वरी की चाकू गोदकर हत्या कर दी. जानकारी के अनुसार हत्या करने वाला
ब्राह्मण बताया जा रहा है, जिसका नाम
भरत जयंतीलाल रावल है. हालांकि, असल मामला
जमीन का है. लेकिन इस हत्या के पीछे देवजीभाई द्वारा फेसबुक पर ब्राह्मण विरोधी
पोस्ट बताया जा रहा है. कई अखबारों में यह खबर चल रही है कि देवजीभाई ने फेसबुक पर
ब्राह्मण विरोधी पोस्ट डाली थी. लेकिन, रापर निवासी रावल नामक ब्राह्मण विरोधी
पोस्ट पर महेश्वरी को कई बार से जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहा था. यहां तक कि रावल
ब्राह्मण ने एक बार महेश्वरी के ऑफिस में जाकर उन्हें धमकी भी दी. लेकिन, बीते शुक्रवार को महेश्वरी की हत्या कर
दी. असल में यह मामला जमीन की केस से जुड़ा हुआ है. लेकिन, ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया इसे धर्म से जोड़कर
दो समुदाय के बीच मामले को खड़ा कर असली मुद्दे को दबाने की कोशिश कर रही है.
क्योंकि, एफआईआर
में फेसबुक पोस्ट का कोई जिक्र नहीं है.
अगर हत्या के पीछे ब्राह्मणविरोधी
पोस्ट बताया जा रहा है और जिस तरह से मीडिया में बताया जा रहा है कि महेश्वरी का
अंतिम पोस्ट यह था कि एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के लोग हिन्दू नहीं है. अगर यह
पोस्ट था तो इसमें क्या गलत था? यह सत्य
है कि एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के लोग हिन्दू नहीं है. अगर एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के लोग हिन्दू हैं तो ब्राह्मण
ही साबित करें?
प्रशासन द्वारा एसआईटी टीम गठित
उग्र प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए पुलिस
प्रशासन ने एसआईटी टीम गठित किया है, जिसमें सात लोग शामिल है. बता दें कि
जेआर मोथालिया (आईपीएस) पुलिस महानिरीक्षक सरहदी रेंज भुज को समिति प्रमुख बनाया
गया है. वहीं मयूर पाटिल (आईपीएस) पुलिस अधिक्षक पूर्व कच्छ गांधीधाम को कन्वीनर, वीआर पटेल नायब पुलिस अधिक्षक पूर्व
कच्छ, गांधीधाम
को गुनाह तप्शीश अधिकारी बनाया गया है. इसके साथ ही जेटी सोनारा नायब पुलिस
अधिक्षक मुख्य मथक पाटन इसके सदस्य हैं. साथ ही डीएम जाला सर्कल पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर

Justice was not found even after 24 hours
Protest in Gujarat to bring justice to Devjibhai Maheshwari
The person who throughout his life not only kept working to give justice
to the people of poor Majlum indigenous Bahujan society, but also propagated
the Phule-Ambedkari ideology. Today the same person is brutally murdered by a
Brahmin and even after 24 hours of murder, justice is not available. Whereas,
the district police administration gave an assurance. But the murdered Azad are
still roaming. Significantly, on September 25 at 6 pm, Ed.Devjibhai Maheshwari
was killed with a knife. An FIR was lodged against 9 murderers at around 1.5 pm
in Ropar Thone and demanded that the accused be arrested at the earliest and
take strict action against them so that the deceased family can get justice.
The police assured to arrest the accused by morning. However, even after more
than 24 hours, the accused could not be arrested.
Hundreds of organizations including Bamcef, Bharat Mukti Morcha,
Bahujan Kranti Morcha, Indian Legal Professional Association, Bharatiya
Vidyarthi Morcha started agitating protests across Gujarat due to the lax
attitude of the police administration. However, Devijibhai's wife has been
sitting on a dharna at the Rappar police station in Kutch district since the
night of 25 September with thousands of workers. Meenakshi Ben is saying this
again and again when we will not get justice, we will not go till the 9 accused
are arrested. But, as soon as dawn, this movement spread throughout Gujarat and
is becoming fierce. It is being told that if Meenakshi Ben does not get
justice, then this movement will become more fierce.
According to local sources, tremendous agitation was witnessed in 10
tehsils of Kutch. Demonstrations started at 10 am at Abadasar (Adasa-Naliya),
Anjar, Bhachau, Bhuj, Gandhidham, Lakhpat, Mandvi, Mudra, Nakhatrana and Rapar
tehsils of the district. Thousands of people came out on every street. Kutch
district echoed with slogans like Sarkar Murdabad, Police Administration
Murdabad. Apart from this, activists in Vadodara, Rajkot's Gandhinagar and
other districts of Gujarat demonstrated within the scope of the constitution
and demanded arrest of the accused. The protesters said that the police say
that 6 of the 9 accused have been arrested. But the police have not yet exposed
the accused. It is feared that the police are lying to calm the case. If the
police have arrested 6 accused, then why are they not doing it? If the police
agree, then 6 accused are arrested, but the main three accused, including
Brahmins, are away from the arrest. From this it seems that the police are
lying.

Professional Association, Ed. Devjibhai Maheshwari was killed with a knife.
According to the information, the slain Brahmin is being told, whose name is
Bharat Jayantilal Rawal. However, the real matter is of land. But behind this
murder, Devjibhai is being told an anti-Brahmin post on Facebook. It is being
reported in many newspapers that Devjibhai had posted an anti-Brahmin post on
Facebook. But, a resident of Ropar was threatening to kill Maheshwari many
times on an anti-Brahmin post called Rawal. Even the Rawal Brahmin once
threatened Maheshwari by going to his office. But, Maheshwari was killed on
Friday. Actually this case is related to the land case. But, the Brahminical
media is trying to suppress the real issue by linking it with religion and
raising the matter between the two communities. Because, there is no mention of
Facebook post in the FIR.
If the
anti-Brahmin post is being told behind the murder and the way the media is
being told that the last post of Maheshwari was that the people of SC, ST, OBC
are not Hindus. What was wrong with this post if it was? It is true that people
of SC, ST, OBC are not Hindus. If people of SC, ST, OBC are Hindus, then prove
Brahmins only?

The police
administration has formed a SIT team in view of the fierce demonstration, which
includes seven people. Please tell that JR Mothaliya (IPS) Inspector General of
