बामसेफ गुजरात के वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ता देवजी भाई महेश्वरी की दिन-दहाड़े हत्या

कार्यकर्ता एड.देवजीभाई महेश्वरी की कुछ ब्राह्मणवादी मानसिकता के लोगों ने चाकुओं
से घोंपकर दिनदहाड़े उनके ऑफिस में हत्या कर दी. एड. देवजीभाई महेश्वरी ‘इंडियन
लीगल प्रोफेशनल असोसिएशन’ के गुजरात प्रदेश प्रभारी थे. 25 सितंबर 2020 को जिस समय उनकी हत्या हुई उस समय शाम
के 6 बज रहे
थे. बताया जा रहा है कि वे अपने ऑफिस में जा रहे थे, ऑफिस के ठीक सामने सड़क पर आरोपी हाथ
में चाकू छिपाए खड़ा था. जैसे ही देवजी भाई उसके सामने से गुजरकर ऑफिस में प्रवेश
कर रहे हैं ठीक उसी समय आरोपी चाकू निकालते हुए देवजीभाई के पीछे भागा और पीछे से
ताबड़तोड़ चाकूओं से हमला कर दिया. आस-पास के लोग देखते हुए बचाने के लिए दौड़े. इतने
में आरोपी वहां से फरार हो गया. मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने उन्हें तत्काल सहयोगी
प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल लेकर गए, लेकिन
डॉक्टर ने यह कहकर भर्ती करने से इनकार कर दिया कि यह पुलिस केस का मामला है, इन्हें सरकारी अस्पताल लेकर जाओ.
आनन-फानन में लोग सरकारी अस्पताल की ओर निकले, लेकिन तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी थी.
स्थानीय सूत्रों के मुताबिक, बामसेफ एवं इंडियन लीगल प्रोफेशनल
असोसिएशन के कार्यकर्ताओं ने रात को डेढ़ बजे रापर पुलिस थाने में धारा 302,120बी/34 भारतीय दण्ड संहिता, एट्ररोसिटी एक्ट की धारा 3(2)(1) व अन्य धाराओं के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज कराई
और कातिल को तुरंत गिरफ्तार करने की मांग की. इस पर एसपी पाटिल ने सुबह होने तक
आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने का आश्वासन किया. लेकिन समाचार खिलने तक एक भी आरोपी
गिरफ्तार नहीं हुए. दैनिक मूलनिवासी नायक के कार्यालय से एसपी पाटिल को फोन कर
जानकारी लेने की कोशिश कई गई, लेकिन
एसपी ने फोन रिसिव नहीं किया. हालांकि, बामसेफ के कार्यकर्ताओं से एसपी की बात
हुई और एसपी ने कहा उन्हें इस घटना का सीसीटीवी फुटेज मिल गया है, हत्याआरोपी की पहचान हो गई है.
बता दें कि देवजीभाई महेश्वरी की पत्नी
मीनाक्षी बेन प्राइमरी में एक टीचर हैं. मीनाक्षी बेन ने 9 आरोपियों के खिलाफ एफआईदर्ज की है. इन 9 आरोपियों में भरत जयंतीलाल रावल, जयसुख लोहार, खीमजी लोहार, धवल लोहार, देउभा सोढ़ा, विजय सिंह सोढ़ा, मयूर सिंह सोढ़ा, प्रविण सिंह सोढ़ा और अर्जुन सिंह सोढ़ा
मुख्य रूप से शामिल हैं. इन आरोपियों में देउभा सोढ़ा, विजय सिंह सोढ़ा, मयूर सिंह सोढ़ा, प्रविण सिंह सोढ़ा और अर्जुन सिंह सोढ़ा
राजपूत हैं.
देवजी भाई की पत्नी ने बताया कि उनके
पति की हत्या के पीछे एक केस है. उन्होंने कहा, लोहार समाज का एक वाड़ी (कम्यूनिटी) है.
वाड़ी और आरोपियों के बीच केस चल रहा था. इस केस को लड़ने के लिए कोई वकील तैयार
नहीं था. क्योंकि, जो आरोपी
हैं वे दबंग और छटे हुए हैं गुंडे हैं. आरोपियों का कई बड़े अधिकारियों से संपर्क
है. लोहार वाड़ी के लोगों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए उस केस को मेरे पति ने अपने हाथ
में लिया. इसके बाद आरोपियों द्वारा धमकी दी जाने लगी. मीनाक्षी के अनुसार, आरोपियों को इस बात का डर था कि इस केस
की वजह से उनकी जमीन चली जायेगी. इसलिए वे मेरे पति को धमकी दे रहे थे कि वे केस
ना लड़ें. मीनाक्षी ने यह भी बताया कि मेरे पति की हत्या एक साजिश के तहत किया गया
है. उन्होंने कहा कि जहां मेरे पति का ऑफिस है वहां चौक है. वहां प्रतिदिन
चार-पांच पुलिस रहती थी. लेकिन, 25 सिंतबर के
दिन वहां एक भी पुलिस नहीं थी. उन्होंने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा, क्या उसी दिन पुलिस को गायब होना था?

लीगल प्रोफेशनल असोसिएशन के प्रदेश प्रभारी देवजीभाई महेश्वरी कि अज्ञात लोगों ने
हत्या कर दी. इसकी खबर मिलते ही बामसेफ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब ने
25 सिंबतर को एलान कर दिया कि पुलिस
प्रशासन इस निर्मम हत्या को गंभीरतापूर्वक ले और तत्तकाल कारवाई करते हुए 24 घंटों के अंदर हत्यारोपियों को
गिरफ्तार करे. ताकि, पीड़िता को
न्याय मिल सके. अगर पुलिस अपना काम सही से नहीं करती है तो हम सारे गुजरात भर में
आंदोलन करेंगे.

देवजीभाई महेश्वरी की हत्या को लेकर बामसेफ एवं ऑफसूट संगठनों और इंडियन लीगल
प्रोफेशनल असोसिएशन पाटन टीम के कार्यकर्ताओं ने जिला कलेक्टर में धरना के साथ
आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए आवेदन दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल देवजीभाई
महेश्वरी की ही हत्या नहीं है, बल्कि
भारतीय संविधान और कानून की भी हत्या है. देवजीभाई महेश्वरी को न्याय मिले इसके
लिए सरकार और पुलिस प्रसासन अपनी भूमिका निभाते हुए आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करे.

देवजी भाई महेश्वरी हत्या के खिलाफ बहुजन
मुक्ति पार्टी ने सीबीआई जांच की मांग की है. पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वीएल मातंग ने कहा, गुजरात
देश के प्रधानमंत्री का गृहराज्य है. प्रधानमंत्री एक समय गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री
थे. आज उन्हीं के गृह राज्य में मूलनिवासी बहुजनों की दिनदहाड़े हत्याएं की जा रही
है और शासन-प्रशासन के कान पर जूं तक नहीं रेंग रहा है.
वीएल मातंग ने कहा, 25 सिंबतर को शाम 6 बजे कच्छ के रापर जिले में देवजी भाई
महेश्वरी की हत्या होने के बाद जिला पुलिस प्रशासन ने 8 घंटे बाद रात को एक बजे एफआईआर दर्ज
किया. लेकिन, अभी तक 9 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया गया
है. उन्होंने पुलिस प्रशासन पर आरोप लगाते हए कहा आरोपियों को पुलिस प्रशासन
द्वारा संरक्षण दिया जा रहा है. इसलिए 24 घंटों के भीतर सीबीआई जांच किया जाए और
आरोपियों को सजा देकर पीड़िता को न्याय दिया जाए.@Nayak1

the evening when he was assassinated on 25 September 2020. It is
being told that they were going to their office, the accused was standing in
front of the office, hiding the knife in the hand. As soon as Devji Bhai is
passing in front of him and entering the office, at the same time, the accused,
after removing the knife, ran after Devjibhai and attacked him with sharp
knives from behind. People around ran to save the sight. In this case, the
accused escaped from there. The people present on the spot immediately took him
to the aide private hospital, but the doctor refused to admit him saying that
it was a case of police case, take him to a government hospital. People
hurriedly turned to the government hospital, but by then it was too late.
According to local sources, the activists of BAMCEF
and the Indian Legal Professional Association lodged an FIR under the Section 302,120B / 34 Indian
Penal Code, Section 3 (2) (1) of the Atrocity Act and other sections in the Ropar
police station at half past one in the night. And demanded that the murderer be
arrested immediately. On this, SP Patil assured to arrest the accused till
morning. But not a single accused was arrested until the news broke. Many
attempts were made to get information from Dainik Moolnivasi Nayak's office by
calling SP Patil, but the SP did not retrieve the phone. However, SP spoke to
BAMCEF activists and SP said that they have received CCTV footage of the
incident, the accused of the murder has been identified.
Let me tell you that Meenakshi Ben, wife of
Devjibhai Maheshwari, is a teacher in the primary. Meenakshi Ben filed an FIR
against 9
accused. These 9 accused mainly include Bharat Jayantilal Rawal,
Jaisuk Lohar, Khimji Lohar, Dhawal Lohar, Deubha Sodha, Vijay Singh Sodha,
Mayur Singh Sodha, Praveen Singh Sodha and Arjun Singh Sodha. Among these
accused are Deubha Sodha, Vijay Singh Sodha, Mayur Singh Sodha, Praveen Singh
Sodha and Arjun Singh Sodha Rajput.
Devji Bhai's wife said that there is a case behind the murder of her husband. He said, blacksmith is a community of society. The case was going on between Wadi and the accused. No lawyer was ready to fight this case. Because, the accused who are domineering and untouched are goons. The accused have contact with many big officials. To bring justice to the people of Lohar Wadi, my husband took that case in his hand. After this, the accused started getting threatened. According to Meenakshi, the accused were afraid that their land would be lost due to this case. So they were threatening my husband not to fight the case. Meenakshi also told that my husband has been murdered under a conspiracy. He said that there is a square where my husband's office is. There used to be four to five police daily. But, on 25 September, there was not a single police. He raised the question, "Did the police have to disappear on the same day?"

In-charge of Indian Legal Professional Association, Devjibhai Maheshwari was
murdered by unknown people. On receiving the news of this, Bamsef National
President Vaman Meshram Saheb announced 25 Simbatar that the police
administration should take this ruthless murder seriously and arrest the
killers within 24 hours while taking immediate action. So that the
victim can get justice. If the police do not do their job properly then we will
agitate all over Gujarat.

of the accused along with the dharna in the district collector over the murder
of Advocate Devjibhai Maheshwari in Rapur Tahsil, Gujarat. He said that it is
not only the murder of Devjibhai Maheshwari, but also the murder of Indian
Constitution and law. To get justice to Devjibhai Maheshwari, the government and
police administration should play their role and arrest the accused.

should investigate CBI in Devjibhai murder case: Bahujan Mukti Party
Bahujan Mukti Party has demanded a CBI inquiry
against the murder of Devji Bhai Maheshwari. The party's national president VL
Matang said, Gujarat is the home of the Prime Minister of the country. The
Prime Minister was once the Chief Minister of Gujarat. Today in his home state,
the murders of the indigenous Bahujans are being murdered in broad daylight and
lice are not crawling on the ears of the administration.
VL Matang said, after the killing of Devji Bhai
Maheshwari in Rappar district of Kutch at 6 in the
evening of 25 Symbatar, the district police administration
registered an FIR after 8 hours at 1 pm.
However, 9 accused
have not been arrested so far. He accused the police administration that the
accused are being given protection by the police administration. Hence a CBI
inquiry should be done within 24 hours and the accused should be
