जब तक देश की सत्ता ब्राह्मणों के हाथों में रहेगी तब तक देश का

कि ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स 2020 की 107 देश की सूची में एक बार फिर से वर्तमान भारत 94वें पायदान पर आ गया है. हालांकि यह पहली बार नहीं है कि ग्लोबल
हंगर इंडेक्स में भारत नीचले पायदान पर पहुंच गया है, बल्कि ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स में भारत लगातार नीचे जा रहा है. यही
नहीं बेरोजगारी, गरीबी, भुखमरी, घटिया स्वास्थ्य
सेवाओं और शिक्षा व्यवस्था के मामलों में भी भारत नंबर देश घोषित हो चुका है. इसके
साथ ही हत्या, बलात्कार के मामले में तो भारत ने अन्य
देशों को कोसों दूर छोड़ दिया है. यहां तक की भारतीय महिलाओं के लिए उनका ही भारत
देश उनके लिए सबसे असुक्षित देश बन चुका है. जहां महिलाए, मासूम बच्यिं हर सेंकेण्ड, हर मिनट और घंटे
बलात्कार और सामुहिक बलात्कार की शिकार हो रही हैं. जहां इस तरह की जघन्य अपराध
होते हैं वह देश ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स की सूची में नीचे नहीं जायेगा तो और कहां
जायेगा.
गौरतलब है कि ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स 2020 की रिपोर्ट जारी कर दी गई है. जिसमें भारत विश्व के 107 देशों की सूची में 94 वे पायदान पर है.
हालांकि पिछली तुलना में इस बार ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स में भारत की रैंकिंग में
सुधार हुआ है, लेकिन अभी भी भारत गरीब कहे जाने वाले अपने
पड़ोसी देशों से पीछे चल रहा है. 107 देशों की लिस्ट में
भारत 94 नंबर पर है. जबकि पाकिस्तान 88, नेपाल 73, बांग्लादेश 75, इंडोनेशिया 70 श्रीलंका 64 और म्यांमार 78 वे पायदान पर है.
यानी भूक के मामले में यह देश भारत से आगे हैं. जब की भूक के मामले में भारत
पिछड़ता जा रहा है. पिछले साल 117 देशों की सूची में
इस इंडेक्स में भारत की रैंकिंग 102 थी. इस साल 107 देशों की सूची में भारत 94 वे पायदान पर हैं
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 27.2 अंक के साथ भारत भूख
के मामले में गंभीर स्थिति में है.
नाइजीरिया, अफगानिस्तान, लीबिया, मोजाम्बिक, रवांडा आदि ऐसे देश हैं जो भारत से नीचे हैं. रिपोर्ट के
मुताबिक भारत में करीब 14 प्रतिशत लोग कुपोषण
के शिकार हैं. भारत का पड़ोसी चीन इस रिपोर्ट में 25वें पायदान पर है, जबकि नेपाल और
पाकिस्तान क्रमशः 73वें और 88वें पायदान पर हैं.
ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स हर साल जारी होता है. इसमें जिस देश का
स्कोर ज्यादा होता है उसे रैकिंग में नीचे रखा जाता है, जबकि कम स्कोर वाले देशों को ऊपर जगह दिया जाता है. हंगर
इंडेक्स को देश के लोगों को खाने में मिलने वाली कैलोरी के आधार पर तैयार किया
जाता है. इसका लक्ष्य है कि 2030 तक पूरा विश्व जीरो
हंगर हो जाए. मतलब सभी को पौष्टिक आहार मिले.
ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स जारी होने के बाद राहुल गांधी ने केंद्र की
मोदी सरकार पर हमला बोला है. राहुल ने कहा कि भारत का गरीब भूखा है और सरकार अपने
मित्रों की जेब भरने में लगी है. राहुल ने ट्विट किया, भारत का गरीब भूखा है क्योंकि सरकार सिर्फ अपने कुछ खास मित्रों
की जेबें भरने में लगी है. राहुल गांधी ने पहले भी कहा है कि यह सरकार अडाणी, अंबानी की सरकार है.

साल ग्लोबल हंगर इंडेक्स रिपोर्ट जारी करते हैं. इसमें दुनियाभर के देशों, इलाकों में भूख के बारे में रिपोर्ट होती है. ग्लोबल हंगर
इंडेक्स रिपोर्ट हर साल आती है. इसमें जिन देशों का स्कोर नीचे रहता है उनको ऊंची
रैंकिंग मिलती हैं, और इसके विपरीत जिनका स्कोर ज्यादा होता है, जैसे कि भारत का उनको खराब रैंकिंग मिलती है. हंगर इंडेक्स को
मापने के पीछे लक्ष्य ये है कि दुनिया 2030 तक जीरो हंगर हो
जाए. ये संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सतत विकास के लक्ष्यों में से एक है. हंगर को इस आधार
पर मापा जाता है कि कोई व्यक्ति कितने कैलोरी ग्रहण करता है.
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक भारत की करीब 14 फीसदी जनसंख्या कुपोषण का शिकार है. वहीं भारत के बच्चों में
स्टंटिंग रेट 37.4 परसेंट है. स्टन्ड बच्चे वो कहलाते हैं
जिनकी लंबाई उनकी उम्र की तुलना में कम होती है और जिनमें भयानक कुपोषण दिखता है. @Nayak 1
