भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा का महाराष्ट्र राज्य अधिवेशन
जाति आधारित गिनती हो गई तो सरकार को अपने ही आंकड़ों को झूठलाने के लिए मुश्किल खड़ा हो जायेगा. : वामन मेश्राम साहब
रविवार 4 अक्टूबर 2020 को भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा का चौथा राज्य अधिवेशन सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ. इस राज्य अधिवेशन का उद्घाटक डॉ.श्रीमंत कोकाटे ने किया. वहीं सुरेशदादा पाटिल की मुख्य उपस्थिति रही. इसके साथ ही विशेष अतिथि के रूप में कुमार काले उपस्थित रहे. इसके अलावा वक्ताओं में प्रतिभाताई उबाले, एड. राहुल मखरे, ज्ञानेश्वर (बापू) कृष्णजी कौले और सारंग कथलकर उपथित रहे. जबकि, राज्य अधिवेशन की अध्यक्षता भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब ने की.
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा, अगर देश में जाति आधारित गिनती हो गई तो सरकारी आंकड़े अधिकृत हो जायेंगे और सरकार को अपने ही आंकड़ों को झूठलाने के लिए मुश्किल हो जायेगा. दूसरी बात, कि अब 52 प्रतिशत ओबीसी को 52 प्रतिशत आरक्षण की मांग धीरे-धीरे उठ रही है. अगर जनगणना के अधिकृत आंकड़ें लोगों के सामने आते हैं तो इससे देश में ओबीसी के आंदोलन को बल मिलेगा. ब्राह्मणों के सामने यह भी एक खतरा है. तीसरी बात यह कि 16 नवंबर 1992 को मंडल कमीशन को लागू करने का आदेश दिया. तब से लकर अब तक यानी 2022 में लगभग 25 साल हो जायेगा. यानी लगभग 25-28 साल से ओबीसी इसके विषय में ज्यादा जागृत नहीं है. क्योंकि, ओबीसी का ब्राह्मणीकरण करने का काम लगातार चल रहा है. यह काम समस्त ब्राह्मणों द्वारा किया जा रहा है. बीजेपी से सबसे पहले इसमें कांग्रेस शामिल थी.
इस वजह से
ओबीसी के अंदर जो कुछ जागृति थी उसको भी भ्रमित करने का काम जोरों से हो रहा है.
उन्होंने कहा क्रीमीलेयर के संबंध में भारत सरकार ने जो कृषि आंकड़े जाने को काम
किया, उसे समझना
बहुत जरूरी है. ओबीसी के द्वारा अवरोध खड़ा करने के बावजूद भी यह आंकड़ा 7.4 फीसदी तक पहुंचा है. ओबीसी के आरक्षण
का जो 24 प्रतिशत
आरक्षण है यह अभी 7.4 प्रतिशत
तक पहुंचा है. आगे कहा कि 1981 में मंडल
कमीशन का रिपोर्ट आया उसके अनुसार ओबीसी को शासन-प्रशासन में 3 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी थी. इसका मतलब है
कि 7.4 में 3 प्रतिशत कम कर दिया जाए क्योंकि यह
पहले से दिया हुआ है तो 4.4 प्रतिशत
आरक्षण 28 साल में
अलम में लाया गया.यानी धीरे-धीरे ओबीसी के रिजर्वेशन का एम्प्लीमेंटेशन करने के
लिए दबाव बढ़ रहा है. लेकिन, नरेन्द्र
मोदी को जिन 314 ओबीसी के
आईएएस, आईपीएस, आईआरएस पर एम्प्लीमेंटेशन पर अमल कर ना
था उसके विरोध में काम किया. इससे पता चलता है कि नरेन्द्र मोदी को पावर नहीं दिया
गया है, बल्कि
आरएसएस के ब्राह्मणों ने नरेन्द्र मोदी को पोजिशन दिया है.
आगे वामन
मेश्राम साहब ने कहा, आरएसएस के
ब्राह्मणों ने नरेन्द्र मोदी को केवल दिखाने वाला प्रधानमंत्री बनाया है. उन्होंने
कहा, आप लोगों
ने चुनाव के दौरान और बाद देखा होगा, वह जिस प्रदेश में जाता है उस प्रदेश
की टोपी डालता है. टोपी डालने के पीछे उनका मकसद है. महाराष्ट्र में टोपी डालने का
एक कहावत है ‘मूर्ख’ बनाना. टोपी डालकर लोगों को मूर्ख बनाने का उनका मकसद है.
दूसरी बात है कि अलग-अलग टोपियां पहने का काम जोकर करता है. इसलिए ऐसा कहा जा सकता
है कि जिसको पावर ना हो केवल पोजिशन हो उसको जोकरगिरी तो करना ही पड़ेगा. डॉ.
बाबासाह अम्बेडकर के अनुसार, ब्राह्मण किसी को पावर नहीं देते हैं, पोजिशन देते हैं.
पावर क्या
होता है? इस पर
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा, जिन लोगों
का प्रतिनिधित्व किया जाता है उनके हक अधिकार को अमल करने के लिए अगर फैसला करते
हैं तो उसे पावर कहा जाता है. लेकिन जो ऐसा करता ही नहीं है, इसके पास केवल पोजिशन है. इसलिए
नरेन्द्र मोदी को केवल पोजिशन दिया गया है. पर्दे के पीछे फैसला कोई और कर रहा है, लेकिन दुनियाभर में दिखाने के लिए
ब्राह्मणवादी मीडिया द्वारा बताया जाता है कि फैसले लेने का काम नरेन्द्र मोदी कर रहा है. जबकि, पर्दे के पीछे की ताकत छुपी रहती है.
इसलिए मोहन भागवत को बयान देना पड़ता है.
आगे वामन
मेश्राम साहब ने कहा कि यह बात ब्राह्मणों को पता है कि कांग्रेस ब्राह्मणों की
पार्टी, बीजेपी
ब्राह्मणों की पार्टी है. हम ही केन्द्र और राज्यों में फैसले करने का काम करते
हैं लेकिन, उनके ऊपर
थोप देते हैं. जब यशवतंराव चौहान को प्रधानमंत्री बनने का अवसर आया उसको बनने नहीं
दिया गया. शरद पवार को उससे भी ज्यादा अवसर मिला, जबकि, शरद पवार अपोजिशन के नेता भी थे. इसके
बाद भी नहीं बनने दिया. उन्होंने कहा, सबसे पहले ब्राह्मणों ने महाराष्ट्र के
कुबनियों का मराठाकरण किया. कुनबियों का मराठाकरण करने के पीछे ब्राह्मणों की बहुत
बड़ी साजिश थी. वो साजिश यह थी कि कुनबी को बैकवर्ड से अगल किया जाए. क्योंक, अगर कुनबी और मराठा इकट्ठा हो जाते हैं
तो इनकी संख्या और ज्यादा हो जायेगी. इसलिए इनको विभाजित करना चाहिए. यह उनका पहला
मकसद था.
दूसरा
मकसद यह था कि अगर कुनबी मराठा से अगल हो गया तो मराठा को यह कहेंगे कि तुम
बैकवर्ड नहीं हो. जबकि, ब्राह्मणों
को सब मालूम है कि जब मराठा को कुनबी से अलग किया जायेगा तो वह बैकवर्ड से
अलग हो जाएगा. इस तरह से वह बैकवर्ड नहीं होगा तो उनको बैकवर्ड ना होने का नोशन
डेबलप किया जाएगा. ब्राह्मणों ने एक और तरीका अपनाया कि वह मराठा को क्षत्रिय कहना
शुरू कर दिया. उनको राजस्थान के सिसोदिया घराने के राजपूतों से जोड़कर इतिहास से
जोड़ने का प्रयास किया. राजस्थान के राजपूत कौन थे? एक अंग्रेज ने तीन खंड में किताब लिखकर
रखा है उसमें उन्होंने सिद्ध किया कि राजस्थान के राजपूत कोई और नहीं नाग लोग हैं.
वामन
मेश्राम साहब ने कहा कि ब्राह्मणों को पहले ही पता था कि मराठा नाग हैं, कुनबी नाग लोग हैं. यहां तक महाराष्ट्र
की स्थापना करने वाले राजघराना नाग लोग थे. इसलिए ब्राह्मणों ने राजस्थान के नाग
लोगों को राजपूत कहा, क्षत्रिय
नहीं कहा. क्योंकि वे राजा के पुत्र हैं इसलिए वे राजपूत हैं. नाग लोगों का
अफगानिस्तान तक राज था. इसलिए ब्राह्मणों ने उनको राजस्थान के राजपूतों से जोड़ा.
उन्होंने कहा, महाराष्ट
सरकार और हाईकोर्ट के द्वारा जजमेंट दिया गया है कि मराठा को सोशली एंड एजुकेशनली
बैकवर्ड क्लास घोषित किया गया है. उसी के आधार हाईकोर्ट ने उनको आरक्षण देने का ऐलान किया. सोशली एंड एजुकेशनली बैकवर्ड क्लास (एसईबीसी) यह शब्द कहां से आया? 16 नवंबर 1992 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जो जजमेंट दिया
उसमें यह नया नाम है. इसका मतलब है कि मराठा को बैकवर्ड में शामिल किए बगैर आरक्षण
नहीं दिया जा सकता है.@Nayak1

The fourth state session of the Bharat Mukti Morcha was successfully
concluded on Sunday, October 4, 2020. This state session was inaugurated by Dr.
Shrimant Kokate. Sureshadada Patil was the main presence there. Along with
this, Kumar Kale was present as a special guest. Apart from this, Pratibhatai
boiled in the speakers, ed. Rahul Makhre, Dnyaneshwar (Bapu) Krishnaji Kaul and

Bharatan Mukti Morcha national president Waman Meshram Saheb.
Waman Meshram Saheb
said that if there is a caste-based count in the country, then the government
figures will be authorized and the government will find it difficult to lie its
own figures. Secondly, now the demand for 52 percent reservation for 52 percent
OBC is gradually increasing. If the official census data comes in front of the
people, then this will strengthen the OBC movement in the country. This is also
a danger in front of Brahmins. The third thing is that on 16 November 1992, the
Mandal Commission was ordered to be implemented. Since then, till now, in 2022,
it will be about 25 years. That is, for about 25-28 years, the OBC is not very
much aware of it. Because, the work of Brahmanisation of OBC is going on
continuously. This work is being done by all Brahmins. Congress was involved in
this first before BJP.
Because of this, whatever was awakening
inside the OBC is being done in full swing. He said that it is very important
to understand the agricultural data that the Government of India worked to know
in relation to the creamy layer. Despite the OBCs creating barriers, this
figure has reached 7.4 percent. The 24 percent reservation of OBC reservation
has reached 7.4 percent now. He further said that according to the report of
the Mandal Commission in 1981, according to him, OBC had 3 percent share in the
administration. This means that the 7.4 percent will be reduced by 3 percent as
it has already been given 4.4 percent reservation in the alum in 28 years. But,

Narendra Modi, but the Brahmins of the RSS have given a position to Narendra

he goes to. Their motive is behind putting on the cap. There is a saying to put
a hat in Maharashtra is 'fooling'. His motive is to fool people by putting on a
hat. The second thing is that the clown does the work of wearing different
caps. Therefore, it can be said that only those who do not have power, have to
do jokurgiri. According to Dr. Babasaah Ambedkar, Brahmins do not give power to
anyone, they give positions.
What is power? On this, Waman Meshram
Saheb said, if people decide to implement the right of the people who are
represented, then it is called power. But the one who does not do this, has only
the position. Therefore, only the position has been given to Narendra Modi.
Behind the scenes, someone else is making the decision, but to show it around
the world, it is told by the Brahminical media that Narendra Modi is doing the
work of taking decisions. Whereas, the power behind the curtain remains hidden.

Waman Meshram Saheb further said that it
is known to Brahmins that Congress is a party of Brahmins, BJP is a party of
Brahmins. We are the ones who make decisions at the Center and states, but
impose them. When Yashwatrao Chauhan came an opportunity to become Prime
Minister, he was not allowed to be. Sharad Pawar got more opportunities than
that, while Sharad Pawar was also the leader of the opposition. Did not allow
even after this. He said, first of all, the Brahmins Marathaized the Kubanis of
Maharashtra. There was a big conspiracy of Brahmins behind Marathaization of
Kunbis. That plot was that Kunbi should be separated from the backward.

another method that they started calling Marathas Kshatriyas. Attempted to
connect them with history by connecting them with Rajputs of Sisodia Gharana of
Rajasthan. Who were the Rajputs of Rajasthan? An Englishman has written a book

Waman Meshram Saheb said that the
Brahmins already knew that Marathas are snakes, Kunbis are snakes. Even the
royal family who established Maharashtra were Naga people. That is why the
Brahmins called the Nag people of Rajasthan as Rajput, not Kshatriya. Since he
is the son of a king, he is a Rajput. The Nag people ruled till Afghanistan.
Therefore, the Brahmins linked them to the Rajputs of Rajasthan. He said,
Judgment has been given by the Maharashtra government and the High Court that
Maratha has been declared as a socially and educationally backward class. On
the basis of that, the High Court announced to give them reservation. Socially
and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) Where did this term come from? This is
the new name in the Judgment given by the Supreme Court on 16 November 1992.
This means that Marathas cannot be given reservations without being included in
