कब्जा
17वीं बिहार विधानसभा में पहुंचने वाले चेहरे घोषित हो चुके हैं. लगभगत सभी राजनीतिक पार्टियां बिहार के विधानसभा में ब्राह्मणों का कब्जा करना में कोई कसर नहीं छोडी. किसी न किसी बहाने से पार्टियां ब्राह्मणों को टिकट देकर विधानसभा में पहुंचाने के लिए जमकर मेहनत किया और उन्हें विधानसभा में पहुंचाकर ही दम लिया.
गौरतलब है कि बिहार विधानसभा में इस
बार भी ब्राह्मण एवं तत्सम जातियों का ही कब्जा रहा है. आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, सदन में 64 सवणों और 20 वैश्यों की संख्या हैं. जबकि देशभर में
ब्राह्मणों की संख्या महज 3.5 प्रतिशत
लेकिन सदन में उन्हीं का कब्जा है. वहीं देश की सबसे बड़ी आबादी पिछड़े वर्ग (ओबीसी)
की है, लेकिन
उनकी सदन में संख्या केवल 54 है. इसमें
केवल यादव हैं. इसके साथ ही मुस्लिम 20, एससी की संख्या 36 है.
हैरानी की बात देखिए कि इन आंकड़ों को
गोदी मीडिया सामाजिक न्याय बता रहा है. गोदी मीडिया के अनुसार, राज्य की इस उच्च पंचायत का सामाजिक
चेहरा देखें तो उसमें सामाजिक न्याय की झलक दिखती है. विभिन्न जाति-वर्ग का
प्रतिनिधित्व तो सदन में दिखेगा ही, मगर वर्चस्व पिछड़ों और अति पिछड़ों का
रहेगा. इसे यदि किसी एक जाति पर केंद्रित करें तो विधानसभा पहुंचने वाले सर्वाधिक 54 चेहरे यादव जाति के हैं, जबकि अन्य पिछड़ी और अति पिछड़ी जातियों
से सदन में आने वालों की संख्या 46 है.
जाति और राजनीति का चोली-दामन का साथ
रहा है. खास तौर से बिहार में तो सामाजिक आधार का रोल और खास हो जाता है. सामाजिक
आधार पर अगली विधानसभा में 40 प्रतिशत
से अधिक संख्या में पिछड़ी और अति पिछड़ी जातियों के सदस्य रहेंगे. यादवों की बात
करें तो एनडीए से 14 और महागठबंधन से 41 यादव जीते हैं. जबकि पिछले चुनाव की
तुलना में यह संख्या सात कम है.
अब जरा सवर्ण जाति के प्रतिनिधियों की
बात करते हैं. आंकड़ों के मुताबिक सवर्ण जाति के प्रतिनिधियों की संख्या 64 होगी. इनमें एनडीए के 45, महागठबंधन के 17 और लोजपा व निर्दलीय एक-एक हैं. यही
नहीं इसमें राजपूतों की संख्या 21 भूमिहारों
की संख्या 13 और
वैश्यों की संख्या 20 है. इसके
साथ ही मुस्लिम सदस्यों की भी संख्या 20 है है, जिसमें 14 महागठबंधन से, पांच एआईएमआईएम और एक बसपा से जीते
हैं. हालांकि अनुसूचित जाति की संख्या 39 है. इनमें एनडीए कोटे के 22 और महागठबंधन के 17 सदस्य हैं.

occupied. According to the figures, there are 64 Savans and 20 Vaishyas in the house. While the number
of Brahmins in the country is just 3.5 percent, but they occupy the house. At the

but their number in the House is only 54. There are only Yadavs in this. With

There are 45 of NDA, 17 of Mahagathbandhan and one each of LJP
and Independents. Not only this, the number of Rajputs is 21, the number of Bhumihars is 13 and the number of Vaishyas is 20.
With this, the
number of Muslim members is also 20, out of which 14 have won from the Grand Alliance, five
from AIMIM and one from BSP. However, the number of scheduled castes is 39.
There are 22 members of the NDA quota and 17 members of the grand alliance.
