केरल सबसे ज्यादा पढ़ा लिखा पर बेरोजगारी में नंबर वन राज्य
बिहार में 15-29 साल के वर्ग में बेरोजगारी दर 30 फीसदी के ऊपर
भारत में कोरोनावायरस और लॉकडाउन के चलते इस साल अर्थव्यवस्था काफी बुरे दौर से गुजर रही है. इसके चलते देशभर में बेरोजगारी की दर में भी बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई. आलम यह है कि बिहार में अब जब नई सरकार का गठन होगा, तो शासन के सामने नए रोजगार पैदा करना सबसे बड़ी चुनौती होगी. हालांकि, नौकरियों की समस्या सिर्फ बिहार या आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े राज्यों में ही नहीं है. देश के सबसे साक्षर राज्य केरल में भी यह समस्या लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है.
ताजा आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, 15 से 29 साल के लोगों में बेरोजगारी के मामले में भारत का औसत 17.3 फीसदी है. इस मामले में राज्यों की बात करें तो केरल पहले नंबर पर है. यहां बेरोजगारी दर 35.2 फीसदी तक पहुंच चुकी है. दूसरा नंबर बिहार का है, जहां यह दर 30.9 फीसदी है. दक्षिण भारत के दो राज्य-तेलंगाना (27.4 फीसदी) और तमिलनाडु (27.4 फीसदी) भी इस लिस्ट का हिस्सा हैं. वहीं, असम पांचवें नंबर पर हैं. यहां बेरोजगारी दर 23.5 फीसदी पर है.
हालांकि, बिहार के लिए भविष्य के लिए बड़ी समस्या यह है कि केरल के मुकाबले उसकी 14 साल से कम की जनसंख्या ज्यादा है. जहां केरल में 14 साल से कम उम्र की आबादी 22.9 फीसदी है, वहीं बिहार में इस आबादी की संख्या 34.6 फीसदी है. यानी बिहार की तकरीबन एक-तिहाई जनसंख्या 14 साल से कम उम्र की है. दूसरी तरफ 15-59 साल की जनसंख्या में भी केरल 65.1 प्रतिशत दर के साथ आगे है. यानी राज्य की ज्यादातर जनसंख्या आने वाले समय में रोजगार की उम्र से बाहर हो जाएगी.
नेशनल सैंपल सर्वे ऑर्गनाइजेशन के सर्वे के मुताबिक, बिहार में 2018-19 में कुल बेरोजगारी दर 10.2 फीसदी थी, यानी 2017-18 के 7.2 फीसदी के मुकाबले, सीधा 3 फीसदी ज्यादा. जबकि इस दौरान देश में बेरोजगारी दर 6.1 फीसदी से घटकर 5.8 फीसदी पर पहुंच गई थी. मार्च में लॉकडाउन लगने के बाद देशभर से प्रवासी मजदूर बिहार लौटे हैं. ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि नीतीश सरकार के लिए आने वाले समय में बढ़ती जरूरतमंद आबादी के लिए रोजगार पैदा करना बड़ी चुनौती हो सकती है.@Nayak 1

According to the latest data, India has an average of 17.3 per cent in terms of unemployment among people aged 15 to 29 years. In this case, Kerala is number one when it comes to states. Unemployment rate has reached 35.2 percent here. The second number is from Bihar, where this rate is 30.9 percent. Two states of South India - Telangana (27.4 percent) and Tamil Nadu (27.4 percent) are also part of this list. At the same time, Assam is at number five. The unemployment rate here is at 23.5 percent.
However, the biggest problem for the future for Bihar is that it has a population of less than 14 years than Kerala. While Kerala has 22.9 percent population below the age of 14 years, Bihar has 34.6 percent of this population. That is, almost one-third of the population of Bihar is under 14 years of age. On the other hand, even among the population of 15-59 years, Kerala is ahead with 65.1 percent rate. That is, most of the population of the state will be out of the employment age in the coming time.
According to a survey by the National Sample Survey Organization, the total unemployment rate in Bihar in 2018-19 was 10.2 per cent, which is straight up 3 per cent as against 7.2 per cent in 2017-18. While the unemployment rate in the country fell from 6.1 percent to 5.8 percent. After the lockdown in March, migrant workers from all over the country have returned to Bihar.
