प्रधानमंत्री जी ये किसान हैं, आतंकवादी नहीं...
♦ मंदसौर में किसानों पर गोली चलवा दी
जाती है, उन पर
काले किसान कानून थोपे जाते हैं, उनको
अर्धनग्न रहने, मूत्र
पीने और चूहे खाने के लिए मजबूर किया जाता है और अब समर्थन मूल्य को छीनने वाले
कानून के विरोध में हो रहे किसानों के प्रदर्शन को अमानवीय रूप से रोका जा रहा है.
अरे देश विनाशक प्रधानमंत्री जी ये किसान हैं, आतंकवादी नहीं.
♦ देशभर के किसानों को एक होने की ज़रूरत
है. यह एक दो कानून या उससे विक्षुब्ध एक दो राज्यों के किसानों की बात नहीं है.
अलग अलग रूप में कमोबेश हर राज्य में किसानों की यही स्थिति है.
♦ जिन सरकारों ने देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को
पूरी तरह चौपट कर दिया उसी डूबती अर्थव्यवस्था को किसानों की वजह से सहारा मिला, जिनकी बदौलत देश के लोग भर पेट खाना खा
पाते हैं. आज जब वहीं किसान अपना अस्तित्व बचाने के लिए सड़क पर उतरे हैं तो कड़कती
ठंड में भाजपा सरकार उनपर वाटर कैनन चलवा रही है. यह सबसे ज्यादा शर्मनाक है.
सवाल : कृषि कानून किसान हित में कैसे
है, जब सभी
किसान इसके विरोध में रोड पर आंदोलित हैं? अगर देश के किसान ही खुद कानून के
विरोध में उतर चुके है तो फिर ये कैसे माना जा सकता है कि कृषि कानून किसानों के
हित में है?
किसानों के हितों के साथ खिलवाड़ करने
वाले कानून वापस नहीं होंगे, तब तक आंदोलन चलता रहेगा.
किसान मार्च महज एक आंदोलन नहीं रहा, अब ये चिंगारी बन चुका है. इस चिंगारी
को रोकने का प्रयास न करें, जहां भी
किसानों को रोकेंगे, वहीं तंबू
लगेगा. दिल्ली पुलिस ने किसानों को रोकने के लिए कई तरह की चेतावनी जारी की है.
किसान तो दिल्ली जाएगा ही...! ये मत सोचिये, कि दो तीन राज्यों से किसान आ रहे हैं.
अब किसान मार्च एक चिंगारी में बदल चुका है. ये एक अनिश्चितकालीन आंदोलन है. इसे
केवल एक-दो दिन का आंदोलन न समझें. केंद्र और राज्य सरकारें, किसानों के आंदोलन को रोकने की बड़ी
गलती कर रहीं हैं. जब तक किसानों के हितों के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाले कानून वापस
नहीं होंगे, तब तक
आंदोलन चलता रहेगा.
" अंबानी के
यारों और सेठों के चौकीदारों से, लोहे की बैरीकेटिंग और नुकीले तारों
से!
आँसू गैस
के गोलों और सरकारी हथियारों से, नकली तानाशाहों और इन जालिम सरकारों
से!!
कोई ये
जाकर के कह दे संसद के गलियारों से, हम किसान हैं डरते नहीं पानी की
बौछारों से!"
कभी ठंड में पानी की बौछार तो कभी
बॉर्डर को सील करना तो किसी किसानों पर गोलियां चलाना और उनके ऊपर देशद्रोदी का
केस चलाना. यहां तक कि किसानों को खुद का मूत्र तक पीने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा है.
जाने कितनी बार सरकार के ऐसे जुल्मों को सहन कर किसान सरकार तक अपनी बात पहुचाने
के लिए दिल्ली तक पैदल मार्च किया है. इसके बाद भी उनकी बातों को तक नहीं सुनी
जाती है. जब कृषिप्रधान देश में किसानों का ये हाल है तो समझ लो देश की क्या हालत
होगी? मंदसौर
में किसानों पर गोली चलवा दी जाती है, उन पर काले किसान कानून थोपे जाते हैं
और अब समर्थन मूल्य को छीनने वाले कानून के विरोध में हो रहे किसानों के प्रदर्शन
को अमानवीय रूप से रोका जा रहा है. अरे देश विनाशक प्रधानमंत्री जी ये किसान हैं, आतंकवादी नहीं. अफसोस है कि इतनी ठंड
में बजाय किसान की आवाज सुनने के उन पर पानी की बौछार मारी जा रही है. कड़कड़ाती ठंड
में किसानों के ऊपर पानी की बौछारें यही बता रही हैं कि सरकार पूरी तरह से
तानाशाही पर उतर आयी है. सबसे बड़ा सवाल है कि कृषि कानून किसान हित में कैसे है, जब सभी किसान इसके विरोध में रोड पर
आंदोलित हैं? अगर देश
के किसान ही खुद कानून के विरोध में उतर चुके है तो फिर ये कैसे माना जा सकता है
कि कृषि कानून किसानों के हित में है?
गौरतलब है कि कृषि कानून पर किसानों ने
हल्लाबोल दिया है. किसानों का आंदोलन सातवें आसमान पर है. सरकार के खिलाफ किसानों
का जंग कितना भयंकर है, इसका
अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि अंबाला बॉर्डर पूरा धुआं धुआं हो गया है.
केंद्र सरकार के बनाए कृषि कानूनों के विरोध में पंजाब, यूपी, हरियाणा, राजस्थान और दूसरे राज्यों के हजारों
किसानों ने ‘दिल्ली चलो’ मार्च प्रारंभ कर दिया है. कई जत्थे दिल्ली सीमा और उसके
आसपास पहुंच चुके हैं. लगभग हर राज्य में किसानों की टोली को रोका जा रहा है. इस
कड़ाके की ठंडी में एक ओर जहां किसानों के ऊपर तेज पानी की बौछार मारी जा रही है तो
वहीं दूसरी ओर लाठियां भांजी रही तो आंसू गैस के गोले भी दागे जा रहे हैं.
किसान संगठनों का कहना है कि किसान
मार्च महज एक आंदोलन नहीं रहा, अब ये

संघर्ष समन्वय समिति के सदस्य अविक साहा ने आगे कहा, हम दिल्ली वालों को जानते हैं. हालांकि
सभी किसान अपना पेट भरने के लिए साथ में राशन पानी लाएं हैं. दिल्ली में आंदोलन
लंबा चलता है तो कोई चिंता नहीं है. यहां भी अधिकांश आबादी गांवों से आकर बसी है.
वे किसान परिवार से ही आते हैं. ऐसे में किसान यहां भूखा नहीं मरेगा. दिल्ली वाले
भरपेट खिलाएंगे, गुरुद्वारों
ने तो पहले से ही किसानों के लिए भोजन के विशेष इंतजाम कर रखे हैं.
अविक साहा ने बताया, अभी तक किसान मार्च शांतिपूवर्क तरीके से
आगे बढ़ता रहा है. कहीं भी किसानों के मार्च को लेकर कोई अप्रिय घटना नहीं हुई है.
यह अलग बात है कि हरियाणा जैसे राज्य में किसानों पर पानी की बौछार की गई. बल
प्रयोग भी किया गया है. लेकिन, अब दिल्ली
पुलिस ने किसानों को रोकने के लिए कई तरह की चेतावनी जारी की है. देखिये किसान तो
दिल्ली जाएगा ही...! ये मत सोचिये, कि दो तीन राज्यों से किसान आ रहे हैं.

राज्यों से किसानों के जत्थे दिल्ली मार्च में शामिल होने के लिए निकल पड़े हैं. किसानों
को रेलवे प्लेटफार्म पर नहीं जाने दिया जा रहा है. जब उन्हें ट्रेन में चढ़ने से
रोका गया तो किसानों ने पैदल चलना शुरू कर दिया.
उन्होंने सरकार से पूछा कि देश में
कोरोना के दौरान कितने किसान मारे गए हैं, ये अंदाजा है किसी को नहीं है, लेकिन ये सच है. अपने इस दावे को
पुख्ता करते हुए अविक साहा कहते हैं कि रोजाना ही कहीं न कहीं किसान की मौत हो रही
है. कोई बीमारी से मर रहा है तो कहीं भूख मौत बनकर आई है. ये एक अनिश्चितकालीन
आंदोलन है. इसे केवल एक-दो दिन का आंदोलन न समझें. केंद्र और राज्य सरकारें, किसानों के आंदोलन को रोकने की बड़ी
गलती कर रहीं हैं. जब तक किसानों के हितों के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाले कानून वापस
नहीं होंगे, तब तक
आंदोलन चलता रहेगा.
जहां रोकेंगे वहीं लगेगा तंबू : छह माह
का राशन, दवाएं, टेंट और लंगर का भी इंतजाम
कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ पंजाब में पिछले
डेढ़ माह से किसानों का आंदोलन चल रहा था. अब किसान दिल्ली को इस आंदोलन का केंद्र
बनाना चाह रहे हैं. तभी किसानों ने दिल्ली चलो आंदोलन का आह्वान किया. पंजाब के
विभिन्न हिस्सों से निकले किसानों के काफिले में रसद और ठंड से बचने की पूरी
व्यवस्था है. किसानों का कहना है कि जब तक ये कृषि कानून वापस नहीं होंगे, तब तक वे दिल्ली में डटे रहेंगे.
किसान संगठनों का कहना है कि किसान

फाजिल्का से करीब 300 किसानों
का जत्था दिल्ली रवाना होने को तैयार है. इसमें अबोहर, बल्लूआना, फाजिल्का और जलालाबाद के किसान शामिल
हैं. भाकियू कादियां के फाजिल्का ब्लॉक प्रधान बूटा सिंह ने बताया कि करीब 30 ट्रालियों में छह महीने का राशन, लकड़ी और गैस सिलिंडर, जरूरी दवाएं, टेंट और तिरपाल का प्रबंध है. किसानों
को पुलिस ने जहां भी रोका, वहीं

has become a spark. Do not try to stop this spark, wherever the farmers are
stopped, there will be tents. Delhi Police has issued a number of warnings to
stop the farmers. The farmer will go to Delhi only! Do not think that farmers
are coming from two or three states. Now the farmer march has turned into a
