 बिहार चुनावः मतदान छोड़ लौटने को मजबूर प्रवासी मजदूर  

एक तरफ बिहार चुनाव का शोर है, तो दूसरी तरफ वापस पलायन करते मजदूर. बिहार चुनाव में जहां राजनीतिक दल के नेता हेलीकॉप्टर से लेकर दरवाजे-दरवाजे घूमकर वोट मांग रहे हैं, वहीं दरभंगा के बहादुरपुर ब्लॉक में अलग अलग राज्यों से बिहार वापस आए प्रवासी काम की तलाश में वापस दूसरे शहर को लौट रहे हैं. वापस लौटने की वजह है बिहार में काम नहीं मिलना. दरअसल, कोरोना के दौरान लगे लॉकडाउन में लाखों प्रवासी मजदूर बिहार लौटे थे. सरकार ने रोजगार के तरह तरह के वादे किए थे. लेकिन पंजाब से बिहार लौटने वाले प्रवासी मजबूर कहते हैं कि 6 महीने से बेरोजगार हैं, जमा सारा पैसा खत्म हो गया. अब किसी तरह कर्ज लेकर वापस लौट रहे हैं. चुनाव से मेरा पेट नहीं भरेगा.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 20 जून को गरीब कल्याण योजना की शुरुआत की थी. योजना का मकसद मजदूरों की आर्थिक समस्याओं को दूर करना और रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाना था. इसके तहत 6 राज्यों के 116 जिलों के मजदूरों को 125 दिनों के लिए काम देने की बात कही गयी. इसमें बिहार के 32 जिले शामिल किये गए हैं. लेकिन बहादुरपुर ब्लॉक के मुखिया सुदिष्ट बताते हैं कि उनके गांव में लौटे प्रवासी मजदूरों को कोई नौकरी नहीं मिली है, यहां तक कि मनरेगा के तहत भी रोजगार नहीं मिला. मुखिया आगे कहते हैं कि कोरोना के दौरान हमारे गांव में करीब 3500 लोग वापस आये थे, अब कई लोग काम की तलाश में वापस लौट चुके हैं, और कुछ लौटने वाले हैं. गांव में रोजगार के लिए ना ही किसी तरह का कैम्प लगा न ही कोई मैपिंग हुआ. वहीं दिल्ली में काम करने वाले कुछ नौजवानों ने बताया कि लॉकडाउन में स्किल इंडिया के तहत ट्रेनिंग लिया, स्किल सीखा, सर्टिफिकेट तो मिल गया लेकिन काम नहीं मिला. @Nayak 1

The government had made various promises like employment. But the migrant forced to return to Bihar from Punjab says that he has been unemployed for 6 months, all the money deposited is gone. Now somehow, he is returning with a loan. Election will not fill my stomach.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the Garib Kalyan Yojana on 20 June. The objective of the scheme was to remove the economic problems of the workers and increase employment opportunities. Under this, it was said that laborers of 116 districts of 6 states will be given work for 125 days. 32 districts of Bihar have been included in this. But the head of Bahadurpur block says that the migrant laborers returned to their village have not got any jobs, even employment under MNREGA. The head further states that about 3500 people had returned to our village during Corona, now many people have returned in search of work, and some are about to return. There was neither any kind of camp nor any mapping for employment in the village.
