कोरोना को लेकर 18 फीसदी ने बताया सरकार की नाकामी : सर्वे
भारत समेत लगभग पूरी दुनिया पिछले 10 महीनों से ज्यादा कोरोना महामारी की चपेट में है.
वहीं सरकार की ओर से दावा
किया किया जा रहा है कि भारत में नए साल में वैक्सीन लगनी शुरु हो जाएगी. लेकिन वैक्सीन को लेकर लोगों के मन
में कई संशय और सवाल भी हैं. पहले वैक्सीन किसे मिले? देसी वैक्सीन अच्छी है या विदेशी? वैक्सीन कितने रुपए की
होनी चाहिए? इस पर गांव कनेक्शन ने ग्रामीण भारत में सर्वे कर ऐसे तमाम सवालों को जानने की कोशिश की है.
सर्वे के मुताबिक, ग्रामीण भारत के आधे से अधिक लोगों (51 फीसदी) के मुताबिक कोरोना चीन की साजिश है, तो 18
फीसदी लोग इसे सरकार की नाकामी बताते हैं. करीब 63 फीसदी लोगों के मुताबिक कोरोना बीमारी अभी आसपास है, 11
फीसदी लोगों के मुताबिक कोरोना को बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर बताया गया तो 9 फीसदी लोग इसे शहरों और 8 फीसदी लोग अमीरों की
बीमारी मानते हैं. ये आंकड़े कोरोना वैक्सीन को लेकर ग्रामीण भारत में कराए गए सर्वे में निकल कर सामने आए हैं.
देश के 16 राज्यों और एक
केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के ग्रामीण इलाकों में 6000 से ज्यादा लोगों के बीच कराए गए सर्वे में सवाल
किया गया कि कोरोना को लेकर वे क्या सोचते हैं? इसके जवाब में 51 फीसदी ने चीन की साजिश, 20 फीसदी ने एक्ट
ऑफ गॉड, 18 फीसदी ने इसे सरकार की नाकामी तो 22 फीसदी ने कहा कि ये आम नागरिकों की लापरवाही का नतीजा है,
वहीं 16 फीसदी लोगों ने कहा कि वह कुछ कह नहीं सकते हैं.
गांव कनेक्शन इनसाइट्स के द्वारा 16 राज्यों और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के 60 जिलों के 6040 लोगों के बीच फेस टू फेस
किया गया. एक दिसंबर से 10 दिसंबर के बीच हुए इस सर्वे में क्षेत्रों का चुनाव केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण
मंत्रालय के द्वारा कोविड-19 के असर के आधार पर किया गया. सर्वे में मार्जिन ऑफ एरर की संभावना 5 फीसदी है. सर्वे
में शामिल 41 फीसदी लोगों की मासिक आय 5 हजार से कम थी तो 37 फीसदी लोग 5000 से 10,000 के बीच कमाई करने
वाले लोग थे.
सर्वे में लोगों से कोरोना वैक्सीन की जररुत, उस पर भरोसा, कोरोना की गंभीरता, उनके आसपास के कोविड मरीज निकलने,
उनके इलाज, खान पान, कोरोना से बचने के लिए आज़माए गए उनके उपायों पर सवाल किए है. इस सर्वे के सभी नतीजों
को आप द रुरल रिपोर्ट-3 नाम से जारी किया है. 21 दिसंबर, 2020 तक दुनियाभर में कोरोना के चलते कम से कम 1.7
मिलियन लोगों की मौत हुई है. वहीं भारत में इस दौरान एक लाख 46 हजार लोगों की मौत हुई है तो 9.98 मिलियन केस
सामने आए हैं. कोरोना के चलते बड़े पैमाने पर आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ है, पलायन हुआ है, लोगों की नौकरियाँ गई हैं, कई
ऐसे सेक्टर हैं जो लॉकडाउन खुलने के कई महीने बाद अब तक उबर नहीं पाए हैं. बावजूद इसके कोरोना को लेकर लोगों के
मन में कई सवाल और भ्रातियां देखने को मिली हैं.सर्वे में जब लोगों से पूछा गया कि उन्हें क्या लगती है कोरोना वास्तविक बीमारी है या फिर अफ़वाह? तो 64 फीसदी ने इसे बीमारी बताया, 9 फीसदी ने अफ़वाह, 11 फीसदी के मुताबिक
समस्या को बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर पेश किया गया, 8 फीसदी मानते हैं कि अमीर लोगों की बीमारी है जबकि 9 फीसदी के मुताबिक
कोरोना शहर की बीमारी है. 19 फीसदी के मुताबिक यह एक घातक बीमारी है, जबकि 8.5 फीसदी लोग आज भी इसे मामूली
सर्दी जुखाम मानते है. वहीं सर्वे के दौरान 4 फीसदी ऐसे लोग भी मिले, जिन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें को इस बारे में कोई
