बामसेफ का एवं राष्ट्रीय मूलनिवासी संघ का 37वां संयुक्त वर्चुअल राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन 25 दिसंबर को शुरू और 27 दिसंबर 2020 को समापन हुआ. इसके बाद 28 दिसंबर को भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा के 10वें राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन का उद्घाटन हुआ. इस उद्घाटन सत्र में जस्टिस वी इश्वरैया (पूर्व अध्यक्ष राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग, आंध्र प्रदेश), सहगल साहब (सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता, पैरिस फ्रांस), मौलाना सोएबल्लाह खान ( संस्थापक एवं प्रिंसिपल मसीह उलूम तथा 200 किताबों के लेखक, कर्नाटक) और नैटसुफंग थेपकुनकॉर्न (धम्म उपासिका, थाईलैंड) वचुअर्ल रूप से शामिल हुए तथा अधिवेशन को संबोधित किया.

की प्रस्तावना के बाद सभी सत्रों की विषयवार अध्यक्षता की.अध्यक्षता करते हुए
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा, भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा आंदोलन करने के लिए बनाया गया संगठन है. किसान आंदोलन
पर उन्होंने कहा, आज की तारीख में देश में सबसे बड़ा आंदोलन किसानों का दिल्ली के आसपास जो भी
दिल्ली में पहुंचने वाले जितने रास्ते हैं जैसे-राजस्थान से आने वाला रास्ता जो
दिल्ली आता है, आगरा और यूपी से आने वाला रास्ता जो दिल्ली आता है, पंजाब और हरियाणा से
आने वाला रास्ता जो दिल्ली आता है. ऐसे बहुत सारे रास्ते जो दिल्ली आने वाले हैं
उन सारे रास्तों पर किसानों का आंदोलन चल रहा है. लगभग 20
लाख लोग कोई
एक्सप्रेस हाईवे रोड (फोर लेन-सिक्स लेन) पर बैठे हुए हैं. लगभग 1 महीने से ज्यादा समय
हो जाने के बाद भी किसानों का जो आंदोलन चल रहा है.
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा, जो कानून किसानों के विरोध में बनाए गए
हैं उन कानूनों के विरोध में देशभर के किसानों आंदोलन चल रहा है. किसानों का कहना
है कि यह कानून किसानों के विरोध में है. जबकि, सरकार कह रही है कि यह किसानों के
फायदे के लिए है. यह कितनी हैरानी की बात है कि जिन किसानों के फायदे के लिए सरकार
ने यह कानून बनाएं हैं वे ही किसान कह रहे हैं कि इससे हमारा कोई फायदा होने वाला
नहीं है. दूसरी महत्वपूर्ण बात इसमें है कि जब यह कानून बनाए गए तो किसानों से कोई
चर्चा नहीं की गई. किसानों के लिए कानून बनाए गए लेकिन, किसानों से ही कोई चर्चा नहीं की गई, किसान प्रतिनिधियों से चर्चा नहीं की
गई, किसानों
के जो संगठनों के साथ सलाह मशवरा नहीं किया गया.
उन्होंने कहा, जब सरकार कानून बना रहा थी उस वक्त उस
कानून का ड्राफ्ट किसान संगठनों को दिखाकर उनसे राय मशवरा लिया जाना चाहिए था फिर
उस कानून को पास करना चाहिए था. लेकिन, सरकार कहती है यह कानून किसानों के
फायदे के लिए है, मगर संसद
में चर्चा किए बगैर यह कानून पास किए गए. अगर कम से कम संसद में इस पर चर्चा करके
इस कानून को पास किया जाता या स्टैंडिंग कमेटी को यह कानून भेज दिए जाते
स्ट्रेंडिंग कमेटी में इस पर बहस होती और इसकी कमियाँ ख़ामियाँ सरकार को बताई
जाती. परन्तु, अब सरकार
कह रही है कि अगर इसमें किसानों को कोई कमियाँ ख़ामियाँ लगती है तो किसान बताएं.
वहीं किसान कह रहे हैं कि अब बताने के लिए कह रहे हो पहले क्यों नहीं बताया? आप लोगों ने कानून पास करने के पहले यह
काम क्यों नहीं किया? इस तरह से
किसानों ने सरकार के हर सवाल का जवाब दिया. मगर किसान अड़े हुए हैं कि इन कानूनों
को रद्द कर दिया जाए.
राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने कहा, सरकार ने जो खासतौर पर अमित शाह के
माध्यम से नरेंद्र मोदी ने प्रस्ताव भेजा कि इन कानूनों के अंदर जो कमियाँ
ख़ामियाँ आप लोग चर्चा के दौरान बता चुके हैं वह सारी कमियाँ ख़ामियाँ हम दुरुस्त
करने के लिए तैयार हैं. अगर वह सरकार उन कानून के अंदर कमियाँ ख़ामियाँ दुरुस्त
करने के लिए रजामंद हो जाती है तो एक विशेष बात मैं आप लोगों को बताना चाहता हूं
जो बहुत महत्वपूर्ण बात है. क्योंकि कानून में अगर सुधार किए गए जो किसानों ने
उनको बताएं और अमित शाह ने जो लिखित प्रस्ताव किसान प्रतिनिधियों और उनके संगठनों
के सामने भेजा. अगर वह उसमें एडिसन करने के लिए राजी हो जाते हैं तो उस कानून
बनाने का उनका मकसद ही फेल हो जाएगा. जिस तरीके से वह कानून बनाए गए हैं उसमें
अमेंडमेंट करने के बाद में वह कानून का जो मकसद था उसका जो ड्राफ्ट था उसका जो मूल
मूल्य है उसका जो मकसद है वह खत्म हो जाएगा. अगर उसका मकसद खत्म हो जाता है तो फिर
सरकार उस कानून को दुरुस्त करने के बजाय रद्द करने के लिए क्यों तैयार नहीं हो रही
है? समझ में
नहीं आता है. असल में यह राजनीतिक मामला है, इसको समझना जरूरी है.
नरेंद्र मोदी को क्या लगता है कि अगर
मैं कानून रद्द कर देता हूं तो भारत भर में यह मैसेज चला जाएगा. नरेंद्र मोदी जैसा
सोचता है वैसा मैसेज चला जाएगा, नरेंद्र
मोदी को भी झुकाया जा सकता है.

कि मैं एक ऐसा प्रधानमंत्री हूं जो झूकने वाला नहीं हूं. इस वजह से वह अहंकार से
पीड़ित है कि कानून में सुधार करने के लिए तैयार हूं ,सुधार करने के बाद उस कानून में कोई दम
रहने वाला नहीं है. जिस पर्पज के लिए वह कानून बनाया गया उसे बेहतर है कि वह कानून
को रद्द कर दिया जाए. मगर वह अहंकार की वजह से कानून रद्द करने के लिए सरकार मान
नहीं रही है. बल्कि
इसके बजाय सरकार यह कहर रही है कि खालिस्तानी होते हुए कट्टरपंथी लोग घुसे
हुए हैं, आतंकवादी
लोग घुसे हैं, माओवादी
लोग घुसे हैं. इस तरह का मिस प्रोपेगंडा, मिस कैंपेन सरकार के द्वारा शुरू किया
गया है. सरकार उनके साथ चर्चा भी करना चाहती है और सरकार उनको खालिस्तानी भी कहती
है, बड़ी अजीब किस्म
की बात है.
उन्होंने कहा, जिन लोगों के साथ पांच-पांच बार चर्चा
कर चुकी है उसको कह रही है खालिस्तानी थे. अगर खालिस्तानी थे तो चर्चा किस लिए
किया और आगे भी चर्चा करने के लिए प्रस्ताव भेज रहे हो? तो तुम कह रहे हो खालिस्तानी, तुम्हारे मंत्री कह रहे हैं खालिस्तानी.
नहीं-नहीं मंत्रियों की राय अलग है प्रधानमंत्री की राय अलग है. अरे! ऐसे कैसे हो

में शामिल मंत्रियों की राय अलग है,
प्रधानमंत्री की राय अलग है. ऐसा नहीं कहा जा सकता, मगर जब किसानों के ऊपर दबाव डालने के लिए किसानों के आंदोलन को सबोटेड करने के लिए बीजेपी के कुछ समर्थक लोग कृषि मंत्री से बात करवाया और उन्होंने उनके जो प्रचार करने वाले टीवी है उनके द्वारा प्रचार करवाया गया कि दूसरे किसान संगठन है वो किसान संगठन नहीं है वो बीजेपी के समर्थक लोग हैं. वो दूसरे किसान संगठन है जो इस कानून को बराबर बनाए रखना चाहते हैं. लेकिन, सरकार की बहुत सारी कोशिश करने के बाद भी किसान इस बात को मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं है.@Nayak 1

The 37th joint virtual national session of BAMCEF and the Rashtriya Moolnivasi Sangh started on 25 December and ended on 27 December 2020. After this, the 10th National Session of Bharat Mukti Morcha was inaugurated on 28 December. The inaugural session consisted of Justice V Iswaraiah (former Chairman National Commission for Backward Classes, Andhra Pradesh), Sehgal Sahab (social worker, Paris France), Maulana Soeballah Khan (Founder and Principal Christ Uloom and author of 200 books, Karnataka) and Natsufung Thepkunkorn ( Dhamma Upasika, Thailand) joined virtually and addressed the convention.

At the same time, the National President of All India Mukti Morcha Waman Meshram Saheb presided over all the sessions subject to the preamble of the inaugural session.While presiding, Waman Meshram Saheb said, Bharat Mukti Morcha is an organization created for the movement. On the peasant movement, he said, to date, the largest agitation in the country is the way that farmers reach around Delhi, such as the road that comes from Rajasthan, which comes from Rajasthan, which comes to Delhi, the road coming from Agra and UP which is Delhi. Comes, the road coming from Punjab and Haryana which comes to Delhi. There are many such routes which are going to come to Delhi, the farmers' movement is going on all those paths. About 20 lakh people are sitting on some express highway road (four lane-six lane). Even after more than 1 month, the farmers' movement is going on.

said that the farmers' movement is going on against the laws which have been
made against the farmers. The farmers say that this law is against the farmers.
Whereas, the government is saying that it is for the benefit of the farmers. It
is so surprising that the farmers who have made this law for the benefit of the
farmers are saying that the farmers are not going to benefit from this. The
other important thing is that when this law was enacted, there was no
discussion with the farmers. Laws were made for the farmers but, there was no
discussion with the farmers, no discussion was held with the representatives of
the farmers, which organizations of the farmers were not consulted.
He said, when the government was making the
law, the draft of that law should have been consulted by showing the farmers
organizations and then they should have passed that law. But, the government
says that this law is for the benefit of farmers, but this law was passed
without discussing it in Parliament. If this law was passed at least in
Parliament by discussing it or the law was sent to the Standing Committee, it
would have been debated in the Standing Committee and its shortcomings would
have been reported to the government. But now the government is saying that if
farmers find any shortcomings in this, then tell the farmer. At the same time,
farmers are saying that now they are asking to tell, why did not you tell
earlier? Why didn't you do this work before passing the law? In this way, the
farmers answered every question of the government. But the farmers are
insistent that these laws be repealed.
The national president said, the government,
especially through Amit Shah, sent a proposal to Narendra Modi that we are
ready to correct all the shortcomings of the shortcomings within these laws. If
that government agrees to correct the deficiencies within those laws, then I
want to tell you one particular thing which is very important thing. Because if
reforms were made in the law, which the farmers told them and the written proposal
that Amit Shah sent to the farmers representatives and their organizations. If
he agrees to do Edison in it, then his motive for making that law will fail.
After amending the way in which those laws have been made, the draft which was
the purpose of that law, the original value of what it was, will be finished.
If its purpose ends, then why is the government not ready to repeal that law
