बामसेफ के अधिवेश में तिसरे दिन दूसरे सत्र की अध्यक्षता करते हुए राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब ने एनपीआर सीएए और एनआरसी पर बोलते हुए कहा की सिटीजनशिप अमेंडमेंट के बारे कांग्रेस, बीजेपी, कम्युनिस्टों और मीडिया ने प्रचार किया यह कानून मुसलमानों के विरोध में है. जब नेशनल मीडिया ने यह प्रचार किया तब मुसलमानों का पढ़ा-लिखा तबका नेशनल मीडिया को सेक्यूलर मानता हैं. और उनके लगता हैं की यह मुसलमानों की बात उठा रहा है. जिस नेशनल मीडिया है मैं एंटी नेशनल मीडिया कहता है मुसलमानों का पढ़ा-लिखा तबका उसे सेकुलर मानता है. वह सेकुलर मीडिया नहीं है. वह अपने मकसद के लिए मुसलमानों को जगा रहा था. ताकि एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी को इस आंदोलन से दूर रखा जाए. मुसलमानों को खबर लगी की यह कानून उनके विरोध में हैं तो वह आंदोलन खडा करेगा.जब यह बताया जाएगा की यह कानून मुसलमानों के विरोध में तो इसमें एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के लोगों को लगेगा की यह कानून उनके विरोध में नहीं हैं, हमे लढने की जरूरत नहीं हैं.
उन्होंने कहा, लेकिन यह कानून कैसे मुसलमानों की तरह एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी के विरोध में है इसके लिए असम का एनआरसी का डाटा सामने रखना पडा. असम में जिन 19 लाख 48 हजार लोगों को नागरिकता की सूची से बाहर कर दिया गया उसमें एससी, एसटी ओबीसी की संख्या 14 लाख के उपर हैं.  एनआरसी मुसलमानों के विरोध में हैं ऐसी खबरे आने के बाद मुसलमानों को लगा की मीडिया सेक्यूलर है,  हमें इसलिए गुहराह कर रहा था ताकि एससी एसटी ओबीसी के लोग इकट्ठा नहीं आने चाहीए. उनको आंदोलन से दूर रखना चाहिए. मीडिया अपने मकसद को ध्यान में रखते हुए काम कर रहा हैं. मीडिया जो खबरें छपवा रहा था इससे मुसलमानों को लगा यह सेकुलर मीडिया और हम लोगों को चुप करा रहा था सारे लोगों को भारत के नागरिकता के अधिकार से वंचित करवा रहा था.
वामन मेश्राम ने कहा, भारत में एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी वर्सेस ब्राह्मण ऐसी लड़ाई शुरू हो जाए, बामसेफ ने भी ऐसी ही लड़ाई शुरू की. अगर इस लड़ाई को मुसलमान प्रमोट करते हैं, या यह लड़ाई ब्राह्मण वर्सेज एससी, एसटी ओबीसी, कुनबी मराठा ऐसी हो जाए तो यह लड़ाई ब्राह्मण वर्सेस एससी, एसटी ओबीसी, कुनबे मराठा के बीच होगी. इसमें मुसलमान बाहर रहेगा. जब लड़ाई ब्राह्मण वर्सेस एससी, एसटी ओबीसी के बीच होगी तो इसमें इधर उधर के दों चार लोग मरेंगे. मुसलमानों का नुकसान होने का या उनके मरने का कोई सवाल ही नहीं हैं. ऐसी लड़ाई होनी चाहिए और ऐसे लड़ाई को मुसलमानों को प्रमोट करना चाहिए. इतना सीधा बोलना नहीं चाहिए मगर बोलना पड़ रहा है. इतना सीधा इसलिए बोलना पड़ रहा है, ताकि लोगों के समझ में आए. क्योंकि लड़ाई रणनीति बनाए बगैर न लड़ी जा सकती न जिती जा सकती हैं. ऐसे लड़ाई को मुस्लिम लोग प्रमोट नहीं करते. वे मुस्लिम वर्सेस ब्राह्मण की लड़ाई लड़ते हैं और ब्राह्मण सभी एससी, एसटी ओबीसी को हिंदू के नाम पर योजना बनाकर साथ ले लेता है और मुसलमानों के खिलाफ छोड़ देता हैं. ओर ब्राह्मण अपने घर पर ही रहता हैं.
उन्होंने कहा, ऐसे में लडाई एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी वर्सेस मुसलमानों में होती है और यह बार बार होती हैं. इस लड़ाई में मुसलमान बार बार शिकार होने के बावजूद भी इसके रणनीति में कोइ बदलाव नहीं करते हैं. ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि यह सब करने का काम लीडरशीप और दिमाग का काम है. यह काम लीडर शिप के लोगों को करना पड़ता है. पहले तलवार, गोली, बंदूक से लड़ाई लड़ी जाती थी, अब यह लड़ाई खत्म हुई और दिमाग की लड़ाई शुरू हुई. इसलिए बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर, ज्योतिराव फुले कहते हैं कि इन लोगों को पढ़ने लिखने की जरूरत है. जिस तरीके की लड़ाई लड़ी जाने वाली है वह मैदान में जाकर लड़ने वाला मामला नहीं है. यह बौद्धिक मामला हैं. बौद्धिक क्षेत्र में दाव पेज के तहत हमारा दुश्मन ब्राह्मण घर बैठे लड़ाई लड़ रहा हैं और एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी को भेज रहा है. ब्राह्मण एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी, कुनबी, मराठा  को दिमागी तौर पर समझा रहा की तुम हिंदू हो और वह मुसलमान है. हिंदू बना कर वह मुसलमानों से लड़ाता हैं, इसमें एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी या मुसलमान मरते हैं और ब्राह्मण घर में आराम करता हैं. क्योंकि यह बौद्धिक लड़ाई हैं मैदान में जाने की जरूरत ही नहीं है.
उन्होंने कहा, मुस्लिमों की लीडरशिप इस बात को समझती है की लड़ाई एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी वर्सेस मुसलमानों की नहीं होनी चाहिए. यह बात ब्राह्मणों को मालूम हो गई है, इसलिए ब्राह्मणों ने अपना दांव पेज बदल दिया. उन्होंने मुसलमानों के लीडर को समझाने के बजाए सीधा मुस्लिम जनता को समझाना शुरू कर दिया की सीएए, एनआरसी कानून आप के विरोध में हैं. इसीकी चलते मुस्लिम जनता ने इकट्टा होकर शाहिनबाग आंदोलन शुरू कर दिया. तो समझदार मुस्लिम लीडरों ने सोचा की यह तो हिंदू-मुस्लिमों का मामला खड़ा हो रहा हैं. अगर इसका विरोध करते हैं तो हमारा बहिष्कार करेंगे. इसका परिणाम यह हुआ कि लीडरशिप बहिष्कार के डर से मासेस को फॉलो करने लग गई. इससे मामला और ज्यादा गंभीर हो गया. यह बातें आंदोलन चलाने वालों को समझना बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी हैं.
राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने कहा, ब्राह्मण बहुत चालाकी से अंबेडकर की शूद्र पूर्व में कौन थे? इस किताब का रेफरेंस देते कहते हैं की बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर आर्यों ने आक्रमण किया उसको नहीं मानते. वह अपनी बात कहने के बजाय बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर का नाम लेते हैं. बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर ने यह थेअरी क्यों लिखी. यह आप लोगों के लिए बहुत अहम बात है. बाबासाहाब ने इस थेअरी को इसलिए डिनाई किया क्योंकि अंग्रेज भारत में थे और ब्राह्मण अंग्रेजों को समझाते थे तुम विदेशी हो और हम भी विदेशी हैं. तिलक, नेहरू राष्ट्रीय नेता थे उन्होंने अपने इंटरव्यू कहा कि हम विदेशी है. तुम भी विदेशी हो, हम भी विदेशी है. यानी भाई- भाई. यह बात केवल बाबा साहब अंबेडकर को ही समझ में आ सकती थी किसी ओर को नहीं. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर ने इस थेअरी को इसलिए डिनाई किया क्योंकि ब्राह्मण और अंग्रेजों के बीच जो डायलॉग होता था उसमें मेरी थेअरी भी जाएगी. इसलिए उन्होंने आर्यन आक्रमन की थेअरी को डिनाई किया.
क्योंकि डायलॉग करते वक्त जो भाईचारा बनाते हैं. भाईचारा नहीं होना चाहिए मगर भारत के विभाजन के दौरान इस थेअरी का ब्राह्मणों का फायदा हुआ. जब भारत का विभाजन हुआ तब विदेशी अंग्रेजों ने ब्राह्मणों की मदद की. उन्होंने ब्राह्मणों के फेवर में सत्ता हस्तांतरण का फैसला कर जवाहरलाल नेहरू को प्रधानमंत्री के तौर पर नॉमिनेट कर दिया. हैरान करने वाली बात यह की ब्राह्मणोंने लगातार प्रपोगेंडा किया की वे आजादी का आंदोलन चला रहे हैं. 1929 तक कांग्रेस ने रेजोल्यूशन कागद में पास नहीं किया की अंग्रेजों भारत छोड़ो. तुम्हारे विरोध में हम आजादी का आंदोलन चला रहे हैं. हमें आजादी चाहिए. ऐसा रिजर्वेशन तक पास नहीं किया. वह इसलिए नहीं कर रहे थे क्योंकि ब्राह्मण अंग्रेजों को कह रहे थे तुम्हारा राजा हमारा राजा, तुम्हारी रानी हमारी रानी, तुम्हारा हमारा शासक. तुम्हें स देश से जाने की जरूरत नहीं है इधर ही रहों. शासक तुम रहो लेकिन प्रशासन में शिक्षित ब्राह्मणों को जगह दों. नेहरू, तिलक ने यह बाते अकोला, भुसावल में कहीं.  हम अंग्रेजों को भगाना नहीं चाहते हैं. इसके बाद अंग्रेजों ने एक विदेशी ब्राह्मण को प्रधानमंत्री के तौर पर नॉमिनेट कर पावर में ब्राह्मणों के फेवर में फैसला किया.
इससे भी सिरिअस मामला यह की बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर ने 1940 में 41 के वर्ल्ड वार में महाराष्ट्र के महारों को फौजी के तौर पर भर्ती करवाया वर्ड बार भी जीतने के लिए भर्ती करवाया. उन्हें लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए इंग्लैंड भेजा. वो वहा लड़ाई लड़े. तब अंग्रेजों को उनके बहादुरी का पता चला. ऐसे बहादुर 500 और दूसरे लोगों ने 28000 पेशवा ब्राह्मणों को मारा. बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर से मदद लिया और वर्ल्ड वार जीता. जीतने के बाद बाबासाहब अंबेडकर से वादा किया था कि सत्ता के हस्तांतरण में आप लोगों का ध्यान रखेंगे केवल मात्र ब्रह्मनों को पावर में हिस्सा नहीं देंगे. ट्रांसफर ऑफ़ पॉवर में आप लोगों को हिस्सा दिया जाएगा. आज राष्ट्रवाद की बात करने वाले ब्राह्मणों उस समय भी राष्ट्रद्रोह किया. भारत का विभाजन कर राष्ट्रद्रोह किया. आजादी के बाद उन्होंने लोकतंत्र के सभी संस्थाओं पर कब्जा कर आजादी के आंदोलन में शहीद हुए हमारे लोगों के साथ विश्वासघात किया. यह दूसरे लोगों को कहते टुकड़े-टुकड़े गैंग, असली टुकड़े-टुकड़े गैंग   तो यही हैं. भारत का विभाजन किया.
मुसलमानों को इसलिए पाकिस्तान दिया क्योंकि लड़ाकू किस्म के मुसलमान यदि भारत में रहेंगे तो ब्राह्मणों को राज नहीं करने देंगे. इसलिए भारत के टुकड़े कीए. यह सारी बातों को अकेले कांग्रेस और गांधी करने में कामयाब नहीं हो सकते थे. अंग्रेजों ने इसलिए मदद की क्योंकि उनके साथ जो ब्राह्मण लोग हैं, गांधी ने साउथ अफ्रीका में उनको चिट्ठी लिखी कि तुम और हम सेम रेस के लोगों है. इसलिए अंग्रेजों ने उनकी मदद की. मदद करने की वजह ब्राह्मणों ने उनको कहा कि हम भी विदेशी है तुम भी विदेशी है. अंग्रेजों ने जाने के दौरान  ब्राह्मण हमारी मदत करेंगे, इसलिए बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर ने कहा कि आर्यन आक्रमण की जो थेअरी है यह वह सही नहीं है, इस मकसद के लिए कहा. वरना बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर ने आर्यन आक्रमण की थेअरी को नहीं माना. ज्योतिराव फुले ने नहीं माना. मगर आज के अंबेडकराइट लोग इस बात को मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं नहीं हैं.@Nayak 1

Waman Meshram said, SC, ST, OBC vs Brahmin in India should start such a fight, BAMCEF started a similar fight. If this fight is promoted by Muslims, or if this fight becomes like Brahmin vs SC, ST OBC, Kunbi Maratha, then this fight will be between Brahmin vs SC, ST OBC, Kunbe Maratha.
