👆1952 में प्रथम चुनाव में जब बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर चुनाव हारे थे
तब बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर ने कहा कि तुम जीत तो गये तो अब क्या करोगे और तुम्हारा कार्य क्या होगा ? तब बोरकर ने कहा कि मैं क्या करुंगा जो मेरी पार्टी कहेगी वो करुँगा।
तब बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर ने पूछा कि तुम सामान्य सीट से चुनाव जीते हो ? तो बोरकर ने कहा कि नहीं मैं सुरक्षित सीट से चुनाव जीता हूँ जो आपकी मेहरबानी से संविधान में दिये गये आपके अधिकार के तहत ही जीता हूँ।
बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर ने बोरकर को चाय पिलायी ! बोरकर के जाने के बाद बाबासाहब हंस रहे थे तब नानकचन्द रत्तू ने पूछा कि साहब आप क्यों हंस रहे हो? तब बाबासाहब अम्बेडकर ने कहा कि बोरकर अपने समाज का नेतृत्व और प्रतिनिधित्व करने के बजाय पार्टी के हरिजन बन गये हैं। आज कल हमारे समाज के सांसद, विधायक अपने समाज का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के बजाय पार्टियों के हरिजन नेता बन कर ही रह गये हैं। यह बात बाबासाहब ने 1952 कही थी।

When Babasaheb Ambedkar lost the first election in 1952
And when another untouchable Borkar won the election, Borkar went to meet Babasaheb Ambedkar. So he smilingly said to Babasaheb Ambedkar, Sir, today I have won the election, I am really very happy!
Then Babasaheb Ambedkar said that if you win, what will you do now and what will be your work? Then Borkar said, what will I do? I will do whatever my party says.
Then Babasaheb Ambedkar asked that you win the election from the general seat? So Borkar said that no, I have won the election from a safe seat, which I have won by your kindness only under your right given in the constitution.
Babasaheb Ambedkar served tea to Borkar! Babasaheb was laughing after Borkar left, then Nanakchand Rattu asked, Sir, why are you laughing?
Then Babasaheb Ambedkar said that instead of leading and representing his society, Borkar had become a Harijan of the party. Nowadays, MPs and MLAs of our society, instead of representing their society, have remained as Harijan leaders of the parties. Babasaheb had said this in 1952.
