में 28 फरवरी 1928
को जन्मे बामसेफ के संस्थापक सदस्य मा० #दीनाभाना_जी. इन्होने
बामसेफ संस्थापक अध्यक्ष मान्यवर
#कांशीराम_साहब को
बाबासाहब के विचारो से प्रेरित किया. मा० कांशीराम साहब ने बाबा साहब के विचारो को
पूरे भारत में फैलाया.
आज पूरे
देश मे जय भीम, जय मूलनिवासी की जो आग लगी है उसमे
चिंगारी लगाने का काम सफाईकरने वाले भंगी समाज के महापुरूष मा० दीना भाना जी ने
किया. दीनाभाना जी जिद्दी किस्म के शख्स थे. बचपन मे उनके पिताजी सवर्णों के यहां
दूध निकालने जाते थे इससे उनके मन मे भी भैंस पालने की इच्छा हुई उन्होने पिताजी
से जिद्द करके एक भैस खरीदवा ली लेकिन जातिवाद की वजह से भैस दूसरे ही दिन बेचनी
पडी. कारण ? जिस सवर्ण के यहा उनके पिताजी दूध
निकालने जाते थे उससे देखा नहीं गया उनके पिताजी को बुलाकर कहा तुम छोटी जाति के
लोग हमारी बराबरी करोगे तुम भंगी लोग सुअर पालने वाले भैस पालोगे यह भैस अभी बेच
दो उनके पिता ने अत्यधिक दबाब के कारण भैस बेच दी. यह बात दीनाभाना जी के दिल मे
चुभ गयी उन्होने घर छोड दिया और दिल्ली भाग गए.
वहां
उन्होने बाबासाहब के भाषण सुना
था भाषण बाबासहाब का, 1956 आगरा में।
''पढे लिखो ने धोका दिया'', अफसोस
था ये उनके मन में।ईमानदार के जीवन में, बदलाव
को एक भाषण ही काफी था। भाषण
सुनकर उन्हे यह लगा कि यही वह शख्स है जो इस देश से जातिवाद समाप्त कर सकता
है.दीनाभानाजी ने बाबासाहब के विचार जाने समझे और बाबासाहब के निर्वाण के बाद
भटकते भटकते पूना आ गये और पूना मे गोला बारूद फैक्टरी (रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास
संगठन – DRDO) मे सफाई कर्मचारी के रूप मे सर्विस
प्रारंभ की. जहां रामदासिया चमार मा० कांशीराम साहब (15.03.1934 – 09.10.2006) रोपड़ (रूपनगर) पंजाब निवासी क्लास वन
आॅफिसर थे लेकिन कांशीराम जी को बाबासहाब कौन हैं ?
यह पता नही था. कांशीराम जी को भी बाबा साहब डॉ○भीमराव
अम्बेडकर जी के बारे में कुछ नही पता था।कांशीराम जी जिस सरकारी जगह पर नौकरी करते
थे।उसी जगह पर एक दीनभाना नाम के चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी थे।अधिकारियों ने कहा
कांशीराम तुम बड़े अधिकारी और दीनभाना चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी ।क्यों ऐसे लोगों का
साथ दे रहो।तब कांशीराम जी ने कहा- क्योंकि वह भंगी और मैं चमार।हमें अपने बहुजन
महापुरुषों की जयंती पर छुट्टी चाहिए ।वह दिन था उसके बाद कांशीराम,अम्बेडकरवादी
कांशीराम हो गए ।इस तरह दीनभाना जी की वजह से अम्बेडकरवादी कांशीराम का जन्म हुआ ।उसी
उस समय अंबेडकर जयंती की छुट्टी की वजह
से दीनाभाना जी ने इतना हंगामा किया कि जिसकी वजह से दीनाभाना जी को नौकरी से
बर्खास्त कर दिया गया. इस बात पर कांशीराम जी नजर रखे हुये थे उन्होने दीनाभाना जी
से पूछा कि यह बाबासाहब कौन हैं जिनकी वजह से तेरी नौकरी चली गयी. दीनाभाना जी व
उनके साथी विभाग में ही कार्यरत महार जाति में जन्मे नागपुर, महाराष्ट्र
निवासी #मा०_डी०_के०_खापर्डे जी (13.05.1939 – 29.02.2000) जो बामसेफ के द्वितीय संस्थापक अध्यक्ष
थे, ने
कांशीराम जी को बाबासाहब की ‘जाति विच्छेद’ नाम की पुस्तक दी जो कांशीराम जी ने
रात भर में कई बार पढ़ी और सुबह ही दीनाभाना जी के मिलने पर बोले दीना तुझे छुट्टी
भी और नौकरी भी दिलाऊगा और इस देश मे बाबासाहब की जयंती की छुट्टी न देने वाले की
जब तक छुट्टी न कर दूं तब तक चैन से नही बैेठूगा क्योकि यह तेरे साथ साथ मेरी भी
बात है तू चुहड़ा है तो मैं भी रामदासिया चमार हूं. कांशीराम साहब ने नौकरी छोड दी
और बाबासाहब के मिशन को ‘बामसेफ’ संगठन बनाकर पूरे देश मे फैलाया उसके संस्थापक
सदस्य दीनाभाना जी थे.
बाद में कांशीराम जी BSP और मा. डी०_के०_खापर्डे जी बामसेफ को आगे बढाया.दिल्ही जाने के बाद मा० दीनाभाना जी परिवार में खो गए. डी के खापर्डे जी के परिनिर्वाण के बाद एक दिन दिल्ही में मा. वामन मेश्राम साहब ने उनकी खोज की.और उन्हें नागपुर ले आए.बुढ़ापा और बीमारी ने उन्हें कमजोर कर दिया था.लेकिन विचार आज भी नौजवान थे.उनके साथ से वामन मेश्राम साहब को और शक्ति मिली.मा० दीनाभाना जी के साथ उनकी पत्नी सुमन जी भी थी.जब दादा पूना आ रहे थे तब काफी बीमार थे उन्हें रेल्वे स्टेशन लेने के लिए प्रदीप सोनवने भोर,पोखराज चौहान और दुसरे कार्यकर्त्ता गए उनकी हालत उतनी ख़राब थी की वो चल भी नहीं सकते थे तब प्रदीप सोनवने ने दीनाभान जी अपने कंधे पर उठा कर गाड़ी में रख कर पूना भवन लेकर आए थे.वामन मेश्राम साहब ने उन्हें उनके बेटो से भी ज्यादा खयाल रखा.मा० दीनाभाना जी का विनोद गोपनारायण ने उनकी बहोत सेवा की. इस महापुरुष का परिनिर्वाण पूना में लम्बी बीमारी के बाद 29 अगस्त 2009 को हुआ. यदि दीनाभाना जी न होते तो न बामसेफ होता और न ही व्यवस्था परिवर्तन हेतु अंबेडकरवादी जनान्दोलन चल रह होता. इस देश में जय भीम! का नारा भी गायब हो गया होता और न आज ब्राह्मणों की नाक में दम करने वाला जय मूलनिवासी! का नारा होता. सभी वाल्मीकि भाईयो से निवेदन है कि मा० दीनाभाना जी संस्थापक सदस्य बामसेफ से प्रेरणा लेकर गंदे और नीच समझे जाने वाले कर्मों को छोड़ने का प्रयास करते हुए शिक्षित बनो! संगठित रहो! संघर्ष करो! के सिध्दांतो पर चल कर अपनी व अपने मूलनिवासी समाज की उन्नति में अपना समय पैसा हुनर बुद्धि श्रम देकर एक मिसाल कायम करने का भरसक प्रयास करें. बामसेफ' का निर्माण किया, वे एक संस्थापक दिनाभाना थे।

founder member of BAMCEF, Mr. # Dinabhana_G. He inspired Bamcef founder
president Manyavar #Kanshiram_Sahab with Babasaheb's thoughts. Mother Kanshi
Ram sahab spread the thoughts of Baba Saheb all over India.
Today, the great man of the Bhangi society,
cleaning up the fire in Jai Bhim, Jai Moolniwasi, has been done by the great
man of Bhangi society. Dinabhana ji was a stubborn type of person. As a child,
his father used to take milk to the upper castes, because of this he also
wanted to raise a buffalo, he stubbornly bought a buffalo from his father, but
due to casteism, the buffalo had to be sold the next day. reason ? The Savarna,
whose father used to go out to milk here, was not seen from his father and
said, "You people of the lower caste will compete with us. You will be a
scavenger who will feed the buffaloes. Sell this buffalo now. His father sold
the buffalo due to excessive pressure." . This thing got irritated in
Dinabhana ji's heart, he left the house and fled to Delhi.
There he heard the speech of Baba Saheb, the speech
of Baba Sahab in 1956 Agra.
"Read, write cheated",Sadly this was in
his mind. In the life of the honest, one speech was enough to change. After
listening to the speech, he felt that this is the only person who can eliminate
casteism from this country. And Development Organization - DRDO). Where
Ramdasiya Chamar Ma Kanshi Ram Sahab (15.03.1934 - 09.10.2006) was a Class One
Officer of Ropar (Rupnagar) Punjab, but who is Kanshi Ram ji who is Baba Sahab?
Didn't know it Kanshi Ram ji also did not know anything about Baba Saheb Dr.
Bhimrao Ambedkar ji. The government place where Kanshi Ram ji used to work.
There was a class IV employee named Deen Bhana. Officers and Deen Bhana Class
IV employees. Why keep supporting such people? Then Kanshi Ram ji said -
Because he is Bhangi and I Chamar. We need a holiday on the birth anniversary
of our Bahujan great men. That day was followed by Kanshi Ram, Ambedkarite
Kanshi Ram. In this way, Ambedkarite Kanshi Ram was born due to Deen Bhana ji.
At that time, due to Ambedkar Jayanti's holiday, Dina Bhana ji created so much
uproar that due to which Dina Bhana ji was dismissed from her job. Kanshi Ram
was keeping an eye on this matter, he asked Dina Bhana Ji, who is this Baba
Saheb? Because of which your job has gone. Dinabhana ji and his companions were
born in the Mahar caste, working in the same department, Nagpur, Maharashtra,
#MD_DK_Khaparde Ji (13.05.1939 - 29.02.2000), who was the second founding president
of BamSafe, gave Kanshi Ram ji a book called 'Caste Dissection' of Babasaheb
Gave away what Kanshi Ram ji read many times throughout the night, and in the
morning, when Dinabhana ji met Dina said, Dina will also give you a holiday and
a job and in this country till I leave holiday of Baba Saheb's birth
anniversary I will not rest in peace because it is also with me with you, if
you are "cleft" then I am also Ramdasiya Chamar. Kanshi Ram sahab
quit the job and spread the mission of Baba Saheb to the whole country by
making it a 'bamcef' organization and its founding member was Dina Bhana ji.
Later Kanshi Ram ji bsp and Mr D._K_Khaparde ji proceeded to Bamcef. After going to Delhi, Mr. Dinabhana ji was lost in the family. Ma in Delhi one day after the transformation of DK Khapardeji. Waman Meshram Saheb discovered him and brought him to Nagpur. Old age and disease had weakened him. But the idea was still young. With him Waman Meshram Sahab got more strength. With his wife Suman ji. Also, when Dada was coming to Poona, he was very ill. Pradeep Sonvane went to take the railway station to Bhore, Pokhraj Chauhan and other workers. His condition was so bad that he could not even walk, then Pradeep Sonvane gave Dinabhana ji on his shoulder After picking him up in a car and brought him to Poona Bhavan, Mr. Waman Meshram Saheb took care of him even more than his son. This great man died on 29 August 2009 after prolonged illness in Poona. If Dinabhana had not been alive, there would have been neither Bamsafe nor Ambedkarite mass movement for change of system. Jai Bhima in this country! The slogan of the same would have disappeared and not today the Jai Moolnivasi, who is the victim of the Brahmins! Would have been the slogan. It is a request to all Valmiki brothers to become educated while trying to give up the deeds considered dirty and vile by taking inspiration from the founder member Bamcef! Stay organized Struggle! Trying to set an example by giving your time, money, skill and labor in the progress of your native society, following the principles of Bamcef, he was a founder Dinabhana.
