मानना है कि यह मामला इतनी आसानी से सुलझने वाला नहीं है. क्योंकि, अगर सुलझने वाला होता तो पहले ही सुलझ
गया होता. इसलिए किसानों को राष्ट्रव्यापी आंदोलन करना होगा और राष्ट्रव्यापी
आंदोलन करने के लिए एक राष्ट्रव्यापी संगठन उसके समर्थन में खड़ा होना बहुत जरूरी
है. देशभर में जो किसानों के देशव्यापी संगठन, जो छोटे-छोटे संगठन हैं सलाह मशवरा
करके एक राष्ट्रव्यापी आंदोलन शुरू करने के बारे में हम लोग किसानों के साथ मिलकर
राष्ट्रव्यापी आंदोलन करने के लिए तैयार हैं. अगर किसान इस तरह से आंदोलन करना
चाहते हैं तो हम लोग संगठित शक्ति के साथ किसानों के समर्थन में राष्ट्रव्यापी
आंदोलन चलाने के लिए पूरी ताकत लगाने के लिए तैयार हैं : वामन मेश्राम साहब"
किसान
विरोधी कानून को लेकर किसानों ने केन्द्र सरकार के खिलाफ हल्ला बोल दिया है. सारे
देशभर के किसानों में केन्द्र सरकर के खिलाफ गुस्सा फूट चुका है. इसका नजारा एक
दिन पहले देखने को मिल चुका है. इसी बीच भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा और बहुजन क्रांति
मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष व राष्ट्रीय संयोजक वामन मेश्राम साहब ने किसान आंदोलन को संगठन शक्ति
के साथ समर्थन करने का एलान कर इस आंदोलन को और तेज कर दिया है.
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने देशभर के किसानों से अपील करते
हुए कहा, यह मामला
इतनी आसानी से सुलझने वाला नहीं है. क्योंकि, अगर यह मामला इतनी आसानी से सुलझने
वाला होता तो यह पहले ही सुलझ गया होता. इसलिए किसानों को राष्ट्रव्यापी आंदोलन
करना होगा. राष्ट्रव्यापी आंदोलन करने के लिए एक राष्ट्रव्यापी संगठन उसके समर्थन
में खड़ा होना बहुत जरूरी है. इसके लिए देशभर में किसानों के जो भी छोटे-बड़े संगठन
हैं हम लोग उन सभी संगठनों के साथ सलाह मशवरा करके किसानों के साथ मिलकर एक
राष्ट्रव्यापी आंदोलन करने के लिए तैयार हैं. अगर किसान इस तरह से आंदोलन करना
चाहते हैं तो हम लोग संगठित शक्ति के साथ किसानों के समर्थन में राष्ट्रव्यापी
आंदोलन चलाने के लिए पूरी ताकत लगा देंगे.
किसान आंदोलन को भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा और
बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा का संगठित शक्ति के साथ समर्थन मिलते ही अब यह आंदोलन, आंदोलन नहीं बल्कि बहुत जल्द ही यह
आंदोलन राष्ट्रव्यापी जन-आंदोलन में रूपांतरित होने वाला है. क्योंकि, भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा और बहुजन क्रांति
मोर्चा संगठन देश के 31 राज्य, 550 जिलों, 5000 तहसीलों और 2 लाख से ज्यादा गांवों में फैला हुआ है.
समर्थन मिलते ही किसानों में एक नई ऊर्जा दिखाई देने लगी है. किसानों का कहना है
कि किसान मार्च महज एक आंदोलन नहीं रहा, बल्कि अब ये चिंगारी बन चुका है. सरकार
इस चिंगारी को रोकने का प्रयास न करें, जहां भी किसानों को रोकेंगे, वहीं तंबू लगाएंगे.
वामन मेश्राम साहब ने कहा, केंद्र सरकार का कहना है कि किसानों को
फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए तीन कानून बनाए गए हैं. मगर यह कानून किसानों से सलाह मशवरा
करके नहीं बनाया गया है. इसलिए किसान इसके विरोध में बड़े पैमाने पर आंदोलन करे
हैं. उन्होंने कहा, किसानों
का कहना है कि केन्द्र सरकार ने इस कानून के माध्यम से खेती-किसानी को
उद्योगपतियों को सौंपने की साजिश की है. किसानों के इस बात को सही माना जा सकता
है. क्योंकि, जो
मजदूरों के हित में कानून थे उन कानूनों को केंद्र सरकार ने उद्योगपतियों के बनाया
और बहुत सारे किसान-मजदूर हित कानून को रद्द कर दिया. उन्होंने कहा जब केन्द्र
सरकार ने उद्योगपतियों के हक और मजदूरों के विरोध में लेबर लॉ बना सकती है तो यह
किस यकीन पर कहा जा सकता है कि केंद्र सरकार ने किसानों के फायदे के लिए कृषि
कानून बनाई है? इस पर
बिल्कुल यकीन नहीं किया जा सकता है.
बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय
संयोजक ने कहा, किसानों
का यह भी कहना है कि केन्द्र द्वारा जो कानून बनाए गए हैं इस कानून में एमएसपी की
व्यवस्था करने का भी कानून बनाया जाना चाहिए था. क्योंकि जब किसानों के लिए कानून
बनाया ही गया है तो गारंटी वाला कानून बनाया गया होता, ताकि केंद्र सरकार जो भी उस रेट तय
करेगी उसी रेट पर व्यापारी किसानों का माल खरीद सकते हैं. मगर केंद्र सरकार ने ऐसा
गारंटी और प्रोटेक्शन देने का काम नहीं किया है, ऐसा किसानों का कहना है.
इसलिए
इसके विरोध में किसानों ने पिछले 2 महीने से पंजाब में और हरियाणा में
आंदोलन चला रह थे. इसके बाद किसानों ने दिल्ली की तरफ कूच करने का निर्णय किया
कृषि कानून के संबंध में केंद्र सरकार के साथ हम दिल्ली में वार्ता करना चाहते
हैं. इसलिए किसान दल बल के साथ में दिल्ली में आने के लिए निकले. लेकिन, हरियाणा में बीजेपी की सरकार है उन्होंने
आंदोलन को रोकने की भरपूर कोशिश की. मगर यह आंदोलन नहीं रूका, बल्कि और ज्यादा विशाल होता गया.
अंतिमतः केंद्र सरकार ने बुराड़ी के मैदान पर पुलिस प्रोटेक्शन के साथ शांतिपूर्ण
तरीके से जाने के लिए सहमति दी, ऐसा टीवी
में खबरें चल रही है. लेकिन, शुरू में
जब किसान इसके लिए संघर्ष कर रहे थे तो इसके विरोध में केन्द्र सरकार ने किसानों
ऊपर आंसू गैस के गोले दागे, इतनी तेज
ठंडी में पानी की बौछार मारी. ये सब सरकार द्वारा किसानों के विरोध में किया जा
रहा है.
उन्होंने कहा, हमारी हमेशा से पॉलिसी रही है कि जो भी
मजलूम लोग हैं, जिसके ऊपर
अन्याय अत्याचार होता है हम उसके समर्थन में खड़े होते हैं. मैं किसान आंदोलन
आंदोलन के समर्थन में खड़े होने के लिए ऐलान कर रहा हूँ. भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा, बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा संगठन शक्ति के
साथ समर्थन करते हैं. देश में जहां भी किसान आंदोलन कर रहे हैं उनको हमारा समर्थन
है. पंजाब में और हरियाणा में हमारा जो संगठित यूनिट है इस आंदोलन में सक्रिय रूप

a nationwide movement, it is very important to have a nationwide organization
standing in its support. For this, whatever the farmers' big and small
organizations across the country, we are ready to organize a nationwide
movement with the farmers in consultation with all those organizations. If the farmers
want to agitate in this way, then we will put our full strength to organize a
nationwide movement in support of the farmers with organized power.
As soon as the Kisan movement gets support from the
Bharat Mukti Morcha and Bahujan Kranti Morcha with organized power, now this
movement, not the movement but very soon this movement is going to be
transformed into a nationwide mass movement. Because, Bharat Mukti Morcha and
Bahujan Kranti Morcha organization is spread in 31
states, 550
districts, 5000 tehsils and more than 2 lakh
villages of the country. As soon as support is received, a new energy is
visible in the farmers. The farmers say that the peasant march was not just a
movement, but now it has become a spark. The government should not attempt to
stop this spark, wherever farmers will stop, they will put up tents.
Waman Meshram Saheb said, the central government
says that three laws have been made to benefit the farmers. But this law has
not been made in consultation with the farmers. That is why the farmers agitate
against this in a big way. He said, farmers say that through this law, the
Central Government has conspired to hand over farming to industrialists. This
point of view of farmers can be considered right. Because, the Central
Government made those laws which were in the interest of the workers and
industrialists and many farmers-workers interest laws were repealed. He said
that when the Central Government can enact the Labor Law in protest against the
rights of industrialists and workers, then on what confidence can it be said
that the Central Government has enacted an agricultural law for the benefit of
farmers? It cannot be believed at all.
The National Convenor of Bahujan Kranti Morcha
said, the farmers also say that the law which has been made by the Center, in
this law, a law should also be made to provide for the MSP. Because when the
law has been made for the farmers, then the guaranteed law would have been
made, so that whoever the central government decides that rate, traders can buy
the goods of the farmers at the same rate. But the Central Government has not
done the work of providing such guarantee and protection, according to the
farmers.
Therefore, in protest against this, farmers had
been running agitations in Punjab and Haryana for the last 2
months. After this, the farmers decided to move towards Delhi, we want to
negotiate with the Central Government in Delhi regarding the agricultural law.
Hence the peasant parties set out with force to come to Delhi. But, there is a
BJP government in Haryana, they tried their best to stop the movement. But this
movement did not stop, rather it became more vast. Lastly, the central
government agreed to go peacefully with the police protection on Burari
grounds, this is being reported in TV. But, initially when the farmers were
fighting for it, the central government fired tear gas shells at the farmers in
protest against it, so much water was showered in such a cold. All this is
being done by the government against the farmers.
He said, it has always been our policy that we
stand in support of whosoever is a people, on whom injustice is persecuted. I
am declaring to stand in support of the Kisan Andolan movement. Bharat Mukti
Morcha, Bahujan Kranti Morcha organizations support with vigor. Wherever the
farmers are agitating in the country, they have our support. Our organized
