किसान आंदोलन पीछे हटने वाला नहीं है, बल्कि यह आंदोलन देशव्यापी स्तर पर बढ़ रहा है : वामन मेश्राम साहब

सरकार जो किसानों के विरोध में कैम्पेन चला रही है, चौपाल में जाकर किसानों को समझाने का
काम कर रही है तो सरकार को ये काम पहले करना चाहिए था, अब समझाने का कोई मतलब नहीं है.
क्योंकि, अब यह
आंदोलन पीछे हटने वाला नहीं है, बल्कि यह आंदोलन आगे बढ़ेगा और देशव्यापी
स्तर पर बढ़ेगा, इसको हम
लोग पूरी ताकत से समर्थन करेंगे.’’
किसान आंदोलन सही दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहा
है. किसानों की जो मांगे हैं वो कानून रद्द होना चाहिए, एमएसपी पर कानून बनना चाहिए और
कॉन्ट्रैक्ट फार्मिंग रद्द होना चाहिए. अगर किसान इस तरह की मांग कर रहे हैं तो यह
बिल्कुल भी गलत नहीं है. जब किसान ही हम कह रहे हैं कि ये कानून हमारे हक में नहीं
है तो सरकार क्यों ज़बरदस्ती उनके ऊपर थोपना चाहती है, क्यों सरकार ज़बरदस्ती उनका फायदा करना
चाहती है? जबकि वही
किसान बोल रहे हैं कि इससे हमारा सत्यानाश होने वाला है. इसी तरह से सरकार ने
मजदूरों के समर्थन वाले 40 कानूनों
को रद्द कर दिया और उनको भी बताया कि वह मज़दूरों के फायदे में है. लेकिन, मैं नहीं मानता हूं कि इससे फायदा होने
वाला है. यह बात भारत मुक्ति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वामन मेश्राम साहब किसान
आंदोलन पीछे हटने वाला नहीं है, बल्कि यह

में हम लोगों की भी एक अहम भूमिका है. क्योंकि, 31 राज्य और 550 जिलों में सक्रिय संगठन है. किसान
आंदोलन शुरू करने वाले जो किसान हैं, जिसके लिए पंजाब के किसानों ने पहल
किया मैं उनको वंदन करता हूं कि उन्होंने इस मुद्दे पर पहल किया. लेकिन, किसानों के देशव्यापी संगठन का जाल
नहीं है. हम लोग किसानों के मुद्दे को पूरी ताकत के साथ समर्थन किया और देशव्यापी
स्तर पर लेकर गए. गुजरात, उत्तर
प्रदेश सहित कई बीजेपी शासित राज्य सरकारों ने 8 दिसंबर को भारत बंद के दौरान हमारे
कार्यकर्ताओं को गिरफ्तार किया और 14 दिसंबर को भी हमारे कई कार्यकर्ताओं को
गिरफ्तार किया गया है. हमारा तो इस आंदोलन को सक्रिय रूप से समर्थन है. उन्होंने
कहा, केंद्र

बातचीत करने के लिए बुलाया गया था, उसके बाद जो लिखित प्रस्ताव किसानों को
दिया गया, खुद कृषि
मंत्रालय ने नरेंद्र मोदी की सहमति से दिया. अगर दिया तो उससे एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण
बात सिद्ध होती है कि तीनों कानूनों के अंदर जो कमियाँ-ख़ामियाँ, कमजोरियां है वह दूर करने के लिए
केन्द्र सरकार ने प्रस्ताव दिया. जब कमियाँ-ख़ामियाँ, कमजोरिया दूर की जायेगी तो जो ओरिजनल
कानून है वह कानून लगभग खत्म हो जाएगा. यानी जिस मकसद के लिए भारत सरकार ने कानून
लाया वह मकसद पूरा खत्म हो जाएगा और जब मकसद खत्म हो जाएगा तो उस कानून पर अड़े
रहने का काम केंद्र सरकार क्यों कर रही है? मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि उसको नाक का
बाल क्यों बना रही है? जिन
मुद्दों को उन्होंने स्वीकार किया उन मुद्दों को स्वीकार करने के बाद अमेंटमेंट
होगा. अमेंटमेंट होने के बाद जो ओरिजिनल कानून है उसका तो दम निकल गया. फिर उस
कानून को बनाए क्यों रखना चाहते हैं? क्यों अहंकार का मुद्दा बना रहे हैं?
उन्होंने आगे कहा, ये अहंकार का मुद्दा है. क्योंकि
केंद्र सरकार सोच रही है इससे हमारी पराजय हो जायेगी ऐसा विरोधी पार्टी कहेगी और
किसान कहेंगे हमारी विजय हो गई. मीडिया वाले कहेंगे केंद्र सरकार पराजय हो गई.
अंकडू प्रधानमंत्री है वो बोलेगा मेरा पराजय कैसे हो सकता है. इसलिए वे कोशिश कर
रहे हैं कि ठीक है आपकी बात हम स्वीकार करते हैं, सुधार की बात स्वीकार करते हैं और इसे
कानून में डाल देते हैं. इससे आपकी भी बात रह जाएगी, हमारी भी बात रह जाएगी और हमारा अहंकार
भी रह जायेगा इसके साथ हमारा कानून भी बरकरार रहेगा. कानून में दम रहे या ना रहे.
इसलिए केंद्र सरकार अहंकार पर अड़ी हुई है. केंद्र सरकार को अहंकार का पालन पोषण
करने का काम छोड़ देना चाहिए. अगर देश के अन्नदाता के सामने सरकार अपनी गलती को
स्वीकार करती हैं तो यह उसका बड़प्पन होगा. जबकि अमित शाह ने 13 किसान नेताओं के सामने यह स्वीकार किया
कि हमें यह कानून पास करने के पहले किसानों से सलाह मशवरा करना चाहिए, हमारी बहुत बड़ी गलती थी. जब गलती थी
मान लिया तो फिर कानून को पीछे लेना चाहिए था. लेकिन अहंकार पर अड़े हुए हैं.@Nayak 1

opposition party will say this and the farmers will say that we have won. The
media would say that the central government was defeated. Ankadu is the Prime
Minister, he will say how can I be defeated. That is why they are trying that
we accept your point, accept the matter of reform and put it into law. This
will remain your point as well, we will also keep our talk and our ego will
also remain, along with this our law will also remain intact. Whether in law or

accepts its mistake in front of the country's donor, then it will be its
