आज संगठन के पास स्पष्ट उद्देश्य विचारधारा नीति एवं नेतृत्व है। हमने आज तक उद्देश्य एवं विचारधारा के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं किया है ना ही भविष्य में करने वाले हैं । संगठन के पास सफलता के लिए भविष्य कालीन रणनीति भी है । त्यागी समर्पित निष्ठावान कर्मठ कार्यकर्ता संगठन के पास है इन सब के कारण समाज की संगठन से अपेक्षाएं बढ़ी हुई है।

आज देश में क्रांति जन्य परीस्थिति है मगर संगठन के पास साधन संसाधनों का अभाव है । साधन संसाधनों के अभाव से हम इस क्रांतिजन्य परिस्थिति को जन आंदोलन में रूपांतरित नहीं कर पा रहे हैं ।

आज संगठन के पास जो भी सीमित साधन है उसी के आधार पर जो कार्य हमने किया है उसी से दुश्मन परेशान हैं और लगातार वह संघटन को समाज से आने वाले साधन संसाधनों को रोकने की कोशिश कर रहा है।

कोरोना महामारी एवं लॉक डाउन का सहारा लेकर एक तरह से देशभर में अघोषित आपातकाल लागू कर दिया है। पिछले 70 सालों में लोकतंत्र के सभी संस्थाओं पर दुश्मनों के द्वारा अनियंत्रित वर्चस्व कायम किया गया है जिसका उपयोग करके संविधान के विरोध में कार्य किया जा रहा है ।

ईवीएम के माध्यम से अनियंत्रित सत्ता दुश्मनों के हाथ में आ गई हैं ।

लॉक डाउन का बहाना बनाकर सामाजिक संघटनाओके कार्यक्रमों पर पाबंदी लगाकर एक तरह से संगठन को आने वाले हैं साधन संसाधनों पर रोक लगाने का काम दुश्मन ने किया है जिसका मकसद हमारे आंदोलन की बढ़ती भी गति को रोकना है और अंततः आंदोलन को प्रभाव हिन करना है।

साधन संसाधनों के अभाव से आप संगठन नहीं चला पाओगे जन आंदोलन तो दूर की बात है ।

दुश्मन हमारे नेतृत्व एवं संगठन का समय बर्बाद करना चाहता है ।

आज सफलता और हमारे बीच में केवल समय का ही अंतर है ।

हम ज्यादा से ज्यादा साधन लगाकर जल्द से जल्द अपने समाज के आजादी हासिल करना चाहते हैं और दुश्मन पूरी कोशिश करके हमारे नेतृत्व एवं संगठन का समय बर्बाद कर रहा है।

आज नेतृत्व के द्वारा समाज के अंदर सफलता का विश्वास निर्माण कर दिया गया है । पिछले 2 सालों में समाज के ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर दो बार सफलतापूर्वक भारत बंद का आंदोलन किया गया है।

केवल मात्र 2 महीने के अंदर ही तीसरे भारत बंद आंदोलन की घोषणा नेतृत्व के द्वारा की गई थी।

आज दुश्मन ने संगठन को संकट में डालकर हमें विफल करने की साजिश की है। इस संकट की स्थिति से संगठन को बाहर निकालने का काम कार्यकर्ता नहीं करेंगे और कौन करेगा। इसलिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा ऊर्जा लगाकर हर कार्यकर्ता को समाज से साधन संसाधन निकालनी होंगे।

संगठन अगर संकट से बाहर निकला तो ही वह समाज को दुश्मनों के द्वारा निर्माण किए संकट से बाहर निकाल सकता है। संगठित शक्ति से ही हमारी मुक्ति संभव है। और यह काम संगठित शक्ति संगठन बनाएं एवं उसे मजबूत किए बगैर संभव नहीं है। दुश्मन ने आमने सामने की लड़ाई शुरू कर दी है यही इस बात का सबूत है कि वह हमारे साधन संसाधनों को रोकने का काम कर रहा है दुश्मन की मजबूरी है कि वह खुलकर हमारा विरोध नहीं कर सकता।

मुर्दा लोक मिशन चला नहीं सकते और जिंदा लोग मिशन को रुकने नहीं देते। अगर हम अपने महापुरुषों के आंदोलन को चलाने में सफल नहीं रहे उसका एकमात्र कारण यही होगा कि एक तो हमारे अंदर योग्यता की कमी है या तो सामाजिक ईमानदारी की। हमें किसी भी स्थिति में यह आंदोलन सफल करना है इसके लिए हर कार्यकर्ता को दृढ़ संकल्पित होकर कार्य करने की जरूरत है ।

06 दिसंबर यह डॉ बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर जी का महापरिनिर्वाण दिन करोड़ों की संख्या में देशभर में लोग मनाते हैं । करोड़ों रुपए महापरिनिर्वाण दिन मनाने के लिए समाज के द्वारा खर्च किए जाते हैं।

अगर इसमें से केवल 10% भी हम आंदोलन पर खर्च करें तो हम डॉ बाबा साहब अंबेडकर के अधूरे कार्य को पूरा कर सकते हैं ।महापुरुषों को अनुयायियों जरूरत है ना कि केवल उनके जय जयकार करने वाले ।

आज के दिन देशभर में अगर 10,000 कार्यकर्ता संकल्प करें 06 दिसंबर को संकल्प दिन के माध्यम से हर कार्यकर्ता अगर कम से कम रू 10000 समाज से जन आंदोलन निधि निर्माण करें और बामसेफ के 37 वे राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन के लिए कम से कम 10 रजिस्ट्रेशन करने का कार्य करें। अगर हम ऐसा करते हैं तो देश भर में एक साथ आंदोलन की गति बहुत ज्यादा तेज होगी।

बामसेफ एवं सभी सहयोगी संगठनों को एवं उनके पदाधिकारी कार्यकर्ताओं को 06 दिसंबर को संकल्प दिन के नाम पर जो संकल्प हमने किया है अपने समाज को आजाद करने का उस आजादी के लिए साधन संसाधन हथियार के तौर पर काम आएंगे वह हम लोग निर्माण करेंगे।@Nayak 1

** To complete the incomplete work of great men, they have to pay respects to them * * Lack of resource resources in Revolutionary situation * Today the organization has a clear objective ideology, policy and leadership. Till date we have not made any compromise with the purpose and ideology nor are we going to do it in future. The organization also has a future strategy for success. Tyagi is with a dedicated dedicated work worker organization because of all this, the expectations of the society have increased from the organization. Today the revolution is a state of affairs in the country but the organization lacks the resources. Due to lack of resources, we are not able to convert this revolutionary situation into a mass movement. Today, on the basis of whatever limited resources the organization has, the enemy is upset with the work we have done and is constantly trying to stop the mobilization of resources from the society. By resorting to corona epidemic and lock-down, an unannounced emergency has been implemented across the country. In the last 70 years, unchecked domination has been established by enemies over all institutions of democracy, using which acts are being done against the Constitution. Uncontrolled power has come into the hands of enemies through EVMs. By imposing a lock-down, the social organizations are coming to the organization in a way by banning the programs, the enemy has done the work of stopping the resources, which aims to stop the growing momentum of our movement and ultimately to influence the movement. Due to lack of resources, you will not be able to run the organization, the mass movement is far away. The enemy wants to waste the time of our leadership and organization. Today there is only difference of time between success and us. We want to gain freedom of our society as soon as possible by putting more and more resources and the enemy is wasting the time of our leadership and organization by doing our best. Today, the confidence of success within the society has been built through leadership. In the last 2 years, the Bharat Bandh movement has been successfully carried out twice on burning issues of society. Within just 2 months, the third Bharat Bandh agitation was announced by the leadership. Today the enemy has conspired to thwart us by putting the organization in jeopardy. Who will not do the work of taking the organization out of this crisis situation? Therefore, by putting more and more energy, every worker has to extract resources from society. Only if the organization comes out of crisis, it can lift the society out of the crisis created by enemies. Our salvation is possible only with organized power. And this work is not possible without creating an organized power organization and strengthening it. The enemy has started a face-to-face fight, this is the proof that he is working to stop our resource resources, the enemy is helpless that he cannot openly oppose us. Dead people cannot run missions and the living people do not let the mission stop. If we have not been successful in running the movement of our great men, the only reason for this will be that one is lack of competence or social honesty. We have to make this movement successful in any situation, for this every worker needs to be determined and work. 06 December This Babar Saheb Ambedkar Ji's Mahaparinirvan day is celebrated by millions of people across the country. Crores of rupees are spent by the society to celebrate Mahaparinirvana day. If only we spend 10% of this on the movement then we can complete the unfinished work of Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar. The great men need followers and not just those who cheer them. Today, if 10,000 workers across the country make a resolution, through the resolution day on December 06, every worker should create a mass movement fund from at least Rs 10,000 society and make at least 10 registrations for the 37th National Convention of BAMCEF. Do it If we do this, the movement of movement across the country will be much faster. The resolution that we have made to BAMCEF and all the allied organizations and their office-bearers on the name of Sankalp day on December 06, will be used as a resource weapon for that freedom to liberate our society.@Nayak 1
